Chevrolet Unveils New 1,300HP Blazer EV.R NASCAR Prototype

Chevrolet shows off the potential future of NASCAR. NASCAR is one of the most prominent and iconic staples of the American motorsport world, and the series has forged a number of racing legends and staple events. However, one of the manufacturers that is well known within the Nascar world, Chevrolet, has recently unveiled a radical, electrified vision for its future in the form of its new Blazer EV.R NASCAR Prototype, which was revealed ahead of this year’s legendary Daytona 500 race, where the Blazer EV SS will be serving as the pace car. The Blazer EV SS is the first Blazer to serve as a pace car, as well as the fist EV to serve as the pace car for the Daytona 500. However, the Blazer EV.R NASCAR Prototype envisions a future in which electric vehicles are not only pace cars, but on the grid competing themselves. The prototype boasts over 1,300 horsepower, with a programmable all-wheel-drive system and Goodyear Racing Eagle tires for true racing prowess. Created in partnership between Chevrolet and NASCAR, the prototype is an exploration and an innovative vision of what the future of the legendary American motorsport could look like. While V8 engines remain an important staple of NASCAR as we know it today, electrified race cars could bring a new level of excitement and futurism to the NASCAR arena. With motorsport providing innovation to roadgoing vehicles, electric racing in NASCAR could push the entire world of automotive performance forward. Chevrolet's New 1,064 Horsepower C8 Corvette ZR1 Sets Fiv...

The Corvette ZR1 is making its presence known in the supercar world, smashing five lap records at some of the most demanding tracks in the U.S. With four different GM engineers at the wheel, the ZR1 clocked blistering times at " title="YouTube video" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen>, " title="YouTube video" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen>, " title="YouTube video" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen>, and both layouts of Virginia International Raceway (" title="YouTube video" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen> and " title="YouTube video" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen>). These record-breaking runs were done in a pre-production ZR1 with the optional ZTK Performance Package, which adds an aggressive carbon-fiber rear wing, front dive planes, and grippy Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2R ZP tires. Combined with its monstrous 1,064-horsepower V8, it’s no surprise the ZR1 is making waves in the track world. GM’s team of Level 6 certified drivers, with decades of experience, pushed the ZR1 to its limits to prove what it’s capable of. The best part? You don’t need to be a professional to tap into the car’s potential. The engineering behind the ZR1 makes it approachable for drivers looking to get serious on the track while still being an absolute beast in the right hands. Whether it’s carving through corners or blasting down straights, the ZR1 is built to perform at all cost. With a top speed of 233 mph, a 0-60 mph time of just 2.3 seconds, and a quarter-mile run in 9.6 seconds, the ZR1 is more about real-world track performance. It’s not trying to be a hypercar; it’s just proving that a Corvette can hang with some of the fastest cars on the planet without the million-dollar price tag. New 615HP Chevrolet Blazer EV SS Is The 2025 Daytona 500 ...

Chevrolet brings its electric performance excellence to Daytona. Daytona is one of the world’s most venerated motorsport venues, with decades of cherished legacy and epic showdowns still taking place at the storied racetrack today. One of those is, of course, the Daytona 500, one of America’s premier racing events and one of the flagship races of NASCAR. This year, Chevrolet is bringing a unique and futuristic pace car to the event, showing off its latest electric performance engineering innovation in the form of the new Chevrolet Blazer EV SS. As Chevrolet’s quickest SS model yet, the new Blazer EV SS is able to get from 0-60 in as little as 3.4 seconds, with an impressive 615 horsepower and 650 lb/ft of torque. It’s the first Blazer to serve as the pace car for the “Great American Race,” and it’s also the first electric vehicle to pace the race. The pace car features no performance upgrades, but has custom graphics and lighting for its pace car duties. Along with it, Chevrolet will also debut a new Blazer EV.R NASCAR Prototype ahead of the highly anticipated race. Created as a collaboration between NASCAR and OEM partners, the new prototype is a representation of the iconic racing series exploring futuristic new technology. While V8 engines will still be an important mainstay of the NASCAR universe, the Chevrolet Blazer SS pace car and the Blazer EV.R NASCAR Prototype show that new innovation can have a seat at the table. Corvette E-Ray Price, Horsepower, Specs & Review

After 70 years, the Corvette goes further than ever. By now, just about every car enthusiast knows about the level of impact that the 8th-generation Corevette has on the storied name with its mid-engined layout. Throughout the car’s long history, Chevrolet has hinted at the potential for the car to be mid-engined, and when it finally happened, it delivered on its promise of being the most radical Corvette yet when it comes to performance, reaching speeds and 0-60 times of cars with price tags exponentially higher, and production numbers exponentially smaller. However, now that exactly 70 years to the day have passed since the reveal of the very first Corvette at 1953’s Motorama in New York City, Chevrolet has announced the new 2024 Corvette E-Ray. With the incredible naturally aspirated, small-block 6.2-liter LT2 V8 engine, the E-Ray also uses a hybrid system and for the first time, features electrified all-wheel drive. After 70 years of being America’s world-class performance car, the Corvette continues to take its name to new heights, and rather than rest on its laurels (of which it has many), with the E-Ray, the Corvette now seeks to go after the exclusive and predominantly European club of hypercars, and it’s truly something special. 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray Price The Chevrolet Corvette has long been celebrated as a car that delivers incredible value for money, and the new 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray is no exception. With the incredible performance and drivability that the car promises (sub-3-second 0-60, sub-11-second quarter-mile), the new all-American supercar will be able to go toe-to-toe on the track with plenty of vehicles that cost multiple times as much as the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray price, which starts at $104,295. Given the incredible innovation and the futuristically hybridized performance of the car, the price of any Corvette E-Ray for sale is lower than most of its performance peers. 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray Review The C8 Corvette is a bona fide supercar as it is, but the C8 Corvette E-Ray review definitely reaches towards the extra-special designation of hypercar. Of course, it maintains the same mid-engined layout and exotic look as other C8 models, but also boasts the wider, lower stance of the Z06, and features wider tires to handle the electrified torque delivery. Speaking of that torque delivery, the performance of the new 2024 Corvette E-Ray is absolutely incredible. With the hybrid powertrain making the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray horsepower 655, as well as with all-wheel drive, the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray 0-60 is just a matter of just 2.5 seconds, making it the quickest Corvette that Chevrolet has ever made. If your foot stays planted on the accelerator after that, you’ll have gone a ¼ mile in just 10.5 seconds at 130 mph. The 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray top speed is 183 mph, keeping up with some incredible performance cars. Performance is also optimized with the use of staggered wheel sizes (20-inch at front, 21-inch at rear), as well as the use of 275/30ZR20 tires at the front and 345/25ZR21 at the back. 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray Specs Price: $104,295 Engine: 6.2-liter V8 with 1.9 kWh Li-ion battery and single electric motor Transmission: 8-speed dual-clutch automatic Horsepower: 655 hp Torque: 595 lb/ft 0-60: 2.5 s ¼ mile: 10.5 s @ 130 mph Top Speed: 183 mph 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray Engine & Battery The new Corvette E-Ray boasts the same naturally aspirated 6.2-liter Small Block LT2 V8 engine that has helped build the C8 Corvette’s legacy. However, its 495 horsepower and 470 lb/ft of torque are now assisted by a battery-electric hybrid system. The system is a single-motor system that uses a permanent magnetic drive motor and a 1.9 kWh lithium-ion battery to deliver 160 horsepower and 125 lb/ft of torque. Together with the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray engine, the total system is capable of producing 655 horsepower and 595 lb/ft of torque. Because the electric power is delivered through the front wheels, and the engine’s power is delivered through the rear, the result is an electrified all-wheel drive system that makes the E-Ray unique from the rest of the Corvette lineup as one of the world’s few all-wheel drive supercars, able to deliver high performance in various seasonal conditions. In addition, the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray transmission, an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic, ensures quick shifts and confident performance on road and track. 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray Standout Features One of the features that distinguish the E-Ray from other C8 Corvettes are unique wheel designs for the model. Exclusive to the E-Ray, owners can opt to have their car finished with a body stripe in Electric Blue. Also, the E-Ray is available both with the Corvette’s removable roof, and as a hard-top convertible. Unique to the electrified E-Ray, a new Stealth mode will allow drivers to quietly drive using all-electric, front-wheel drive power at speeds up to 45 mph before the beastly V8 engine does anything at all. The engine does come to life when the battery is depleted, if additional torque is needed, or if the driver goes above the 45-mph speed limit. Another useful feature for times when performance isn’t the main objective include the E-Ray’s Active Fuel Management, which allows the V8 engine to operate with only 4 cylinders, teaming up with the electric system for efficient driving. However, on the track, the electric system still plays an important role, with the front wheels getting torque from the system when needed to optimize performance, and the Charge+ feature being an option for when battery power needs to be conserved to do as many laps as possible. With the new 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray interior, Chevrolet is introducing a new Artemis Dipped interior for the new 2024 Corvette, featuring green surfaces. Also, the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray brakes are the first standard carbon ceramic brakes to be offered on a Corvette. Is the Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray electric? It's not fully electric, but it is a hybrid, which is a first for the production Chevrolet Corvette. The electric system drives the front wheels, teaming up with the V8 engine that powers the rear, for immense total power and the first production Corvette to be all-wheel drive. Is the Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray the fastest C8 Corvette? While the Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray certainly is powerful and fast, it's not as powerful as the performance-focused Z06, which itself has been eclipsed by the new ZR1, which has over 1,000 horsepower. What is the Corvette E-Ray's electric driving range? To keep the weight down, Chevrolet didn't give the Corvette E-Ray a huge electric system or battery. As a result, it will only drive 3-4 miles in its all-electric Stealth Mode at up to 45 mph. The hybrid system was made with the purpose of assisting the gas engine in delivering improved dynamics and performance, rather than being the primary propulsion method for the supercar. New Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Hits Record-Breaking 233-MPH T...

The new Corvette ZR1 hits unthinkable speeds. The Chevrolet Corvette has always been an American performance car known and cherished for its ability to punch above its weight. It’s boasted performance, engineering, and style of rivals from across the globe with much higher price tags and lower production numbers, and for decades been the poster child of American performance. However, the latest generation of the Corvette, the C8, marks the biggest milestone yet in the Corvette’s history. Delivering on a decades-long promise of a mid-engined layout, the C8 Corvette has unlocked virtually limitless supercar potential. That potential is being realized by the recently-revealed Corvette ZR1, which employs a twin-turbocharged V8 engine to achieve an unthinkable 1,064 horsepower. With its aggressive, innovative, racing-focused aerodynamics, 1,200 pounds of downforce is acting on the car at top speed. Speaking of which, the Corvette ZR1 hit a record-breaking top speed recently, with GM’s president, Mark Reuss, behind the wheel. The car reached 233 mph at the High-Speed Oval Track at ATP Automotive Testing in Papenburg, Germany, with a standard chassis and the standard aero package, with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. In Top Speed mode, developed by Chevrolet engineers exclusively for track use, the car hit 233 mph in sixth gear at the redline. The run makes the new ZR1 the fastest car ever produced by GM, and according to Chevrolet “the fastest car ever built by an American auto manufacturer.” With this new speed record hit, it’s clearer than ever that the Corvette is in a new era as a truly formidable supercar. C8 Corvette Z06 Price, Specs, Photos & Review

Despite being the latest generation of the iconic Chevrolet Corvette, the Chevrolet Corvette C8 has already attained icon status. Being the first mid-engined generation of the Corvette, it transformed the legendary performance car into a true supercar, fulfilling a promise that Corvette fans have anticipated for decades. However, Chevrolet upped the ante even further by introducing a suite of Corvette models with even further enhanced performance, including the iconic ZR1 and Z06 variants and the hybrid E-Ray. The Chevrolet Corvette Z06 is the perfect all-American supercar for the performance enthusiast looking for power, dynamics, striking looks, and everyday luxury in one package. From its price to its specs and photos inside and out, here's everything you need to know about the C8 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 C8 Z06 Price One thing about this vehicle is that you have some options to choose from. Each of the models has a Coupe and convertible options. Nonetheless, all models in this category have a six-figure starting price. This C8 Z06 price is mainly due to the vehicle's top performance, compared to the European makes that cost less. Additionally, the manufacturers set high prices based on the car's high horsepower. It's essential to know that C8 Z06 horsepower is 670 hp. We shall look at different vehicles and their prices in this C8 Corvette Z06 review. Tighten your safety belts for a smooth ride! 1LZ 1LZ is one of the vehicles under the Chevrolet Corvette Z06. It comes in the form of a convertible and a Coupe. You are the one to decide which one to pick between the two, depending on your preferences and financial capabilities. You can expect to pay about $113,895 for the convertible and $106,395 for the Coupe. 2LZ Like the 1LZ, the 2LZ model also has a convertible and Coupe option. The prices for 2LZ vehicles were $122,595 for the convertible and $115,595 for the Coupe, from 2022 reports. 3LZ Finally, the 3LZ is the last type of C8 Corvette Z06. 3LZ Coupe and convertible cost $120,245 and $127,245, respectively. One thing to note about all these cars is a $2,600 gas guzzler tax. You must factor in such and other expenses of owning a C8 Corvette Z06. Front view of 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 in Amplify Orange Tint driving on a track. C8 Z06 Review The C8 Corvette Z06 is one of the best Corvettes ever made. The C8 Z06 top speed is 195 MPH, thanks to a 650-horsepower engine. Furthermore, the C8 Z06 0-60 is 2.6 seconds, which is way above rivals in the same category. The Z06 torque is 460 ft lbs. @ 6,300 rpm, and it is a relatively light car that can reach 60 mph in less than four seconds – faster than many supercars! The C8 Corvette Z06 specs don't just stop with a strong engine and impressive performance: it's got a great design to boot. The Corvette Z06 has a beautiful design, with a menacing front and aggressive ducts. Instead of featuring an old-fashioned 7-speed transmission, it will have an 8-speed gearbox with paddle shifters. The Z06 will also be more efficient thanks to more aerodynamic features. View of two 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06s in Torch Red driving on a track. C8 Z06 Specs The 2023 Z06 is GM's flagship sports car, and its goal was to give drivers the best combination of quality and performance possible. After two years on the market, the Chevrolet has ironed out all the flaws and is now the market's most advanced and performance-oriented option. There has never been a more direct conversion of a track vehicle into a street vehicle than with the C8.R Corvette acting as the building foundation for the Z06 chassis. The new LT6 flat-plane-crank V-8 puts out more power per unit of weight than any previous Z06, making the 2023 Z06 the most potent Z06 ever produced. The C8 Z06 ¼ mile time is only 10.6 seconds. The C8.R was known as "the Z06 lurking in plain sight" within Corvette Racing. This vehicle also features a flat-plane crank and titanium intake valves. Technical Specifications Transmission: M1L 8-speed dual-clutch (DCT) C8 Z06 engine specs: LT6 5.5-liter V-8 naturally aspirated Torque: 460 lb.-ft. @ 8600 rpm redline Horsepower: 670 @ 8,400 rpm 0-60 MPH: 2.6 seconds Drive Layout: Mid-engine, rear-wheel drive Side view of 5.5L flat plane crank LT6 V-8 engine in 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. C8 Z06 Engine Handcrafted by Chevy, the LT6 is one of the most exciting new engines in at least a decade. This 5.5-liter engine with a DOHC is the most powerful naturally aspirated V8 ever installed between the fenders of a production car, and it sounds like a race car engine let wild on the street. This flat-plane-crank engine produces 670 hp and 460 pound-feet of torque without forced induction while spinning at a great 8,600 revolutions per minute. It's not debatable that this engine is practical, given those numbers, but there is room for argument over its foundations. The LT6 is considered a small-block engine by GM's engineers, continuing a tradition that began in 1955. This new V8 indeed has the same 4.4-inch bore spacing as Chevy's legendary "mouse motor," but other than that primary metric, everything else is different. C8 Z06 Transmission The 2023 Corvette Z06 includes an upgraded C8 Z06 automatic transmission. The Tremec T R9080 eight-speed dual-clutch transmission features a revised clutch pack and carbon fiber paddle shifters for increased torque capacity. It also has a reinforced outer shell to accommodate greater lateral loads. A larger oil pan is housed in a modified bell housing, allowing Chevrolet to provide the Z06 with track-appropriate transmission fluid levels. The Corvette Z06 eight-speed transmission also boasts a larger diameter output shaft flange to accommodate the high-strength axle shafts. The shafts have a final drive ratio of 5.56:1. 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 C8 Z06 Interior The C8 Z06 Interior features new color schemes and interior upgrades. This interior has an Adrenaline Red Dipped package that carries the seat color to the dash, headliner, door panels, and carpet. When it comes to Z06 interior options, there are seven interior options. The new, more comprehensive carbon-fiber interior trim is the most preferred among car enthusiasts. This package extends the weave to the door panels, the upper and lower edges of the steering wheel, and the dashboard. You can still have the lighter carbon package, and there's also an option for stealthy aluminum accents that dull down the shiny metalwork. You can also have the door panels and headliner of the Coupe with quilted stitching. View of front passenger side wheel on 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 in Amplify Orange Tint. C8 Z06 Brakes Brembo brakes are standard for C8 Z06 Brakes, with optional carbon-ceramic brakes. Braking is also upgraded over the base model Stingray, with 6-piston front/4-piston rear brakes. Customers can order J56 brake calipers in Black, Edge Red, Edge Yellow, and Bright Red. Carbon Ceramic Brakes are available to Performance Package buyers and replace the standard iron rotors with larger Brembo carbon ceramic rotors (15.7 inches in front and 15.4 inches in the rear). Carbon ceramic brake rotors are incredibly light and can be more wear-resistant than iron rotors, but they are more expensive to replace. Customers can order J57 brake calipers in Harbor Grey, Edge Yellow, Edge Red, Bright Red, and the newly introduced Edge Orange. The Z06 will also offer these as a separate option. 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Overhead view of carbon fiber high rear wing on 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 in Amplify Orange Tint. C8 Z06 Standout Features The Z06 is 3.6 inches wider than the Stingray, with several features that set it apart from its rivals. The car's good looks are the first thing people notice. The Z06 has to be one of the most beautiful Corvettes ever made. The front splitter, side skirts, and large, high-mounted carbon fiber wing in the back make for a very aggressive-looking aerodynamic package. Remember that this vehicle is far more track-focused than a regular C8. Since its launch, the car's menacing appearance has been met with universal praise from the automotive industry.  The incredible noise the flat-plane V8 engine makes as it nears redline and the carbon fiber ground effects make driving one of these cars an unforgettable experience. When the top is down, performance is not compromised, thanks to the sleek integration of the retractable hardtop roof into the overall body design. The C8 Z06 tires are Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. The Z06 has five eight-wheel options that come standard on the front and rear. For any Corvette, these are the most prominent wheels you can get. This beauty also features bigger tires, a wider stance, a carbon-fiber steering wheel, and Magnetic Ride Control 4.0™. An 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system is integrated into the Corvette's multilayered dashboard. It comes standard with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. Also, two different Bose speakers are provided as standard, and a 14-speaker system is an option. The Z06 also includes a Performance Data Recorder (PDR), which lets you record videos of everything from track escapades to leisurely country-road excursions. In addition, if you must leave your C8 Z06 with a valet, you can activate a feature that records any suspicious actions by the attendant. 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 C8 Z06 Comfort & Quality The Corvette's cabin is well-built with high-quality materials, and the supportive seats help keep drivers stable on the track. To make driving a Chevrolet as simple as possible, the ca features a Lateral G-Force 1.22 G with the option of snug sports seats or even snugger seats. Two people can fit inside comfortably, and the cabin has plenty of room for both to stretch out. A center buttress separates the driver and passenger and houses the air conditioning controls. The driver sits farther than in earlier front-engine Corvettes, giving them a better view down the short hood and out the car's doors. Unfortunately, the Coupe's back window is obscured by the roof and the engine cover; thus, rearward visibility is poor. That's helpful information for driver positioning during high-performance maneuvers. 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 70th Anniversary Edition in Carbon Flash Metallic 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 70th Anniversary Edition in White Pearl Metallic Tri-coat C8 Corvette 70th Anniversary Edition After eight generations and 70 years, the Corvette finally has a mid-engine configuration. The iconic Plastic Fantastic has reached a significant milestone, and Chevy would like to celebrate (just a bit). No changes have been made to the driving experience, which, considering how the C8 drives, is not much of an issue. However, there is a beautiful coating of exclusive features and special touches, like other anniversary special editions. The good news is that the Z06 and Stingray are launching their 70th anniversary as a Convertible. Two Unique exterior colors - Satin Grey Stripe Carbon Glitter Metallic and White Pearl Tri-Coat Metallic are part of the package. You can opt for red seat belts and a ceramic white leather interior with red stitching. Not unique enough for you, I think? Chevy doesn't skimp where it counts, as evidenced by the presence of badging and other special edition-specific extras. The 70th-anniversary versions will be easily recognizable thanks to the 70th Anniversary flags and side badging. Z07 Performance Package What's included in the C8 Z06 Z07 package? The Z07 package was designed to make the Z06 a track-dominating beast. The package's design prioritized speed to cut down on lap times. You receive a friendlier, more enjoyable-to-drive sports car when you choose the package and feel more connected to the vehicle. The Z07 Performance package does more than make the Z06 look better; it also enhances the Vette's driving dynamics. First, the package includes carbon fiber components, with a more prominent front splitter, front-corner dive planes, rear wing, and underbody strakes. The Z07 tires are aerodynamic, coupled with a one-of-a-kind FE7 suspension, tuned to perfection with Magnetic Ride Control 4.0. This package also includes carbon fiber wheels and Z07 carbon ceramic brakes with the most prominent front and rear rotors ever seen on a Corvette: 15.7 inches (398 mm) and 15.4 inches (391 mm), respectively. These Z07 carbon-fiber wheels are 41 lbs. lighter. The C8 Z07 package price is $8,995. The C8 Z06 might very well be the pinnacle of Corvette design. The Z06 stands out from its primary sibling and is unique thanks to its 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels. The C8 has rewritten the book on what a Corvette is capable of, and its wild nature has startled many. And that's without even mentioning the multitude of add-ons available to buyers of the vehicle. Is the C8 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 the fastest Corvette? No. Since the introduction of the C8 Corvette Z06, the Corvette E-Ray, with a hybrid powertrain, and the Corvette ZR1, with a twin-turbocharged engine and more track-focused performance enhancements, are more powerful and faster than the Z06. However, the Z96 boasts a naturally aspirated V8, one of the most powerful of its kind in the world, and it's one of the fastest world-class supercars despite there being faster variants of the Corvette. Is The C8 Corvette Z06 faster than the Stingray? Yes. Thanks to its wider body, more powerful engine, and track-focused tweaks, the C8 Corvette Z06 is faster than the standard C8 Corvette. Is the C8 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 supercharged or turbocharged? No. Impressively, the C8 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 uses a naturally aspirated V8 engine, unlike the twin-turbocharged ZR1 and the hybrid E-Ray. For purist enthusiasts, this is part of the American supercar's appeal. View All Corvette Z06s For Sale " width="680"> Images Sourced from Chevrolet
