With a garage full of record-breaking hypercars, including the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport, Rimac Nevera, Koenigsegg Regera, Porsche 918 Spyder, and McLaren Senna, The Hamilton Collection has certainly grown numb to buying and driving some of the most expensive and powerful cars on the planet. And as if the garage lineup couldn’t get any more impressive, Steve Hamilton and the team recently documented the delivery of the brand-new Hennessey Venom F5 Revolution Roadster on location in Illinois. Recently uploaded to its YouTube channel, The Hamilton Collection welcomed John Hennessey and his son Cole to unveil the car for the very first time.
Before pulling the cover, John and Cole presented Steve with the “fancy key” to the Venom 5, machined from titanium and paint-matched to the car’s exterior. John further explained that each of the Venom F5 keys comes designed with a piece of NASA’s Endeavour space shuttle as a nod to his passion for astronauts and space travel. The big reveal of the Venom F5 Revolution Roadster left everyone in attendance jaw-dropped, with a showstopping Napier Green finish that pays homage to Steve’s first McLaren Senna that was totaled in an accident.
Hearing the chop of Hennessey’s Texas-built twin-turbocharged V8, nicknamed ‘Fury,’ Steve expressed his excitement for this delivery, particularly because it is an American-made hypercar. After a brief walk-around explaining the spec and a quick run-through of its start procedure and various driving modes, Steve was ready to experience his first drive on the snowy streets of Illinois alongside his wife. The casual cruise quickly diverted to an empty backlot where Steve unleashed all 1,817 horsepower in F5 mode with some flame-spitting donuts. Kicking off its official ownership of Hennessey’s most powerful hypercar yet, we cannot wait to see more Venom F5 Revolution Roadster content from The Hamilton Collection.
