Rimac Nevera R Debuts On Goodwood Hillclimb

Rimac shocks Goodwood on the heels of breaking dozens of records.

The Rimac Nevera R is the new and most extreme expression of Rimac’s already venerated ability to create some of the world’s most capable and captivating all-electric performance cars. With over 2,100 horsepower and far more aggressive and advanced aerodynamics and weight savings than the standard Nevera, the Nevera R has unlocked an even higher echelon of performance than the previous model, setting new standards for electric vehicles and hypercars alike.

After breaking a litany of records (24 to be exact) during its final validation test ahead of customer deliveries, the Rimac Nevera R wowed guests of the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed, one of the world’s most prestigious and anticipated automotive celebrations. Taking on the legendary Hillclimb challenge, the Nevera R tackled the 1.16-mile stretch with Bugatti Rimac Chief Test and Development Driver Miroslav Zrnčević behind the wheel.

In addition to its hillclimb run, the Nevera R was also featured in a designated Rimac area of the event’s Supercar Paddock, showcasing its stunning design that builds on the Nevera and evolves it for an enhanced look. It also features more advanced and aggressive aerodynamic efficiency and downforce for even greater performance. With only 40 units of the Nevera R being made, the new ultra-exclusive, record-breaking hypercar was one of the most exciting parts of this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed.
