One of the world’s luxury automotive capitals sees Jaguar’s new era.
A historic name in the British luxury automotive world, Jaguar has recently undergone a radical transformation of its brand, changing its logos and introducing a new design language for a future lineup of vehicles with a new concept vehicle called the Type 00. Introduced in bold colors, aligning with its artistically-inspired new brand vision, the Type 00 has captured attention and buzz across the automotive world and beyond, combining the proportions and style cues of classic Jaguars with a monolithic, hyper-futuristic design ethos.
Now, the Jaguar Type 00 has made its debut in one of the luxury automotive world’s most celebrated capitals: Monaco. Home to a famed Formula 1 Grand Prix race, as well as luxury fashion hubs, yachts, and exotic cars of all kinds, Monaco is a perfect stage for the Jaguar Type 00 to be shown, coming off of an appearance at the most recent Paris Fashion Week, where the car served as VIP transport for celebrity guests at shows for couture houses like Valentino and Loewe.
Showcased on a floating ocean terrace, the new Jaguar Type 00 is seen in the same French Ultramarine color that adorned the car for Fashion Week, the appearance of the new Jaguar Type 00 concept against the stunning backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea’s Côte d’Azur and the glittering city-state of Monaco coincides with this year’s Monaco E-Prix, the most prestigious race on the Formula E calendar that reflects the cherished and historic Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix. As the crowds gather for the anticipated race weekends, invited guests were given exclusive access to the terrace where the Type 00 is showcased, ushering in a new era for the historic luxury automotive household name.
