Tailor Made Rosso Corsa 2022 Ferrari Monza SP1 With Deliv...

There's no doubt that every Ferrari proves to be special in its own way, whether it be the everyday capabilities of the V12-powered Pursangue FUV or the extreme hybrid performance of the 986-horsepower SF90 Stradale. But among all the supercars and hypercars that roll off Ferrari's Maranello production line, the Icona Series models carry an extra touch of significance as they pay homage to the brand's most historic examples, with models like the Monza SP1 and SP2, and the Daytona SP3. And while any car collector would jump at the opportunity to buy one of these four-wheel legends straight from Ferrari, production allocations are given to hand-chosen clients with recognized collections and a love for the brand. The team at Carrio Motor Cars is proud to offer the opportunity to join an exclusive group of owners by showcasing this 2022 Ferrari Monza SP1 as part of its inventory for sale on duPont REGISTRY. Inspired by Ferrari's 1950s race-bred roadsters like the 750 Monza, 250 Testarossa, and 166 MM, the Monza SP1 and its two-seater counterpart, the Monza SP2, debuted in 2018 with a combined total of 499 examples. This Monza SP1 sports a heritage-inspired configuration courtesy of Ferrari Tailor Made New York, with a vibrant Rosso Corsa base coat and a Livrea Bianco Avus racing stripe that runs down the car's center. Its elongated front-end design sits aggressively on 21-inch forged diamond-polished wheels. And for the owner looking to spend some time on the track with their new Ferrari Monza SP1, the car comes complete with the factory Racing Driver Set (helmets, gloves, etc.) The Monza SP1's cabin is partially exposed through its open-top, windshield-less design. It comes optioned with a large GT2 monocoque racing seat layered in Peccary Beige leather with matching Rosso Corsa racing harnesses. The single-seater cockpit is reminiscent of that of a modern-day fighter jet, completely surrounded by lightweight carbon and a slew of controls that unlock the true performance potential of the Ferrari Monza SP1. The Ferrari Monza SP1's jaw-dropping design is backed up by serious Italian performance. Under the hood sits a naturally aspirated 6.5L V12 that unleashes 809 horsepower and revs past 8,500 rpm with an exhaust note straight out of Ferrari's racing heritage. With all that power sent to the rear wheels through a lightning-quick 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, the SP1 sprints from 0-62 mph in just 2.9 seconds and pushes on to a top speed over 186 mph. Mecum To Auction Cannonball Run Record-Breaking Ferrari D...

This charming classic also has its own epic story. While it was a popular and groundbreaking model for Ferrari in its time, and one of the most cherished classics from the legendary manufacturer today, the Ferrari Dino 246 was ahead of its time in a way. Rather than being sold as a Ferrari, it was sold under the Dino marque with a mid-mounted V6 rather than Ferrari’s more common V8 and 12-cylinder engines. However, Ferrari’s hybrid 296 supercar uses a V6 today, and so does the most powerful production roadgoing Ferrari yet, the new Ferrari F80. The Dino was an important milestone in Ferrari’s history, not only for its engine but also for the fact that it was the first production model from Ferrari to have a mid-mounted engine. Because of its impact and influence, it’s one of the most desirable classic Ferraris on the market, and one that will be crossing the block at this year’s Mecum Auctions Monterey 2025 Auction. However, this 1973 Ferrari Dino 246 GTS isn’t just any Dino, it’s a special example that has an incredible story behind it. It was driven during the 1975 Cannonball Run by Jack May, who set a record by driving from New York to Los Angeles at an average speed of 83 mph in just 35 hours and 53 minutes alongside Rick Cline. Consigned by Jack May himself, the car combines the legacy of the Dino with the excitement of the Cannonball Run and Jack May’s illustrious racing career, with experience at venues like Sebring, Mille Miglia, Road Atlanta, and more. The car is in stunningly preserved, unrestored condition, finished in Bianco over a Rosso leather interior, proudly showcasing its heritage, and it’s set to cross the block at Mecum’s 2025 Monterey Auction, which is taking place from August 14-16 at the Del Monte Golf Course in Monterey, California. With an amazing story behind it, anticipation is already building for the bidding on this legendary Dino. View Listing " width="680"> Image Source: Mecum Auctions

Finished in iconic Rosso Corsa over Nero leather, this exceptionally rare example is believed to be one of only two pre-production prototypes built for the U.S. market, making it one of the most significant Testarossa-based models to reach collectors today. Out of the 2,280 examples produced globally between 1991 and 1994, just 408 were officially imported to the United States. This early prototype showcases transitional design elements that set it apart from standard production models. Notable updates include revised seat ergonomics, a newly designed three-spoke steering wheel, and a reworked dashboard and center console. Exterior highlights include signature Pininfarina styling cues such as pop-up headlights, deep side strakes, and five-spoke alloy wheels. Inside, the Connolly leather interior remains largely original, with the only modification being an aftermarket Eclipse AM/FM/CD stereo. Factory equipment includes power windows, power-adjustable side mirrors, air conditioning, and classic center-mounted gauges. This car benefits from a comprehensive, well-documented service history, including a recent engine-out service. With just 21,000 miles on the odometer, it is offered with its original Schedoni leather luggage set, owner’s literature, toolkit, car cover, fire extinguisher, and a clean CARFAX report. Introduced in 1992 as a re-engineered evolution of the Testarossa, the Ferrari 512 TR brought aerodynamic refinements, improved weight distribution, and significant upgrades to engine management and performance. Its 4.9-liter flat-12 engine produces 428 horsepower and 362 lb-ft of torque, while the gated five-speed manual transaxle offers sharper gear changes and a more connected driving experience. The Meaning Behind Ferrari's Historic Rosso Dino Paint Color

With endless shades of vibrant red paint codes, Rosso Dino stands out as an extra special finish. Any automotive enthusiast on the planet can agree that the color red with forever be synonymous with the Ferrari brand, presenting the vibrant shade on every model that leaves the factory in Maranello. Since its humble beginning, the Italian supercar manufacturer began to develop an extensive color palette of red shades that would later take on personalities of their own. One of the most iconic colors in the history of Ferrari is Rosso Dino, which originally debuted in the 1960s on iconic examples like the Ferrari 250 GTO. After some time spent outside the paint booth, the color was reintroduced to the brand's lineup in 2002 when a client asked for his Ferrari Enzo to be painted in Rosso Dino. The Rosso Dino shade receives its name from Founder Enzo Ferrari’s first son Alfredo ‘Dino’, an Italian automotive engineer that found a passion and career in the factory of his father. After Dino’s passing during his unfortunate battle with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy at the age of 24, Enzo named the model with the engine Dino was working on at the time of his death. Along with the Dino chassis, Ferrari also named the reddish-orange finish after Enzo’s beloved son. With a shade that mimics a perfect sunset, Rosso Dino is now a regularly used color within the Ferrari factory. 1-of-210 2017 Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta Listed For Sale

To this day, the “Holy Trinity” of hybrid hypercars can be credited for shaping the trajectory of performance engineering in the highest caliber of performance cars, supercars, and hypercars today. Thanks to electrification, performance cars of all kinds have been able to reach new heights of power, speed, and dynamics, and the hybrid hypercar “trinity” was a crucial breakthrough in that innovation. Because of that, all three models in that group: the Porsche 918 Spyder, the McLaren P1, and the Ferrari LaFerrari, have all earned prestigious status as some of the most desirable collector-worthy hypercars on the market, matching historical significance with style, performance, engineering, and exclusive production numbers. View Listing & Financing One of the most exclusive of the bunch, however, is the Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta, the open-top variant of Ferrari’s hybrid V12 LaFerrari hypercar. Created as a highly-exclusive limited run of just 210 examples, the Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta was not only an ultra-exclusive hybrid hypercar, but also as a celebration of Ferrari’s 70th anniversary in 2017, since its 1947 establishment. The rare opportunity to own one of these ultra-rare Ferrari hypercars is here, and especially when Ferrari has unveiled the LaFerrari’s successor, the F80 that is inspired by its hybrid innovation, the historical significance of the LaFerrari Aperta is especially poignant. This example, available from RM Sotheby’s Private Sales and listed on duPont REGISTRY, the source for supercars since 1985, has under 1,500 miles on its odometer. The beautiful 2017 Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta for sale is finished in Ferrari’s ever-legendary Rosso Corsa exterior color, with an interior upholstered in Nero Alcantara. It features a number of optional extras, Ferrari Classiche Certification, and, of course, boasts the LaFerrari’s immensely powerful 963-horsepower powertrain, combining a V12 engine with a 9,250-rpm redline with a hybrid system to get from 0-60 in a blisteringly-quick 2.4 seconds. The Aperta variant of the Ferrari LaFerrari needed to be changed significantly from the coupe model, and production was pre-sold at the time it launched. It remains one of the rarest models in Ferrari’s upper echelon of supercars, being rarer than the LaFerrari coupe, the Enzo, F50, F40, and even the 288 GTO. If you’re looking for the ultra-rare Ferrari hypercar that can take any car collection to the next level, this 2017 Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta for sale from RM Sotheby’s Private Sales is a perfect choice. Shadowing automotive icons like the legendary Ferrari 250 GTO, the Italian manufacturer continues to engineer modern marvels like the 812 GTS to pay homage to its age-old tradition. And to take things even a step further, its bespoke Atelier division tailors modern specs with inspiration from historic models and race liveries from its illustrious past.
