The R-35 generation Nissan GT-R has been on sale in the U.S. since the 2009 model year. The Japanese carmaker delivered plenty of special edition variants and limited runs during that time. The vehicle featured today is one of them, the T-Spec. Built to sit just below the track-ready GT-R NISMO, the T-Spec pays homage to previous GT-Rs with its unique paint scheme.
Nissan built the T-Spec with two finishes. The first is Millennium Jade, which debuted in the R34 GT-R V-Spec II Nür. The second shade is Midnight Purple III, a dark color that debuted in the R34 V-Spec and remains one of the most sought-after. The vehicle featured here wears the latter.
Power-wise, the T-Spec counts on the same twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V6 as the Premium trim, developing 565 horsepower and 467 pound-feet of torque. Power still goes to all four wheels via a six-speed dual-clutch transmission.
O'Gara San Diego lists this unique GT-R for sale with a $239,987 asking price. This vehicle is in like-new condition with just 48 miles on the clock. Since Nissan produced these cars in relatively low numbers, the T-Spec is on its way to becoming a proper collector's car.
