After watching the video below, by EVO I asked three of my coworkers who would win in a race between a 911 GT3 RS and GT-R. Each of them voted for the Japanese sports car, most likely because of how well-known the car's acceleration is.

And, it's a fair assumption for sure. The GT-R used in the video was the Track Edition, packing 542 bhp and 466 lb-ft of torque. This power, on top of its AWD system and rapid transmission makes the car a competitor on just about all levels. As for the 911 GT3 RS, 492 bhp and 339 lb-ft of torque is sent to the rear wheels. Sure, the GT-R has the 911 on horsepower, but the German sports car ends up with a better power-to-weight ratio.
