Lewis Hamilton Gets a Taste of L.A.'s Lowrider Culture

Lewis Hamilton Gets a Taste of L.A.'s Lowrider Culture

It should come as no surprise that Sir Lewis Hamilton, a driver for Scuderia Ferrari F1, is a lifelong car enthusiast with a genuine passion for automotive culture. While much of his year is spent traveling the globe as part of Formula 1's demanding schedule, Lewis spends plenty of his time away from the track immersed in car culture. Whether it’s a free day in Tokyo behind the wheel of an R34 Nissan GT-R or living out his Vice City dreams with burnouts in a white-on-white Ferrari Testarossa, the World Champion F1 driver is always searching for opportunities to broaden his automotive horizon by going directly to the source. In his latest YouTube video, Lewis Hamilton explored Los Angeles' iconic lowrider scene, eager to learn more about a side of car culture he had previously only known through TV.The car that welcomed Lewis to the lowrider world is a 1984 Buick Regal, fully upgraded with a custom, two-tone candy paint job and a top-of-the-line air suspension system that individually controls each corner of the car. Although competitions and car meets play a big role in the culture, giving owners a chance to show off their builds, custom paint, and skills on the switches, the lowrider community is about much more than competition. For many, it's a tradition that's been passed down from one generation to the next. It wasn’t long before Lewis was in the driver's seat, experimenting with the switches, leaving him smiling from ear to ear. He even had the chance to take the Buick Regal out on the open road, cruising the streets of L.A., and making it jump like a true professional. A polar opposite of his lightweight, high-tech Scuderia Ferrari SF-26 race car, we can definitely see a lowrider customized to his liking in Lewis Hamilton’s future. Drake Features a $50 Million Ferrari Collection in His ‘Janice STFU’ Music Video

Drake Features a $50 Million Ferrari Collection in His ‘Janice STFU’ Music Video

Right now, there may not be a bigger name in music than Drake, who shocked fans and the entertainment world by dropping three albums at once and giving people exactly what they wanted. And while the Canadian rapper and business mogul has been making music headlines with his release of 43 songs, which are already charting across platforms like Apple Music and Spotify, he’s also making waves in the automotive world with a jaw-dropping cameo of Ferrari halo supercars and hypercars featured in his latest ‘Janice STFU’ music video. And while we know Drake to be a collector of all things automotive, even owning a yellow Ferrari LaFerrari at one point, it's best to believe that a favor was called in to a collector and friend of his to borrow the fleet for the music video.  Already surpassing 8 million views on YouTube, the scene is set inside the underlit garage of an estate, where the most iconic cars in Ferrari’s history sit parked on polished marble floors. On the classic side, the Ferrari F40 and Ferrari F50 remain two of the most sought-after models ever to wear the Prancing Horse badge, representing an era of raw, analog driving experiences that collectors continue to chase today. For newer Ferrari fans, the lineup also included heavy hitters like the Enzo, LaFerrari, the open-top Monza SP2, and the ultra-limited Daytona SP3, showcasing just how far the brand has evolved while still carrying the same DNA that made its earlier cars legends.  It’s a lineup that spans multiple generations of Ferrari history, but every car shares one thing in common: serious star power. Even with values on each of these Ferraris soaring daily among the collector car market, adding “featured in Drake’s chart-topping music video” to their provenance may carry even more hype to the price. Watch Cleetus McFarland’s Corvette ZR1 Take on Vaughn Gittin Jr.’s Mustang GTD

Watch Cleetus McFarland’s Corvette ZR1 Take on Vaughn Gittin Jr.’s Mustang GTD

Right now, an all-American battle is happening in the automotive world between two icons that continue pushing the limits of what’s possible on U.S. soil: the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 and the Ford Mustang GTD. Both have officially stepped into supercar territory, delivering plenty of power at a price that still undercuts much of the exotic car world. But despite the specs and Nürburgring lap times set by factory professional drivers, there’s still one question left to answer: What happens when two regular owners line them up and go head-to-head with their own cars? Well, automotive YouTuber Garrett Mitchell, better known as Cleetus McFarland, and professional drifter and founder of RTR Vehicles, Vaughn Gittin Jr., just answered that question in a recently uploaded YouTube video. The whole idea came about when the two discussed meeting up for a casual track session at 10/10ths Motor Club in Concord, NC, which snowballed into Cleetus trailering his C8 ZR1 from Florida, and then went even further, questioning whose car would lay down the faster lap time. And before you make the assumption that the Corvette automatically has the upper hand with a 300+ horsepower advantage, the 1.7-mile circuit doesn’t feature long straights where all that power can be utilized.Cleetus’ C8 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 isn’t your average out-of-the-box spec, making 1,100 horsepower to the wheels thanks to upgraded downpipes and an engine ECU tune, which also happens to void the factory warranty. For Vaughn, his newly delivered Ford Mustang GTD remains completely stock in the performance department, with 830 crank horsepower and a sophisticated suspension setup that most definitely outshines Chevrolet’s in the corners. As the founder of one of the largest aftermarket specialists for Mustangs, he did in fact find a way to shed close to 9lbs with newly developed RTR wheels. The track day even brought out T-Pain and Hert from Nappy Boy Automotive, who ultimately became the trusted timekeepers, delivering the good and bad news to both drivers. After a quick 15-minute warm-up with a professional driver in the passenger seat, Vaughn Gittin Jr. set off first with Cleetus to follow after, in a traditional time attack race format of five laps to set the best time possible. And as for the overall winner… you’ll have to tune into the video below to find out for yourself.

Swizz Beatz Takes Delivery of his 1-of-1 SF90 XX Spider at Ferrari's Museum

Some car collectors take pride in their loyalty to a single brand, dedicating their time, energy, and money to building the ultimate collection. For Grammy-winning DJ, rapper, and record producer, Swizz Beatz, his passion for all things automotive starts and ends with Ferrari supercars and hypercars, curating what’s believed to be one of the most impressive collections in the world. Already showcasing a stable full of Ferrari icons, including a Daytona SP3, Monza SP1, Monza SP2, LaFerrari, 599 GTO, and many others, his collection continues to grow and evolve as Ferrari unveils rare and innovative new models. Most recently, Swizz Beatz and his wife, Alicia Keys, traveled to Maranello, the hometown of Ferrari, to get a first look at his brand-new Ferrari SF90 XX Spider, which was on display at Musei Ferrari. The power couple already set the tone with outfits styled by Ferrari Style, which also happened to color coordinate perfectly with Swizz’s SF90 XX Spider spec. The open-top, track-focused version of Ferrari’s groundbreaking hybrid supercar comes finished in a clean Bianco exterior with gloss-black touches that beautifully balance and contrast its look, showing off the aggressive aero and curves of the car. The wheels play into the all-white theme with a paint-matched design, fitted with black prancing horse center caps, and a set of gloss-black carbon-ceramic brakes in the background. Inside, Swizz opted for a two-tone interior with a reverse color scheme, featuring a driver’s seat upholstered in white leather with black piping and a passenger seat finished in black leather with white piping.Delivery day proved to be even more special for the duo, as Musei Ferrari dedicated a section of the museum’s ‘Greatest Hits’ exhibit to Swizz Beatz’s longstanding history with Ferrari and the newest addition to his collection. While it may reside in Italy for the time being, it won’t be long until the Ferrari SF90 XX Spider makes its long journey to Southern California, where Swizz can get some much-needed time behind the wheel after waiting for it to finish production. Until next time, we can’t wait to see what’s next for Swizz Beatz and his growing collection of Ferraris. All Ferrari Inventory Source: Ferrari

Jay Leno Samples Two Czinger 21C Hypercars and Picks the One He’d Have in His Collection

Jay Leno Samples Two Czinger 21C Hypercars and Picks the One He’d Have in His Collection

Jay Leno maintains one of the most celebrated private car collections in the world, with over 180 cars and 160 motorcycles spanning more than a century of automotive history. So when he climbs out of an automobile, calling it one of the best he's ever driven, it's worth paying attention. That's exactly what happened when Leno recently got behind the wheel of the Czinger 21C; the 1,250-horsepower, 3D-printed hypercar built entirely in Torrance, California. Leno previously drove the 21C in 2022, but in the latest episode of Jay Leno's Garage, he catches up with Czinger founder and CEO Lucas Czinger for an in-depth look at what may be the most technically ambitious road car ever built in the United States. All this before, the duo takes two of the three 21C available variants: V-Max (a car we've reviewed) and the record-breaking (Laguna-Seca Lap Record)High Downforce version, up into the hills above Los Angeles. The third variant is the higher-output sold-out Blackbird variant, which draws visual inspiration from the legendary stealth SR-71 reconnaissance aircraft. <- Gallery -> The 21C is powered by a bespoke 2.88-liter twin-cam V8, designed, built, and emissions-certified entirely in-house, paired with three electric motors producing 500 horsepower at the front axle alone. Combined output sits at 1,250 horsepower, routed through what Czinger claims is the world's first electro-hydraulic actuated seven-speed gearbox. With 1,350 horsepower, the Blackbird variant (limited to only 4 units) is on our list of the 10 most powerful production cars in the world. Production is capped at 80 units, and all three variants share the same tandem seating layout, placing the driver at the center of the car with the passenger seated directly behind. Above them sits a panoramic fighter-jet cockpit-style glass canopy. The central driving position is an arrangement Leno immediately linked to his McLaren F1, noting how it offers an unobstructed view of the road and the same intuitive sense of exactly how much space exists on either side of the car. What holds it all together is a chassis unlike anything else in production. Czinger's additive manufacturing process builds structural components by laser-melting powdered aluminum, steel, and titanium alloys into complex organic forms assembled robotically to tolerances typically reserved for aerospace components.  The result looks less like a car frame and more like skeletal anatomy, complete with branching nodes and tapering lattices, with material placed precisely where loads demand it and nowhere else. Czinger also walks Leno through the bespoke braking system and the philosophy behind building a proper OEM from scratch in California. Something that Jay finds especially intriguing is how the car was from the outset designed to be fully street-legal in a state like California: CARB-certified, crash-tested, and available for purchase today.  Leno's verdict after driving both configurations through canyon roads is that he wants one, and he is leaning toward the V-Max. Lewis Hamilton Goes Full Vice City in White Ferrari Testarossa and Scarab Jet Boat

Lewis Hamilton Goes Full Vice City in White Ferrari Testarossa and Scarab Jet Boat

One week after the chequered flag fell on the 2026 Miami Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton reminded everyone that his relationship with South Florida runs far deeper than a race weekend. The seven-time world champion and Ferrari driver posted a short Instagram clip titled "Vice City Run," and it landed like a perfectly timed pit stop. The video opens with Hamilton on the water, piloting a Scarab Jet boat in Biscayne Bay. Dressed in all-white, he steps off the boat, climbs into a white Ferrari Testarossa, like in the original Miami Vice (however, those were monospecchios i.e single mirror cars), and proceeds to drive stick through Miami's streets. After pulling off a few donuts, he heads to Ocean Drive after dark, where the Testarossa's pop-up headlights and 1980s-style strakes sit in sharp contrast to the art deco buildings and neon-lit storefronts. The video's GTA Vice-City-specific font in baby blue and pink, lifted straight from the early 2000s arcade game, makes the cultural reference impossible to miss. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Lewis Hamilton (@lewishamilton)   Celebrity reactions came quickly. Tyrese Gibson, who starred in "2 Fast 2 Furious" alongside the late Paul Walker, a film shot right there in Miami, commented: "we need you in LA to celebrate the 25th anniversary of FAST & FURIOUS and CODY WALKERS BIRTHDAY!!!! JUNE 13th…." Richard Rawlings of Gas Monkey Garage added: "Gotta use the GMG F6 when you're taking over Texas." This is not the first time this season that Hamilton has used a race weekend to document local car culture. In late March, ahead of the Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka, he showed up at Daikoku Parking in Yokohama driving a Ferrari F40. For the JDM community, Daikoku is hallowed ground, a gathering point where some of Japan's most extraordinary privately owned cars appear on any given night. What Hamilton is building, deliberately or not, is something that connects Formula 1 to the street-level culture surrounding each race. With races still to come across three continents, the question now is which city he targets next. View All Ferrari Testarossas For Sale Images: via Instagram @lewishamilton

Fernando Alonso Just Bought One of the Rarest Paganis Ever Made

When your day job revolves around piloting a purpose-built 1,000-horsepower Formula 1 car with massive downforce and a top speed pushing past 249 mph, it makes you wonder what actually feels exciting enough to drive once you’re back on normal public roads. Fernando Alonso is giving fans a glimpse into what scratches that itch for him away from the racetrack, recently taking delivery of the one-off Pagani Zonda Roadster Diamante Verde following its recent sale through the team at Mechatronik.Joining an already impressive collection, Fernando Alonso’s garage is filled with automotive icons like the Aston Martin Valkyrie, Aston Martin Valiant, Ferrari LaFerrari, Ferrari Enzo, McLaren Elva, and McLaren P1, along with so many others. The recent delivery of Fernando’s Pagani Zonda Roadster Diamante Verde took place in Monaco, where the members of Mechatronik were on scene, as well as renowned photographer Alex Penfold, to capture the historic moment. The Zonda already stands out as one of the most sought-after hypercars ever built, but the Diamante Verde elevates its craftsmanship and exclusivity to a whole new level. Built as a true factory one-off in 2017, this Zonda was commissioned to the full 760 spec, with a laundry list of bespoke details that never featured on another Pagani. Add in that the odometer shows just 800 kilometers (497 miles) from new, and it becomes the kind of car collectors wait years, sometimes decades, to even see publicly offered. The exposed carbon fiber exterior shows off a green-tinted finish that shifts depending on the lighting, giving the car its “Diamante Verde” name, which translates to “Sparkling Green”. From its widened front fenders to the massive rear diffuser and signature center-mounted quad-exhaust, the entire car comes sculpted by Horacio Pagani and his team. There are also details inspired by the legendary Zonda 760LM, including the distinctive hood that gives the front end an even more agressive look. Inside, the cabin keeps things clean and simple with black Alcantara, exposed carbon fiber, handcrafted touches, and even a custom Recaro car seat for Fernando Alonso’s son.Power comes from the legendary Mercedes-AMG-sourced 7.3L naturally aspirated V12, delivering 760 horsepower and revving past 8,000 rpm with one of the most recognizable exhaust notes ever fitted to a road car. In typical Pagani fashion, the experience is just as much about emotion as it is about speed. The exposed intake noise and open-top layout make the entire car raw and mechanical in the best way possible. Now, in the collection of a true Formula 1 legend, we hope to see Fernando Alonso enjoying his new Pagani Zonda Roadster Diamante Verde on the streets of Monaco soon. David Dobrik Takes Delivery of his 1-of-1 $1.2M Aston Martin Valhalla

David Dobrik Takes Delivery of his 1-of-1 $1.2M Aston Martin Valhalla

With more than 70 million followers across his platforms, David Dobrik has become one of the internet’s biggest names, growing his YouTube channel to over 17 million subscribers since launching it back in 2015. While his content ranges from chaotic daily vlogs to celebrity cameos, he’s probably best known for his over-the-top car giveaways, surprising friends and fans with everything from Mercedes-Benzes and Teslas to a Lamborghini and even a Ford Bronco. After giving away more than 30 luxury cars over the years, many tied to partnerships with brands like SeatGeek, Dobrik is finally buying something for himself: a brand-new Aston Martin Valhalla, reportedly worth north of $1 million. This also isn’t David’s first time behind the wheel of an Aston Martin. Before this, he was most often seen driving a light blue Aston Martin DBX, though that garage recently expanded after friend and fellow YouTuber SteveWillDoIt surprised him with a new Ferrari Purosangue. Aston Martin approached him almost two years ago with an allocation and the opportunity to completely configure his own 1-of-1 spec, which he took full advantage of with an Iridescent Green exterior with metallic gold accents and a full Sage Green interior with tons of exposed gloss carbon fiber. The cabin even features a special plaque that reads “Hand-built in Great Britain for David Dobrik”.  To fully experience the Aston Martin Valhalla and its monstrous 1,064-horsepower hybrid-assisted 4.0L V8, David Dobrik and his team worked with local police in Los Angeles to temporarily shut down a public road with a long straightaway. Alongside the Valhalla, the lineup for the impromptu drag race included a Ferrari F8 Spider gifted by Corinna Kopf, plus a Ferrari Purosangue and an Aston Martin DBX from Dobrik’s own collection. Now a few weeks into ownership, David Dobrik seems to be fully settling into life with the new Aston Martin Valhalla, even mentioning that despite its wild performance, it’s surprisingly easy to drive—comfortable enough, in his words, to daily. Check Out Which Celebrities Were Trackside at F1 Miami 2026

Miami always has a way of attracting celebrities to the city, but Formula 1 weekend has turned it into something else entirely. What used to be a solid race on the F1 calendar has evolved into one of the most star-packed weekends of the year, where the crowd can be just as entertaining as what’s happening on track. Between the paddock, the garages, and everything surrounding Hard Rock Stadium, it’s basically a nonstop rotation of familiar faces, with the city leaning all the way into its reputation as a magnet for athletes, entertainers, and anyone who thrives in that spotlight. This past weekend marked another incredible Miami Grand Prix, with Kimi Antonelli and Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 taking home the win. While the teams were focused on Sunday, social media was flooded with trackside appearances. Lionel Messi was on-scene with a crowd around him at all times, continuing his run as one of the biggest draws in the city. Tennis icons Rafael Nadal and Serena William were both spotted throughout the weekend, alongside names like Jon Rahm and Shaun White, making it feel like every major sport had some kind of presence trackside. It wasn’t just athletes carrying the weekend either. DJ Khaled was, as expected, everywhere at once, while Kane Brown and Manuel Turizo added to the musical mix, and Alix Earle kept popping up where you’d expect. Actors like Colin Farrell, Patrick Dempsey, Terry Crews, and Jimmy Fallon were all around the paddock, with Tyriq Withers in there as well, plus the Miami Dolphins and Miami Heat repping the home side. At this point, the race is almost just part of it as Miami’s turned F1 weekend into its own thing, and the guest list says everything about how big it’s gotten. Jeremy Clarkson Reveals He’s Driving Aston Martin’s New $1M Valhalla

Jeremy Clarkson Reveals He’s Driving Aston Martin’s New $1M Valhalla

Jeremy Clarkson was recently spotted in central London, getting into a silver Aston Martin Valhalla. Earlier today, Jezza revealed in a post on his Instagram that he had two cars to review this week, showing a Fiat Panda Grande alongside the Valhalla finished in silver with green accents, the same one he was spotted in earlier. Tellingly, he noted that one of the two cars has been getting significantly more use than the other, and it's not hard to guess which one.  View this post on Instagram A post shared by Jeremy Clarkson (@jeremyclarkson1)   The Valhalla is very much one of the top exotic cars of the moment. Developed in collaboration with Red Bull Racing under the direction of Adrian Newey, it is Aston’s mid-engined road car with series-production plug-in hybrid tech, a first for the British marque. Power comes from a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 sourced from Mercedes-AMG, working in tandem with three electric motors to produce a combined 1,064 horsepower and 811 pound-feet of torque. The Valhalla can hit 62 mph in 2.5 seconds and has a top speed of 217 mph. Production is strictly limited to 999 examples. Customer deliveries only began recently, and high-profile sightings are already stacking up. Back in February this year, Gordon Ramsay, in his own Midnight Blue example, was photographed outside The Savoy in London, making it two of Britain’s most recognisable faces already behind the wheel of one of its most exciting new cars. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Aaron Moniz (@aaronspotz)   Clarkson, now 66 remains one of Britain’s most prominent motoring voices, and his automotive presence is as loud as ever. Despite spending much of the past few years fronting Clarkson’s Farm on Amazon, he has never truly stepped away from the car world. His weekly columns for The Sunday Times and The Sun keep coming, and he recently appeared in a Harry’s Garage video riding shotgun in a Gordon Murray T.50. His former Top Gear and The Grand Tour co-presenters are similarly refusing to fade into the background. Richard Hammond and James May both remain active on DriveTribe, the automotive media platform the trio co-founded together, while May has also built out an unlikely second career with his own gin brand. With The Grand Tour having wrapped its main run in 2024, all three are now doing their own thing. A combined career spanning well over three decades, and to the relief of fans, they’re far from done.
