Collector-Grade Rosso Corsa 1995 Ferrari F50 For Sale

Taking shape as one of Ferrari's rarest and most exclusive models, this F50 is ready to find a happy new home. As the third Ferrari halo supercar following the legendary 288 GTO and the F40, the F50 was released under Enzo Ferrari's reign to mark the 50th anniversary of the Italian supercar manufacturer. The F50 marked a huge shift from its predecessor, the F40. Where the F40 featured a twin-turbocharged V8 in a coupe configuration, the F50 featured a naturally aspirated V12 convertible. The automotive professionals at Merit Partners of Atlanta, Georgia are proud to present this historic 1995 Ferrari F50 (#002/349) as part of its jaw-dropping inventory of rare and collectible supercars. This Rosso Corsa Ferrari F50 example, chassis #103114, was the very car displayed at the Frankfurt Auto Show in 1995, solidifying its place as one of the most significant F50s. Following its showing at the Frankfurt Auto Show, this F50 was sold new to a prominent German collector. After changing hands in Germany, the F50 was sold into one of the most significant Ferrari collections in the US in 2017. During importation to the US, the car was federalized at JK Technologies in Maryland. Due to federalization, the car received the US substitute VIN plaque on the dashboard that is shown in the pictures. In the US, the car remained in single ownership until 2020 when we sold the car to a friend and one of our best clients. The Ferrari F50 remained subsequently serviced to perfection. At Ferrari New England in late 2020, the car received a full major service totaling over $30K. The interior dashboard was reupholstered at Ferrari Atlanta by one of the world's top leading F50 mechanics. In addition to its small cosmetic restoration, the F50 also received a Tubi manifold, muffler delete, and cat bypass high-flow pipes to increase both power and sound. The car is classiche certified and comes with the following parts: F50 hard box, hard top, soft top, factory exhaust, car cover, briefcase, a photo album of build/testing Classiche, Ferrari Classiche Red Book, and much more. Additionally, the car received full car PPF in 2021 by renowned installer Albert Borboa with Filmwerks. The car has no paintwork and the carbon weave can be seen through the paint as normal for original F50s. Currently showing only 3,850 miles on the odometer, this F50 comes ready to unleash over 512 horsepower from its 4.7L naturally-aspirated V12 engine. This Ferrari represents the special opportunity to buy a historically significant F50 in Concours level condition, as the market for 90's supercars continues to rise. Ferrari Shows Off Tailor Made 812 Competizione With Orang...

Ferrari’s sought-after coupe gets another layer of exclusivity. The Ferrari 812 Competizione is one of Ferrari’s latest highly exclusive masterpieces. Boasting a front-mounted V12 engine, it’s a version of the Ferrari 812 Superfast with an enhanced focus on track performance, enhanced design, and other tweaks. In addition, Ferrari has broadened its style and personalization horizons with the Tailor Made program, and when an exclusive car like the 812 Competizione and the Tailor Made program come together, the results are truly amazing. Those results have been shown off by Ferrari in a new post on Instagram from the historic Italian manufacturer, and one of Ferrari Tailor Made’s latest creations is a Ferrari 812 Competizione with special bespoke touches. The paintwork is primarily in Ferrari’s iconic silver hue, Argento Nürburgring, while the center of the car features a broad stripe in a orange with Nero DS black accents. With its motorsport-inspired edge, carbon fiber dresses much of the car’s exterior as well, and the interior does the same. Inside, the Tailor Made performance machine features carbon fiber racing seats that are upholstered in black Alcantara, with Pelle Frau leather stripes in SC-124 Mandarino echoing the same orange accent seen on the exterior. With exclusivity and a high level of personalization, the 812 Competizione is a true dream car, especially with the added splendor of the Tailor Made program. Creations like these are one of the most important reasons that the Ferrari name and legacy is as revered and celebrated as it is. Ferrari Shows Off New Tailor Made SF90 Spider In Viola Ho...

Deep purple paintwork gives this Ferrari a regal presence. Ferrari is known around the world for creating some of the world’s most desirable, innovative, exclusive, and beautiful performance cars, and the SF90 Spider is one of the greatest examples rather than an exception. Its open top, stunning design, and hybrid power come together to create a supercar that combines luxury with speed, driving agility, and performance unmatched by the overwhelming majority of cars on the road. While many would agree that red is the perfect color to highlight the splendor of this car, or any Ferrari, Ferrari’s Tailor Made program has helped open the doors for other colors in Ferrari’s palette to step into the limelight, and one of the most eye-catching of them all is Viola Hong Kong, a vivid, deep, iconic, and unique shade of purple, which is featured on one of Ferrari’s latest Tailor Made creations: an SF90 Spider. The car, shown off by Ferrari in a new post on Instagram, pairs the purple shade with contrasting stripes in Giallo Libano, which matches yellow brake calipers. The other contrasting element, which suggests radical supercar performance, is the extensive use of exposed carbon fiber, which even includes the wheels. Inside, the same theme continues, with an elegant interior finished primarily in black, along with exposed carbon fiber. Accents provide the same bright and bold contrast in yellow and purple, tying the whole car together as yet another precious Ferrari Tailor Made masterpiece. With programs like Tailor Made, Ferrari brings the dream of supercar ownership to the next level. Ferrari Tells The Origin Story Of The Prancing Horse

The story of Ferrari's prancing horse goes back 100 years. Ferrari's Prancing Horse is a symbol of pure automotive excellence, a badge of honor on the world's most luxurious, desirable, and exclusive cars. The emblem has an evocative history, rooted in a century-old tale that brings together a WWI air pilot, a heartbroken Contessa, and an artisan engraver. It all started at the 1923 Circuito del Savio GP in northern Italy, where a young racing driver was presented with a trophy by Contessa Paolina Biancoli. She urged the victorious racer to adopt the rearing black stallion symbol that had adorned her late son, Italian war hero Francesco Baracca’s biplane. The Contessa believed the emblem would bring the driver good luck in his racing endeavors. Fast forward to 1947, and the inaugural car of Ferrari, the 125 S, bore the distinct symbol of the prancing horse, thanks to the founder Enzo Ferrari. The iconic logo was a collaborative masterpiece with one of Italy's most renowned engravers, Eligio Gerosa. While the two had earlier crossed paths during Enzo’s days with Alfa Romeo, their admiration for Baracca was the real connecting thread. Gerosa's firm had already been supplying enamel badges featuring a twisted snake to Alfa Romeo, and the two men shared a similar aesthetic vision. The engraver was even a founder of the Baracca Association, devoted to keeping the pilot's memory alive. In the late 1940s, Gerosa’s company was absorbed by O.M.E.A., a Milanese outfit specializing in mechanical and artistic works. Yet the partnership between Ferrari and Gerosa continued, refining and redefining the prancing horse logo. A sketch from Gerosa's hand, with its Da Vinciesque detailing, marked a pivotal moment in the logo's history when Enzo scribbled ‘Invertire il cavallo’ (turn the horse around), ensuring that the horse would face left, as it does to this day. Enzo was more than just an observer in this process. His hands-on involvement is evidenced by his explicit instructions for the design elements, down to the distinctive yellow background that associated the badge with the civic colors of nearby Modena. Early drafts included curved lines in the Italian national colors, but Enzo wanted straight lines. “They remind me of Bugatti grilles,” he told Gerosa. Every nuance mattered, even the horse’s hooves, which he wanted to appear as if they were flying, further emphasizing the brand's commitment to speed and performance. As it stands today, the prancing horse has not only seen the roads but has also witnessed history, legacies, and the advent of modern automotive artistry. As Emilio Candiani, whose family business collaborated with Gerosa and Ferrari, notes, it’s an “all-Italian story” born out of professional respect and sentimental value. From war heroes to racetracks, and from artisan workshops to the global stage, the Prancing Horse stands as an epitome of Italian excellence, honoring not just the genius of Enzo Ferrari, but a lineage of Italian brilliance. It's more than just a logo; it's a narrative, steeped in culture, craftsmanship, and an unparalleled dedication to perfection. View All Ferraris For Sale Image Source: Ferrari
