Ferrari’s One-Off series gives the Prancing Horse’s most discerning clients vehicles that are truly unique statements, with bespoke construction and unparalleled design. Some of Ferrari’s one-off Special Projects vehicles include the SC40, the SP8, and other masterpieces. However, a new one has come to fruition, and it was revealed at the Ferrari Racing Days event at Circuit of the Americas near Austin, Texas.
It’s called the HC25, and it’s based on the mid-engined, V8-powered Ferrari F8 Spider. Getting the powertrain, layout, and chassis from the F8 Spider, the new HC25 was built upon those components to be a completely unique creation designed to meet the wishes of a single client, becoming a member of the most exclusive echelon of Ferrari’s portfolio.
A stark departure from the F8 that it’s based on, the styling of the new Ferrari HC25 echoes many of the same cues that define Ferrari’s new ultra-exclusive halo hypercar, the F80, as well as the latest V12 flagship from the Prancing Horse, the 12Cilindri. The headlights of the new Ferrari HC25 were created specifically for the car and have never been used on any other Ferrari models before. Complementing the rear lights, the bespoke headlights feature a slim lens with vertical daylight runners.

The design also makes use of the contrast between glossy and matte surfaces. The exterior combines Moonlight Grey in matte to achieve a monolithic effect, with a gloss black band providing striking, futuristic contrast. Yellow accents are seen throughout, including in the brake calipers and in the interior, against grey technical fabric. The result of the client’s vision, as well as the Ferrari Design Studio under Flavio Manzoni’s direction, the new Ferrari HC25 is another example of Ferrari’s most exclusive echelon of bespoke automotive excellence.
