Electric cars are here to stay, so where are the electric trucks? That question has been answered as Chevrolet unveils their 1962 E-10 electric concept at SEMA.
Using the guts from the latest Chevy Bolt EV, two 60 kWh batteries are mounted in the bed. Giving a combined 120 kWh at 400 volts, it has more capacity than any production electric vehicle. Two electric motors are double-stacked under the hood. They send 450 horsepower to a 4L75-E four-speed automatic transmission.
