Rimac’s Nevera R Founder’s Edition gives ten collectors a unique, hands-on hypercar experience with record-breaking EV performance.
Rimac Automobili started in a small garage in Croatia, but today it’s making waves as one of the most interesting names in the automotive world. Mate Rimac and his team have a talent for taking ideas that seem impossible and turning them into record-breaking creations. The Nevera R is the latest example, pushing the limits of performance, tech, and design. And for ten collectors worldwide, the Founder’s Edition turns that car into a completely personal experience.

The process starts at the Rimac Campus in Zagreb, where owners sit down with Mate, Design Director Frank Heyl, and the design team. Using advanced V-RED software, colors, materials, and finishes are adjusted in real time until everything feels right. This isn’t about picking from a standard palette, but rather a chance to configure a car with personal taste, featuring hand-stitched interiors, custom paintwork, and details inspired by other cars in the collection. Every Founder’s Edition Nevera R tells a story.

The car itself makes a statement without needing to shout. Its two-tone exterior follows the natural lines of the body, giving the car a low, aggressive stance. A thin central stripe, just two millimeters at its narrowest point, carries Rimac’s cravat motif and subtle circuit-board graphics, combining tech and style in a subtle way. Inside, the doors feature embroidered milestones in Rimac’s history, and the asymmetrical seats mirror Mate’s own configuration.

Owners also get insider access to the Rimac world: first looks at new products, invitations to record-setting runs, and even input on future R&D projects. Training is included too, with the Rimac team guiding owners through the car’s full potential. With 2,107 horsepower across four electric motors, the Nevera R rockets from 0–60 mph in 1.66 seconds and tops out at 268 mph. In 2025 alone, it claimed 24 verified world records, showing that Rimac isn’t just about looks—it’s about numbers that matter.
For Mate Rimac, the Founder’s Edition is about recognizing the people who believed in his ideas from the beginning. “Concept_One, Nevera, and now Nevera R exist because early believers took a leap into the unknown,” he says. These ten cars aren’t just vehicles—they’re a way to be part of the Rimac story, from design and engineering to full-on electric hypercar thrills. For the small circle of owners, it’s about a hands-on, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
