Continuing on a journey to create boundary-breaking masterpieces, Roger Dubuis is proud to introduce the fourth timepiece from its Urban Culture Tribe.
As the luxury watch industry continues to evolve, leading watchmakers are sourcing outside inspiration to partner with on special edition examples. The creative team at Roger Dubuis prides itself on showcasing its dials as blank canvases for artists to convey unique visions. Introducing the Excalibur Monotourbillon to urban art, Roger Dubuis is excited to announce its newest collaboration piece with world-famous urban cultural artist Liu Wei. The sculptor, drawer, and painter imagine a masterpiece of striking colors and architectural lines when designing the all-new Roger Dubuis Excalibur Liu Wei Monotourbillon (MT).
The artistic Excalibur features a simple 42mm case made from brushed titanium, offering a lightweight yet strong construction for everyday use. The dial achieves its colorful presence through an intricate three-layer process that works in unison to create a contemporary visual effect unlike any other. Roger Dubuis enhances its look by applying SuperLuminova to the dial, hour markers, and logos, giving the piece a head-turning appearance at night. The Excalibur Liu Wei MT is driven by Roger Dubuis’ in-house RD512SQ movement, which includes a lighter Tourbillon weight to optimize its lengthy 72-hour power reserve. Proving its versatility as the perfect everyday watch, Roger Dubuis adds a black calf leather strap and Quick Release System. The all-new Roger Dubuis Excalibur Liu Wei Monotourbillon is limited to only 8-pieces and is currently available with price upon request.
