On November 14, 2020, Rusnak/Westlake Porsche teamed up with the Ventura County Sheriff's Foundation to host the 2020 Sgt. Ron Helus Memorial Car Rally. This event was held to raise awareness of the fundraising efforts for the Helus Training Facility. The facility will provide the Ventura County Sheriff’s Deputies with a state of the art training center to meet modern-day threats, allowing them to become familiar with the stresses of maneuvering, coordinating, and securing a location under live fire conditions. When the rally took off, they were escorted by sheriffs for the 112-mile journey. There was also a live auction and more, all in the name of raising awareness and funds for the Helus Training Facility. In total, approximately $80,000 was raised on this day. Joining the rally was the custom Hero911 2020 Porsche 911 wrapped in a tribute vinyl by Ghost Shield Film. If you happen to spot this very special Hero911 Porsche, be sure to use the hashtags #hero911, #borderline12 and #ronhelus when sharing images of it on social media.
