696-Mile 1-of-4 Nero Aldebaran Lamborghini Murciélago SV Listed on duPont REGISTRY

By Khris Bharath –  July 27, 2026

696-Mile 1-of-4 Nero Aldebaran Lamborghini Murciélago SV Listed on duPont REGISTRY

Naturally aspirated V12 Lamborghinis are having their moment, and few are climbing harder than the Murciélago SV. This 2010 LP670-4 SuperVeloce, chassis #3832, recently listed with Carrio Motor Cars on duPont REGISTRY, finished in Nero Aldebaran over a bespoke black Alcantara interior, and only has 696 miles on the odometer since new. It is one of only four SVs finished in that color for the entire North American market. The Lamborghini Murciélago spanned two generations from 2001 to 2010, originally styled by Luc Donckerwolke in the early days of what would become Lamborghini Centro Stile. The SV was the final and most extreme iteration of the model, and in hindsight one of the last genuinely analog Lamborghini flagships. The SV was also the last Murciélago variant built before the line was cleared for the Aventador.  Lamborghini originally planned a production run of 350 units. While 186 is the most widely published production figure, more recent records cite this chassis as one of 275 SVs produced. Either way, it still represents a short production run for a car that has since become a genuine blue-chip collectible. What sets the SV apart mechanically is its focus. The 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 produces 670 horsepower (30 more than the 640), routed to all four wheels. It tips the scales at 3,450 pounds and weighs 220 pounds lighter than the standard model, achieved through extensive carbon fiber use inside and out. Carbon-ceramic brakes and front-axle lift, options on lesser cars, were standard here. This particular example carries the larger carbon fiber Aeropack wing, the more purposeful of the two aero configurations Lamborghini offered. Where the standard spoiler prioritized top speed, the fixed wing trades outright pace for a 20 percent increase in downforce, capping the car at 209 miles per hour while planting the rear end far more decisively at speed. It is the configuration most closely associated with the SV's track-focused intent, and the one enthusiasts tend to seek out. <- Gallery -> The specification of this car also leans away from some of the SV's loudest heritage colors. Where most cars left the factory in vibrant shades like Arancio Atlas orange or Giallo Orion yellow, this example pairs a stealthier, more restrained Nero Aldebaran exterior with contrasting yellow brake calipers and yellow SV graphics.  The cockpit moves beyond the bare carbon track-spec baseline into a more bespoke configuration, with contrasting yellow accents running throughout the Alcantara cabin, exposed carbon fiber interior trim and door sills, and the details collectors look for: fire extinguisher, owner's manuals, tool kit, and service records. The transmission is the 6-speed E-gear, as on nearly every SV built. Higher-mileage SVs now trade around the seven-figure mark. At 696 miles, and as one of four Nero Aldebaran North American cars, this SV is about as sharp an example of Lamborghini's last analog V12 flagship as the market currently offers. The specification and preservation put it on par with the factory-manual Murciélagos like the one-off manual LP670-4 SV finished in Ad Personam Marrone Eklipsis, like the 1-of-26 gated-manual LP640, and the fewer-than-10 manual LP640 Roadster, all of which have become millionaire collector targets in their own right. The full specification, service records, and photography are available in the listing on duPont REGISTRY. Stand Out With Practical Performance: Luxury Performance Wagons For Sale

By Tyler Rampersaud –  July 24, 2026

Luxury Performance Wagons For Sale

Many automotive enthusiasts will tell you that it’s a shame that wagon body styles aren’t more popular. If you ask why, they’ll likely cite, among other reasons, the fact that they are practical, usable daily, often luxuriously appointed, and with manufacturers creating performance-oriented versions, wagons can undoubtedly be fast. While they were written off for many years for having unattractive looks, these same performance versions especially show that wagons have the capacity to be lookers, which isn’t something you’d have to convince a car enthusiast of, anyway. Because they certainly aren’t the most popular cars on the market, performance wagons are an easy way to stand out in any crowd, even in a crowd of other luxury performance cars. Besides that, their practicality, usability, cargo capacity, and luxurious comfort make for excellent daily drivers. Elferspot Spotlight: Three Porsches That Take Very Different Routes

Elferspot Spotlight: Three Porsches That Take Very Different Routes

Elferspot, part of duPont REGISTRY Group, has a knack for surfacing the Porsches that reward a second look, and this round makes the point three different ways. The Porsche-focused marketplace gathers collector-grade cars from dealers, specialists, and private sellers, and the listings that stand out tend to do it on documentation and specification rather than presentation alone. The three we picked this time share almost nothing except the badge on the nose. One is a Paint to Sample 930 that has lived with the same owner since 1999. Another is a Paint to Sample 991 GT3 Touring with 17,050 kilometers, a manual gearbox, and no rear wing to announce what it is. The third is not a 911 at all, but a Belgian-delivered 968 Club Sport that only landed in the US last year. Turbo icon, modern collector, transaxle wildcard. Here's why each one is worth your attention. 1983 Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 GALLERY-EMBED Most 930s you come across are black, silver or Guards Red. This 1983 Turbo 3.3 is none of those. It left the factory in a Paint to Sample dark green metallic over black leather, and it still wears that color today following a full repaint in June 2025. The German-delivered left-hand-drive coupé shows 119,160 kilometers and was first registered in March 1983 before being imported to France in 1996. It has been with its fourth and current owner since 1999, which is where the real story starts. That ownership length shows up in the paperwork. The service book still has its stamps, documented visits to German Porsche centers go back to 1986, and the invoice file runs continuously from 1996 through 2025. Mechanically, it has been kept honest too, with the clutch, turbocharger and all four dampers replaced in 2021 and the four-speed gearbox rebuilt at the same time. Brake discs went on roughly 2,000 kilometers ago. The tires are the one item to plan for, dated 2008 at the rear and 2013 at the front. Equipment runs to electrically adjustable heated sport seats, a sunroof and the original Fuchs wheels, and the 3.3-liter turbocharged flat-six sends 300 PS to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual. This is the established European 930 formula, just in a color almost nobody else specified. View Listing 2018 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring GALLERY-EMBED The GT3 Touring already trades the fixed rear wing for something more discreet, and this July 2018 car takes the idea further. It is finished in Paint to Sample Midnight Blue Metallic, color code 39C, over black leather and fabric, and it shows 17,050 kilometers from new. The German-delivered example is matching numbers, accident-free, and still in its original paint, with two owners in its history. The current one bought it from the first keeper in April 2019 with just 876 kilometers on the clock, after it had been sold through Porsche Center Lübeck and collected at the factory in Zuffenhausen. The Porsche service history is complete; a major service was carried out in July 2026, and the Porsche Approved warranty runs through July 2027. Paint-protection film covers the front end, sides, roof, mirrors and the exposed sections of the rear bumper, with a protective coating over the whole car. Understated does not mean lightly optioned. The list includes PCCB ceramic brakes, front-axle lift, the 90-liter fuel tank, folding bucket seats, Sport Chrono, LED headlights with PDLS, carbon interior trim, reversing camera and the Touring Package. Blue Pepita seat centers were added to echo the exterior, and the original inserts plus an extra Pepita cushion come with the car. Underneath it all is the reason to want one: the naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six making 500 PS, paired with a six-speed manual. As an early July 2018 build, the seller also notes it predates the gasoline particulate filter. View Listing 1993 Porsche 968 Club Sport GALLERY-EMBED Every good selection needs a car that pulls the eye sideways, and this one is it. The 968 Club Sport was Porsche's lighter, more focused take on the 968 coupé: rear seats deleted, comfort features stripped out, insulation reduced, lightweight fixed-back seats and simpler trim fitted, and the chassis tightened up to match. The result came in around 100 kilograms lighter than the standard car. The 3.0-liter naturally aspirated four makes 240 PS and drives through a six-speed manual and rear transaxle, which is a layout worth appreciating while the market still mostly looks past it. This black-over-black-cloth example was completed in Stuttgart on January 15, 1993 and sold new by Porsche Center Tag that March. It stayed in Belgium until 2025 before being imported to the US, and it comes with its original purchase material, early service records and Belgian registration documents. European Collectibles, which is offering the car in Costa Mesa, California, describes the condition as highly original, with strong paint, well-presented wheels and an almost unmarked interior. The seller states an original 69,487 kilometers, or 43,177 miles. One practical note for domestic buyers: the seller says the car cannot currently be registered in California under state emissions rules, so confirming local registration requirements should be part of the conversation. 2025 BRABUS Rocket R - 1 of 28 - For Sale

For nearly five decades, BRABUS has held to one conviction: that Porsche's finest work might be carried further still, through patient, independent artistry. And this Rocket R is that philosophy realized in full, less a reinterpretation of the 911 Turbo S than its natural evolution, crafted in a run of just twenty-eight ever built. Finished in Polar White with threads of Azure Blue through its widened carbon-fibre bodywork, this masterpiece presents essentially as-delivered, showing just 146 miles since completion. The precision-built widebody, three Kevlar wheel-arch housings, a pair of rear fender extensions, was conceived not for spectacle, but for the aerodynamic harmony its 900 horsepower demands. GALLERY-EMBED Inside, the BRABUS artisan treatment continues the cadence: Charcoal Alcantara throughout, Azure Blue Nappa leather hand-quilted in BRABUS's signature Ellipse pattern, each perforation placed for those who know where to look. Beneath it all, the twin-turbocharged 3.8-litre flat-six produces a formidable 900 HP and 738 lb-ft, delivered through the eight-speed dual-clutch transmission that BRABUS prefers to refine rather than reinvent, commanding 0–60 mph in 2.5 seconds with a top speed of 211 mph. Rolls-Royce Phantom: Own The Quintessential Luxury Sedan

Rolls-Royce Phantom: Own The Quintessential Luxury Sedan

The Rolls-Royce Phantom, a true epitome of luxury and craftsmanship, personifies opulence and prestige like none other in the world of automobiles. It is much more than a car - it's a statement of grandeur, an embodiment of supreme elegance, a handcrafted marvel that takes bespoke automobile manufacturing to unparalleled heights. The Phantom’s exterior aesthetics blend classic design with futuristic elements. Features like the Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament, floating center caps in the wheels, coach-style doors, and classic Rolls-Royce grille make the Phantom an unmistakably elegant machine. Inside the Phantom, the comfort is unrivaled. Sumptuous leather upholstery, hand-polished wood veneers, and lambswool floor mats create a cabin that is a cocoon of extravagance. The sheer quietness and the Magic Carpet Ride air suspension provide a driving experience akin to gliding on a cloud. What truly sets the Phantom apart, though, is its customizability. Rolls-Royce's Bespoke program lets owners tailor their Phantoms to mirror their persona. Whether it's personalized treadplates, unique embroidery on the upholstery, or an exclusive paint job, the limits lie within your imagination. The 'Gallery', a space behind the glass on the dashboard, is another canvas for owners to express their tastes via commissioned artwork. Because of all of these features and more, it's no secret that the Rolls-Royce Phantom can be quite the expensive car, and even at the high level it's at, there are quite a few variances in how much one can cost. Keep reading and you'll see 10 of the most expensive Rolls-Royce Phantoms for sale on duPont REGISTRY.com. The Phantom is powered by a 6.75L V12 engine, producing 563 horsepower, enabling a silky smooth yet robust performance. How much does a Phantom cost? Because of the level of bespoke configuration and various options available, as well as the exclusivity of the Phantom, it can range widely in price, for new examples starting above $400,000 and going up from there. The second-hand market, with customization and varying ages and mileage, can vary even greater in both directions. Is the Phantom available in different variants? Yes, it is available in standard and extended wheelbase versions, with the latter providing additional rear cabin space, and room for even more opulent features than the standard version. How many Phantoms are made each year? The production number varies but is limited due to the intricate, time-consuming process of hand-building each car. Within its range, however, the number is drastically low compared to the rest of the automotive industry as building any Rolls-Royce Phantom is much more involved than building the average car. 1-of-8 Racing Yellow Porsche 918 Spyder Listed on duPont REGISTRY

By Khris Bharath –  July 13, 2026

1-of-8 Racing Yellow Porsche 918 Spyder Listed on duPont REGISTRY

A 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder, finished in a striking Racing Yellow over a Mocha Brown leather interior, is now available through duPont REGISTRY Select, the brand's curated inventory of verified, hand-selected vehicles. Believed to be one of only eight examples finished in Racing Yellow across the entire 918-unit production run in Zuffenhausen over a 21-month production run, and reportedly, this is the only example configured with a Mocha Brown interior, making it among the rarest known specifications of Porsche's Holy Trinity hybrid hypercar, which also includes the McLaren P1 and the Ferrari LaFerrari.  Power comes from a naturally aspirated 4.6-liter V8 that produces 599 horsepower, with dual electric motors adding a further 288 horsepower for a combined system output of 887 horsepower and 944 pound-feet of torque. The result: a supercar that can hit 60 mph in 2.6 seconds and a Weissach-equipped example set the Nürburgring lap record for street-legal production cars back in September 2013, completing the 12.9-mile circuit in 6 minutes and 57 seconds, the first production car to break the 7-minute barrier.  As our 918 Spyder Market Spotlight detailed, rare color and interior configurations are where momentum is building in this market. The point was proved definitively at Mecum Kissimmee 2026, where a 1-of-1 Paint-to-Sample Pure Orange example sold for $5,500,000, resetting what exceptional specification commands at auction.  <- Gallery -> Silver has traditionally dominated the order books, but this example's Racing Yellow specification (one of 12 factory colors), offset here by the warmth of the Mocha Brown cabin (one of 7 factory interior colors), makes this one of the most visually distinctive examples in the production run. The acid green brake calipers and accents are the 918's own visual signature for the brand's e-Hybrid tech. This also applies to the Carrera GT market, and more recently, we also spotlighted a Fayence Yellow Carrera GT to highlight how color rarity within a small overall production is driving prices. For a deeper look at how the 918 compares to its Porsche predecessor, our Carrera GT vs. 918 Spyder comparison covers both in detail.  This particular car also prominently featured recently on our list of the Most Expensive Porsches of all time. Mid-Engine American Muscle: The Best C8 Corvettes For Sale

Mid-Engine American Muscle: The Best C8 Corvettes For Sale

Since the first rumors of a mid-engined Corvette began circulating, anticipation around the C8 generation has been impossible to ignore. When Chevrolet finally pulled the cover off the mid-engine Corvette, it marked one of the most important turning points in the model’s history. Moving the engine behind the driver fundamentally changed how the Corvette drives, handles, and performs, instantly elevating it into territory traditionally dominated by Europe’s finest sports cars. The C8 didn’t just modernize the Corvette formula, it redefined it. That momentum only accelerated as Chevrolet expanded the lineup. The standard C8 Stingray delivered serious performance at a price point that stunned the industry, while the Z06 pushed the Corvette deep into track-focused territory with its flat-plane-crank LT6 V8. Now, the arrival of the all-new ZR1 and ZR1X takes things even further. The ZR1 reintroduces forced induction to the Corvette nameplate with a twin-turbocharged V8 producing four-figure horsepower, firmly placing it in modern hypercar conversations. Meanwhile, the ZR1X builds on that foundation with electrification and all-wheel drive, creating what is expected to be the most technologically advanced and quickest Corvette ever produced. Together, they show just how far America’s sports car has evolved. Despite the massive performance gains, the C8 Corvette lineup continues to stand out for delivering world-class capability without abandoning value. From the accessible Stingray to the ferocious ZR1X, each version blends unmistakable Corvette heritage with cutting-edge engineering. Whether the goal is weekend cruising, track days, or outright performance bragging rights, the C8 platform proves the Corvette is no longer chasing supercars but instead, setting its own benchmark. Ferrari 296 GTB With $68K in Options for Sale

By Sponsored Article –  July 02, 2026

Ferrari 296 GTB With $68K in Options for Sale

The 296 GTB is the car that redrew expectations for what a mid-engine Ferrari could be, and this 2025 example is the version that shows it off best: a barely used car, optioned by someone who clearly knew exactly what they wanted. It shows 945 miles. That is run-in and not much more. A car at this mileage has been driven enough to know it works and parked carefully enough to look like it just left Maranello. The drivetrain is the whole reason the 296 exists, so start there. A 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 sits behind the seats and works with an electric motor for a combined 830 horsepower, all of it sent rearward through an eight-speed dual-clutch F1 gearbox. The hybrid layer fills in the low end and sharpens the throttle, and the result is a Ferrari that feels even quicker than the figures suggest. GALLERY-EMBED Low miles matter here. The 296 is the kind of car people buy to keep, and a 2025 build with 958 miles on the odometer is the one a future owner gets to enjoy from the start, without inheriting someone else's hard winters and track days. The exterior is finished in an Extra Campionario shade, which is Ferrari's program for finishes that sit outside the standard catalog. These are special orders, so the odds of pulling up next to another car wearing the same paint are slim. Paired with the Nero black interior, the whole car reads as deliberate, the dark cabin grounding whatever the exterior is doing in the light. This is where the original order stops being a Ferrari and starts being someone's Ferrari. There is over $68,000 in options on the car, and the choices hang together rather than reading like a checkbox spree. GALLERY-EMBED Carbon fiber runs through the cabin in the places enthusiasts notice: the steering wheel with its row of shift LEDs, the instrument cluster, the dashboard inserts, and the upper tunnel trim. The seats carry the prancing horse stitched into the headrests, the safety belts are colored rather than plain black, and the racing intent shows up in the Scuderia Ferrari shields on the fenders. Outside, yellow brake calipers sit behind 20-inch forged diamond-finish wheels, a black ceramic exhaust handles the soundtrack, and a long and thin Italian flag runs the livery down the body. There is an electrochromic rearview mirror, rear parking radar, and a Ferrari Historical Colors selection in the mix as well. The protection is sorted too. The car already has paint protection film and a ceramic coating applied, which is the boring but genuinely valuable part of a low-mileage special-order build. Whoever buys it does not have to spend the first weekend booking it into a detailer. And for even further added "protection," this Ferrari has been hardwired for an Escor radar detector.  This is a nearly-new hybrid Ferrari with just 958 miles, still under factory warranty and service, finished in a paint that did not come from the standard catalog, optioned well past the basics, and looked after from day one. For anyone who wanted a 296 but wanted it to feel like a one-off rather than a configuration, this is the kind of car that does not come around often. View Price And Listing

Low-Mileage Classic Cars For Sale: Top Investment Picks Rising in Value

By Jordan Aquistapace –  June 26, 2026

Low-Mileage Classic Cars For Sale: Top Investment Picks Rising in Value

In the world of automotive collectors and enthusiasts, classic collector cars, particularly those with low mileage, are best described as timeless treasures. These rolling pieces of history, from legends like Porsche, Ferrari, and Lamborghini, are sound investments in a rapidly evolving the ever-changing car market. For instance, early era models like the Porsche 911 Carrera RS, Ferrari 250 GT, or the Lamborghini Miura.Their rarity and pristine condition, especially with low odometers, make them highly coveted examples amongst passionate collectors willing to pay a premium to preserve a moment in history. As the automotive landscape shifts towards electric vehicles (EVs), the appeal of these classic, petrol-powered beauties only intensifies. There's something undeniably magical about the roar of a carbureted engine, a sensation that EVs can't replicate. This nostalgia, paired with their scarcity, has caused the market for collector-grade classic cars to skyrocket. Investing in a low mileage classic is not just about owning a piece of automotive history; it's about making a smart financial decision. As more collectors and automotive purists seek to add these gems to their collections, their value continues to soar. At duPont REGISTRY, we pride ourselves on showcasing an extensive inventory of low-mileage, museum-grade classics courtesy of our network of knowledgable dealerships. So, if you're looking to make a statement in your garage and in your investment portfolio, look no further than these timeless classics. View the prices and listing of the collector classics featured in this special by clicking the links below. What is the most sought after classic vehicle? When it comes to classic cars, the Ferrari 250 GTO is often considered the most sought-after vehicle. With only 36 units ever produced, its exclusivity has driven prices to astronomical levels, making it a symbol of automotive excellence and prestige. What is the difference between a classic car and a collector car? A classic car is usually an older vehicle, at least 20-30 years old, that has historical interest because of its design or performance. A collector car can be any vehicle that enthusiasts really want, often due to its rarity or unique features. So, while all classic cars can be collector cars, collector cars can also include modern rare models or special editions. What classic car is making a comeback? One clear standout making a serious comeback is the Ferrari F40. Long respected but recently re-energized, demand has surged as collectors chase raw, analog supercars, pushing values firmly back into the multi-million-dollar range. How are collector cars valued? Collector cars are valued based on a few key factors: rarity, condition, historical significance, and demand. If a car is rare, in great shape, has a cool history, and a lot of people want it, its value goes up. What is the most expensive collector car ever? The most expensive collector car ever is the Ferrari 250 GTO. It’s sold for over $70 million. 1995 Ferrari F50 - 843 Miles - View Listing 1988 Porsche 959 - 2,134 Miles - View Listing 1956 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL - 18,411 Miles - View Listing 1992 Lamborghini Diablo - 1,815 Miles - View Price & Listing 1979 Aston Martin V8 Volante - 12,415 Miles - View Price & Listing 1973 Ferrari Dino 246 GT - 3,104 Miles - View Listing 1997 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 - 3,243 Miles - View Listing 1995 BMW M3 Lightweight - 9,290 Miles - View Price & Listing 1961 Mercedes-Benz 190 SL - 2,654 Miles - View Price & Listing 1993 Ford Mustang Cobra - 5,387 Miles - View Price & Listing
