Three Limited-Run Supercars to Watch on duPont REGISTRY Live
Three modern collector cars from McLaren, Porsche, and Ferrari are converging on duPont REGISTRY Live. The first is already open for bidding, while the remaining two will join the platform soon. Together, the trio seen here brings three very different approaches to limited-production performance, spanning McLaren's track-focused Ultimate Series, Porsche's analog V10 flagship, and Ferrari's front-engine V12 lineage. 2019 McLaren Senna MSO Currently bid to $2.125 million, this 2019 McLaren Senna is #347 of 500 units produced worldwide. Hand-built at the McLaren Production Centre in Woking, England, and named in honor of three-time Formula 1 World Champion Ayrton Senna, this example shows just 826 miles from new and was originally specified with approximately $170,000 in bespoke McLaren Special Operations equipment. This car's specification combines MSO Blue exposed carbon fiber with contrasting silver-painted bodywork, creating an unusual appearance even within this track-focused model's limited production run. The cabin continues that theme with gray Alcantara upholstery and contrasting McLaren Orange accents throughout the interior. Power comes from McLaren's twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8, which produces 789 horsepower in the Senna. Extensive carbon-fiber construction and an aerodynamics-focused design helped make it one of McLaren's most uncompromising street-legal models. View Live Listing Coming Soon: 2005 Porsche Carrera GT Next, we have this 2005 Porsche Carrera GT finished in Guards Red over a Dark Grey leather interior. Showing just 5,571 miles from new, this example also carries single-owner history, giving the upcoming listing an appealing combination of low mileage and long-term provenance. Guards Red remains a less commonly encountered factory color on the Porsche halo car, giving this example additional visual distinction. It is believed to be one of just 80 examples produced in this color worldwide, with only 42 delivered to the United States. Its naturally aspirated 5.7-liter V10 produces 603 horsepower and sends power through a six-speed manual transmission. Along with the evocative soundtrack from its race-bred V10, a carbon-fiber monocoque, manual gearbox, and relatively limited electronic assistance, the Carrera GT remains one of the defining analog supercars of the 2000s. Full auction details and bidding information will follow when this Carrera GT goes live. Coming Soon: 2017 Ferrari F12tdf Atelier Also coming soon to the docket is this 2017 Ferrari F12tdf showing just 1,595 miles from new. Finished in Bianco Avus with an extended Blu Nart livery, the car was extensively configured through Ferrari's Atelier personalization program. Inside, Blu Sterling leather continues the personalized specification, while another unusual detail appears beneath the hood. Members of Ferrari's assembly-line team signed the engine cover during production, adding an uncommon factory-related element to the car. Ferrari produced 799 examples of the F12tdf worldwide, and this car is one of 299 for the United States. Its naturally aspirated 6.3-liter V12 produces 769 horsepower, while Ferrari's Virtual Short Wheelbase rear-steering system sharpens the chassis compared with the standard F12berlinetta. Complete auction details will follow when this F12tdf joins the docket soon on duPont REGISTRY Live. Watch this space.
