DRIVEN Cars & Coffee Makes Its Debut at The Abbey at Aventura

Over 100 exotic and high-performance vehicles filled the space, sourced from Prestige Imports, duPont REGISTRY, and the broader South Florida automotive community.

South Florida's collector car scene found a new home on Saturday, May 2, when DRIVEN Cars & Coffee held its inaugural event at The Abbey at Aventura, extending into Aventura Mall. Powered by Prestige Imports, Turnberry Associates, and duPont REGISTRY Group, the morning drew more than 500 guests for what became an immediate statement of intent for the series.

Over 100 exotic and high-performance vehicles filled the space, sourced from Prestige Imports, duPont REGISTRY, and the broader South Florida automotive community. The centerpiece moment of the morning was the exclusive unveiling of the Czinger 21C VMax by Czinger Miami, one of the most technically ambitious hypercars in production today. Gunther Werks Miami also turned heads with "Alchemy," a color-shifting Porsche that drew a steady crowd throughout the event.

Lamborghini Miami brought the latest from Sant'Agata, including the Revuelto in a striking Blu Cepheus finish. Combining a naturally aspirated V12 with hybrid technology for a combined output of 1,001 horsepower, it represents the next generation of the brand's flagship grand tourer. Alongside it, the Temerario made its presence known as a preview of where Lamborghini is taking its mid-engine lineup.

Beyond the cars, the event leaned into what makes The Abbey at Aventura a distinct venue. Ten food and beverage partners were on hand, including Jarana Aventura, The Amalfi Llama, Tap 42, Toku, North Italia, and others, giving guests plenty of reason to stay, explore, and settle in. Six vendors from The Abbey Collective Market rounded out the retail experience, with everything from pottery to food tastings adding texture to what could have simply been a car show.

The concept behind DRIVEN is worth noting. Rather than a traditional cars and coffee format, the series is designed to integrate automotive culture into a broader lifestyle experience, with an emphasis on access, community, and quality over scale. This inaugural gathering, timed to F1 Miami Grand Prix weekend, leaned into that approachable, community-first spirit. The follow-up event, scheduled for November 2026, will shift toward a more formal concours-style presentation.

For a first outing, DRIVEN Cars & Coffee established its footing clearly. The cars were serious, the venue earned its place in the lineup, and South Florida showed up. November cannot come soon enough.
