How Infinite Machine’s Olto Aims To Reinvent The Bike Lane

No License, Registration, Or Insurance Needed New York-based electric mobility startup Infinite Machine is aimed squarely at the “post-car future: Founded by brothers Joseph Cohen and Eddie Cohen, along with co-founder/chief engineer Zach Cooper, the company is betting on a radically different approach to combat and rewrite the rules of urban transportation. In an exclusive interview with duPont REGISTRY last week, the trio shared their vision: “To build the most compelling non-cars on Earth.” Today, Infinite Machine unveiled Olto, a low-slung rethink of the urban two-wheeler. Less of an e-bike, more of an ultra-refined tool purpose-built for the bike lane, the Olto combines industrial design with tech-enabled modern convenience. It is the startup’s second major product after the sleek, high-performance P1, unveiled in 2023, a 65-mph electric scooter that has already built a cult following. If P1 is the firm's OG Tesla Roadster, Olto is their iPhone: engineered with mass appeal, and the same clean monolithic design first seen on their disruptive P1. Built From Scratch For The Bike Lane The Olto reimagines what a two-wheeled vehicle could be if it were designed from the ground up for city life. That means no registration, no license, no insurance, and no compromises. Tuned for both regulatory flexibility and rider confidence, the Olto hits 20 mph in the bike lane and can unlock 33 mph in off-road mode via the Infinite Machine app. There’s also a five-second handlebar-triggered “Boost Mode” for those steep climbs or quick getaways. “We wanted to build something that could exist legally in New York City and also feel fun in a gated community or gravel path,” Joseph explained. A mono-shock rear suspension is designed to smooth out potholes, while 200mm hydraulic disc brakes up front and 190mm in the rear offer motorcycle-grade stopping power. It adapts to local laws using GPS-based tuning. The Olto’s 750W rear hub motor (2kW peak) is powered by a 48V, 1.2kWh hot-swappable battery that offers 40 miles of real-world range. The battery drops under the seat, no cables needed, and can be topped up to 50% in an hour, and 5.5 hours for a full charge with the included charger. With the optional supercharger, you're looking at three hours for a full charge. Radical, Functional, And Cool Infinite Machine Olto and P1 Breaking into the competitive micro-mobility space is already a tall order, and design won’t just help you stand out in the crowd, but could also serve as a strategic tool against competitors. “Most products out there look like printers,” Eddie said. “They're boring, appliance-like. We wanted something you’d be excited to ride.” The result is bold: a monolithic, angular Cybertruck-like form crafted from welded steel and anodized aluminum. Every part from the clutch-based pedal system to the 200mm hydraulic disc brakes is built to take on more than just the urban environment. Inspired by the enduring appeal of the legendary Honda Cub that put Japan back on wheels in the post-World War II era, the Olto follows a design philosophy rooted in mass accessibility. “Honda changed the world when it said motorcycles aren’t just for rebels; they’re for moms, commuters, regular people,” said Joseph. “We want Olto to do the same for e-mobility. We're just getting started, so who knows what will happen, but our ambition with it is to have a product that aspirationally can become as iconic as the Cub.” The Olto weighs 176 pounds, yet carries two adults with ease. The pedals double as footrests, magnetically aligning when not in use. Retractable passenger footpegs and modular accessory mounts (for baskets, child carriers, and more) make it a truly utilitarian vehicle. Two helmet hooks are hidden beneath the seat, a dedicated AirTag cavity, and a mount for U-locks. Infinite Security And Seamless Tech Security is core to the Olto experience. When parked, the steering and wheels auto-lock and Tampering triggers a 98 dB alarm and an instant app notification. GPS and LTE tracking are standard, and a backup battery keeps security systems active even without the main pack. Your phone is your key and with the Infinite Machine app, you can unlock and start Olto just by walking up. The app available across both iOS and Android, also displays live metrics such as speed, range, location, and allows you to adjust power modes, track rides, and share digital keys with friends and family.  When Can You Get One Infinite Machine’s ultimate goal with the Olto is to take the technology, and design language from the larger P1 and bring it into a much more accessible form factor, price point. This was something that Chief Engineer Zach Cooper laid particular emphasis on. “Instead of going from a smaller vehicle to a bigger vehicle, where you’re tapping into something that’s meant to be pedaled, adding a motor and overdriving all the systems with the Olto, we’re taking a different approach and scaling things down from our learnings from P1.” Available in silver or black, the Olto starts at $3,495 and ships this fall. It aims to democratize the design-first ethos that Infinite Machine established with the P1. With direct-to-consumer sales and potential retail partnerships in the works, Global expansion is also planned, but the Infinite Machine team is currently focused on scaling operations within the U.S. first, with New York, L.A., San Francisco, Austin, and Miami being some of the key markets. Despite looming tariffs and infrastructure gaps, the founders remain bullish on the micro-mobility industry growing at the rate of 20% annually. Images: Infinite Machine

2026 Ford Mustang GT Models Get A Fox Body Inspired Makeo...

The Fox Body Mustang is back, in spirit at least, because Ford just pulled the wraps off the FX Package for the 2026 Mustang. With its retro-inspired theme, the appearance package gives the modern-day S650 a heavy dose of 1980s swagger. Available exclusively on 2026 Mustang GT Premium models, regardless of the transmission or body style you opt for, or the addition of the Performance Package, Ford’s goal with the FX package is to target the millennial crowd born in the 1980s and ‘90s. This move is a part of a broader playbook of Ford looking back at historic models, which is something that the Blue Oval has been playing successfully in recent years. After the company revived the Bronco nameplate and the smaller Bronco Sport in 2020, heritage-inspired trims with deep roots in the 1960s were subsequently introduced on both models. Think white grille, classic wheels, two-tone paint, and retro touches in the cabin.  “You can’t talk about the 1980s without mentioning the Fox Body Ford Mustang” - Joe Bellino, Mustang Brand Manager That same formula is now being applied to the Mustang. While the S197 was truly the model to reintroduce the ‘60s Fastback styling to the modern age and we have seen special packages for the S650 before, the FX package celebrates the Fox Body era with unique Oxford white touches. You’ll find it everywhere, from the 19-inch wheels, the 5.0 GT and Pony badges, and even in the grille nostrils. Standard FX variants feature Dark Carbonized Gray nostrils, while Performance Pack cars feature Gloss Black with White nostrils. Oxford White taillights will be available for all seventh-gen Mustang owners through Ford Performance Parts.  Another exterior highlight are the wheels. While the FX’s standard five-spoke design is a fresh take on the current Mustang wheel, Performance Pack cars get a design that takes cues from OG Fox Body alloys. Finished in mid-gloss Oxford White with color-matched center caps, they bear an all-new, FX-exclusive Mustang GT wordmark inspired by the 1987-’93 models. The Oxford white accents should also serve as a contrast against the Adriatic Blue Metallic seen here (a modern take on the classic Teal) and Orange Fury Metallic Tricoat. Inside, the retro-throwback theme continues with a new leather upholstery with black and white perforated inserts that mimic the plaid patterns of the third-gen Mustang. Optional Recaro seats (Coupe only) also carry the same retro flair. Double contrast stitching in City Silver and Adriatic Blue, across the seats, dash, steering wheel, and doors, along with new seat belt options in International Orange, Prime Blue, or Black with red stripes, ties everything together. So if you are someone who grew up with posters of a Fox Body-era Mustang on your bedroom wall or drove one back in high school, the FX Package might just get you a proper hit of nostalgia. Ford hasn’t announced pricing yet, but you won’t have to wait long to find out as order Books open in late June. View All Ford Mustangs For Sale Source: Ford

Bugatti Unveils Brand-New Washington D.C. Showroom Amid T...

On May 30, 2025, Bugatti officially opened its new showroom in Washington, D.C. An elegant evening of cocktails and live entertainment, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony, saw more than 60 VIPs, ranging from clients and connoisseurs to distinguished collectors, attend the grand opening. They were joined by key company figures like Mate Rimac, CEO of Bugatti Rimac, Sascha  Doering, COO for the Americas, and Amir Hadzimehmedovic, General Manager of Bugatti Washington. The 202 square-meter space has been designed from the ground up and is a reflection of the French marque’s latest corporate identity, something that we also saw not too long ago at the unveiling of Bugatti’s new Berlin Design HQ. “This space is not a showroom. It’s a home—a place for clients to be immersed, inspired, and ultimately create a car that reflects who they are.” - Amir Hadzimehmedovic, General Manager of Bugatti Washington At the heart of this celebration was the V16-powered Bugatti Tourbillon, sitting alongside a Chiron Pur Sport and a Heritage Type-35. Unveiled in June last year, Bugatti’s latest flagship hypercar is now beginning the North American leg of its global tour. Washington is its first stop, an intentional choice that aligns with the dealership’s strategic role to make Bugatti’s presence felt, not just in the region, but on the East Coast.  Since launching operations back in April 2022, under Lithia Motors, Inc., Bugatti Washington has quickly become one of the most impressive outposts in the brand’s North American strategy, as it has secured orders for two Chiron Super Sports, three Chiron Pur Sports, four Mistrals, and nine Tourbillon models. In the niche world of multi-million-dollar supercars and hypercars, such numbers speak volumes.  Washington’s position as a diplomatic epicenter means that this location has a global impact. From ambassadors and government officials to international entrepreneurs, D.C. has one of the highest concentrations of high-net-worth individuals in the United States and is well suited for a brand like Bugatti. “Washington represents the perfect convergence of diplomatic influence, cultural sophistication, and appreciation for engineering excellence” - Sascha  Doering, COO for the Americas, Bugatti As Bugatti continues to expand its presence across North America, the new Washington showroom is yet another significant step in reinforcing its presence on the East Coast. It joins a carefully curated network of fewer than a dozen Bugatti dealerships across the United States, positioned to serve a clientele that values performance, luxury, exclusivity, and heritage that goes back over a century. Ferrari Westlake Delivers A 1-of-599 SF90XX Spider Finish...

This Ferrari SF90XX Spider finds its new home on U.S. soil. While every Ferrari that rolls off Maranello's factory line proves to be special in its own way, the Italian marque dedicates a portion of its production to engineering some truly rare and exceptional models. Past predecessors like the Daytona SP3, LaFerrari, and Monza SP1/SP2 have cemented themselves as rolling icons in the history of Ferrari, making each rare a commodity amongst passionate collectors and enthusiasts. Since its debut to the world as Ferrari's first road-legal XX series supercar, the SF90XX and its open-top Spider variant have gained traction as the brand's next must-have, limited-production model. With only 599 examples of each slotted for production worldwide, only Ferrari VIPs with already impressive collections of Italian prancing horses could buy an SF90XX and SF90XX Spider brand new. The team at Ferrari Westlake is proud to showcase the delivery of a new Ferrari SF90XX Spider to a special client. photo by @paid2shoot Opting for the open-top version of Ferrari's most track-inspired supercar, this SF90XX Spider came painted from the factory in a stealthy Verde Oliva finish. The gloss olive green paint shade highlights the SF90XX's aero-focused body design, contrasting against the carbon louvers, ducts, and rear wing that channel air for both cooling and downforce. Its lightweight look and feel continue with a set of 20-inch carbon fiber wheels that are 40% lighter than the standard wheel offered. Letting its exterior turn heads from the outside, the cabin features a subtly designed black Alcantara interior with grey contrast striping and tons of exposed carbon trim. photo by @paid2shoot Under the Ferrari SF90XX Spider's rear deck sits a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 paired with three electric motors, delivering a combined 1,016 horsepower. That powerplant is paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission that delivers precise shifts and sends power to all four wheels. With launch control engaged, this hybrid track star sprints from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.3 seconds, making it quicker than most purpose-built race cars. A silhouette of a race car with “969 RSP” text, a portrait of an elderly man in a cap—possibly Roger Penske—and a Porsche 963 RSP speeding on a track labeled "Daytona," capture the thrill of the Billionaire Race Team.

Is Billionaire Race Team Boss Roger Penske Getting a One-...

Could American motorsport titan Roger Penske be about to receive a bespoke version of Porsche’s most advanced prototype race car? A recent teaser from Porsche suggests exactly that. As we revealed this week, a YouTube video introduces the Porsche 963 RSP – a “one-of-one vehicle crafted with precision, purpose, and detail at every touchpoint,” according to the official description. The sleek black-and-white footage showcases mechanics working on a 963 chassis, intercut with scenes of intricate upholstery and a unique paint scheme. One detail stands out above all: the “963 RSP” badge, which cleverly blends Porsche’s famed Rennsport branding with Penske’s initials. His full name? Roger Searle Penske. The car appears to be a tribute to the 87-year-old businessman and former racing driver, whose impact on American motorsport is unrivaled. Penske’s empire, built on a foundation of car dealerships and trucking logistics, has extended into one of the most successful racing operations in history. Team Penske has claimed a record 20 victories at the Indianapolis 500, while Porsche has earned an equal number of wins at the 24 Hours of Daytona – most recently through its factory-backed Porsche Penske Motorsport program, which triumphed with the 963 in both 2023 and 2024. The 963’s road to dominance was not immediate. After debuting at the 2023 Rolex 24 at Daytona with reliability woes and pace issues, it took a strategic win at Long Beach to claim its first IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship victory. But by 2024, the hybrid, twin-turbocharged V8-powered prototype had matured into a powerhouse – winning Daytona, finishing first and second in the IMSA season, and clinching the FIA World Endurance Championship drivers’ title. While some speculate that the 963 RSP could be a road-legal prototype, it is more likely to take its place in Penske’s personal collection – which features a trove of racing icons, trophies, and memorabilia housed in Phoenix, Arizona. Still, Porsche has a history of building road-capable versions of its prototype racers, including the legendary 917 and 962. Whatever the 963 RSP turns out to be, it would be a fitting tribute to a man who has done more than anyone to shape the sport of racing – on both sides of the pit wall. We should find out the whole story ahead of the 24 Hours of Le Mans next month. View All Porsches For Sale " width="680"> ImageSource: Porsche
