Some cars carry questions that never get answered. Ferrari's lightweight specials sit among the most sought-after modern performance cars in existence, yet the identity of the very first chassis of each generation is almost always lost to the archive.
Almost always.
AAtelier M is proud to present what they believe to be the earliest 430 Scuderia ever produced, a car that predates even the Frankfurt Motor Show examples where the model made its public debut. Chassis no. 155217 is where the Scuderia story begins.

Originally retained by Ferrari SpA as a factory-owned vehicle, the car was never assigned to press or media duties. Evidence points instead to its allocation for senior Ferrari management during the Luca di Montezemolo era, a provenance that comes through clearly in its specification. Finished in historic Blu Scozia with Corsa racing stripes and a light Grigio Alcantara interior, this Scuderia carries an elegance and restraint that is genuinely rare for the model. The configuration feels deliberate, personal, and entirely unrepeatable.
For the serious Ferrari collector, this is the car that exists beyond category. Not simply the best example of the model, but the first one. That distinction belongs to a single chassis, and it will never change hands again.

Since leaving Ferrari SpA ownership in 2008, the car has remained exclusively in collector hands and has been maintained to an uncompromising standard, serviced throughout by Ferrari and presenting today in outstanding near-new condition with front-end paint protection film applied.
