T-Pain just got the ultimate JDM fan’s dream car.
Alongside his role as an award-winning singer, songwriter, and record producer, with 2 Grammys and more than 60 hit songs under his belt, T-Pain also shares a passion for all things automotive. And while his past collection featured everything from Bugatti Veyrons to brand-new Rolls-Royces, T-Pain’s love for drifting and JDM culture, which started in 2018, has transitioned his garage into a haven for rare Japanese gems. The automotive world got a small taste of this back when T-Pain first formed Nappy Boy Automotive and revealed his viral LS-powered Nissan Silvia S14.5 wrapped in a custom Pickle Rick livery. Recently, T-Pain celebrated his 40th birthday by taking to Instagram to show fans the Nissan R34 GT-R V-SPEC he received as a gift.
To celebrate, Hert (@hertlife) and the team at Nappy Boy Automotive secretly purchased the Bayside Blue R34 GT-R from Craft Sports of Naples Florida. And to take things even a step further, Spam and Hormel joined the project to showcase a custom yellow racing livery for future track days. T-Pain expressed his gratitude in the Instagram post saying “I’m at a loss for words. Thank you so much to everyone who helped make this happen.
