No need to look towards the sky at night with the newest Jacob & Co. Astronomia Solar.

Before the world of luxury timepieces, the main source of telling time was done by looking towards the sky. Jacob & Co. is incorporating the earliest form of timekeeping in the Astronomia Solar Collection. The all-new Jacob & Co. Astronomia Solar Constellations & Planets Yellow Stone is presented in a 47mm 18k Rose Gold case design with multiple sapphire crystals to highlight the elegantly styled dial. While the blue titanium base plate displays the constellation indicators, the Jacob & Co. JCAM19 manual winding movement sits on top to power three exclusive complications. The Astronomia Solar features a 60-second flying tourbillon, a blue lacquered globe that rotates every 60 seconds, and hours and minutes sub-dial with a patented Differential Gears System that keeps the dial in the 12/6 o’clock position as the platform rotate around a central axis every 10 minutes. Jacob & Co. completes the new Astronomia Constellations & Planets Yellow Stone with a matching blue large scale leather strap and 18k Rose Gold clasp. The newest addition to the Jacob & Co. Astronomia Solar Collection is now available through the New York City-based watchmaker.
