Now, this is no ordinary F40. It started life as a normal F40, but was involved in an accident that left it with body damage.
Gas Monkey Garage of the TV show "Fast N' Loud" then bought the damaged car with plans to restore it. With the help of M. Luongo, a Ferrari and Lamborghini certified technician, and Stuart Singer, an expert in Ferrari restorations, they fixed it up to be the black Ferrari you see today.

Jackson has sold this born-again F40 at the 2015 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale, the same place where he purchased the car a year ago. This time around, the car was sold for $643,500, $99,000 less than he originally bought the car for.
