Ferrari's Incredible Garages Series Visits Barry Skolnick...

Sat among fine art, these Ferraris are pieces of art themselves. Barry Skolnick is known for his incredible car and art collection, and as an entrepreneur and founder of Ikonick Motors, his incredible Ferrari collection is one of the greatest highlights of his presence. As part of its Incredible Garages series, which previously highlighted Swizz Beats’ expansive collection of Prancing Horses, Ferrari Magazine discovers Barry Skolnick’s library of Ferrari masterpieces. Growing up a native New Yorker, Skolnick always admired Ferraris, and thought of Ferrari as a dream manufacturer to own cars from. Today, having been based in Miami for over 20 years, his collection of Ferraris includes models like the 599 GTO, 458 Speciale, Monza, SF90 Stradale, and even the ultra-exclusive flagship models like the LaFerrari hypercar, the F50, and the Enzo. One of his favorites, because of its driving feel and character, is the F12tdf. Skolnick says that the exclusive front-engined V12 performance machine is the Ferrari that he’s likely put the most miles on out of his Ferrari collection. However, the Monza is another one of his favorites, as he says visitors to Ikonick Motors are usually the most wowed by it with its avant-garde yet classic-inspired roofless barchetta design. With a unique, high-end facility that’s full of fine art and a collection of some of the greatest moments and proudest creations in Ferrari’s long history, Barry Skolnick’s garage is one of the greatest in the world, especially when it comes to Ferrari collections. Jay Leno Drives & Fixes A 1971 Ferrari 365 GTS/4 "Daytona"

One of the world’s most famous car enthusiasts gets behind the wheel of an important classic Ferrari. Just about as well as he is known for his career in comedy and television, Jay Leno is known all over the automotive world for his passion for classic cars and automotive history, which is why his time with the 1971 Ferrari 365 GTS/4 “Daytona” was quite special. The car, a classic itself, is created with a timeless formula for excellent sports cars: a powerful engine at the front that sends power to the back wheels, and a roof that can come down for the driver to feel the wind rushing past. What’s extra special about the Daytona is the fact that it is powered by the legendary Colombo V12 engine, which would make it the last front-engined Ferrari Spider to be powered by a V12 for an incredible 50 years until the reveal of the much-loved Ferrari 812 GTS of today. MUST READ: Ferrari Celebrates 30 Years In China With A New Tailor Made Roma The stunning yellow example of the Daytona that Jay Leno drives is from the collection of Ferrari collector David Lee, and it features the classic Ferrari gated shifter for its manual transmission. Touches like that make the Daytona a true classic, and a visceral car to drive that connects the driver and the machine in a way that many modern cars fail to, and to that point, during their drive together, Lee and Leno noticed a slight issue with the ignition, detected by a popping noise during acceleration, and after the drive, Jay Leno even fixed the issue by reconnecting and tightening a wire with needlenose pliers, something that’s just about unheard-of as it relates to the Ferraris of today. This video of the legendary Ferrari Daytona goes to show that some cars are just too good to fade from glory. View All Ferraris For Sale Source: YouTube/Jay Leno's Garage

Ferrari SF90 Spider vs Stradale With Carlos & Charles at ...

What happens when F1 superstars are given the keys to Ferrari's latest hypercar. Choosing between coupe and convertible is always a tough decision, so let's watch the Ferrari SF90 Spider vs Stradale with Carlos and Charles at Imola. This dynamic duo can be seen pushing the SF21 around the world's toughest tracks, so they undoubtedly cherish time with such a potent machine. Our friends at Ferrari Tampa Bay allowed us to experience one at our Cars & Coffee last weekend, and it did not disappoint. Starting with the latest in hybrid technology, it can travel 16 miles on battery power. Having 217 silent horsepower is fun for most, but you can awaken the 4-liter beast in "Qualify" mode. This unlocks 986 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. It rides on a chassis that is more carbon fiber than aluminum to offer a dry weight of 3,461 lbs. The coupe is loaded with their Assetto Fiorano package that drops active suspension for MultiMatic shocks and includes a full-titanium exhaust to save 66 lbs compared to a regular-production coupe. If you missed an opportunity to add a LaFerrari to your collection, the SF90 is just as capable and production is not going to be limited. Click the button to find yours and prepare for an experience unlike any other. Sell My Ferrari SF90 Spider: Get a Cash Offer Browse Ferrari For Sale Image (C) Ferrari
