Lucid Motors has been providing the automotive industry with high-tech and luxurious electric vehicles, including the Air sedan and the Gravity SUV. However, Lucid looks forward to introducing new models, with an upcoming midsize platform and robotaxi ambitions in partnership with Uber. The manufacturer’s financial results are in for the first quarter of 2026, and they show growth for the young and intriguing EV brand.
Revenue in Q1 2026 is up by 20% for Lucid in comparison to Q1 2025. This comes alongside a major surge in production, with the 5,500 vehicles produced representing a 149% increase compared to Q1 2025. In April, Lucid announced plenty of significant business moves, like a new CEO, Silvio Napoli, a capital raise of $1.05 billion, and an expansion of the manufacturer’s partnership with Uber.
With new models coming soon to Lucid’s lineup, and significant expansions of its electric mobility business on the horizon, Lucid looks towards the rest of the year with strong results to reflect on during the first quarter. Increased production and revenues, along with a major capital raise and an even bigger partnership with Uber than it had before, are all good news for the relatively young electric vehicle manufacturer.
