This is how Porsche fights back with a corona crisis team.Florian Haacke, Head of Corporate Security at Porsche AG, and Dr. Daniel Mauss, Head of Health Management hold daily meetings at 8 A.M. to discuss worker safety, product chain disruptions and operations at each Porsche facility.
Representatives from Human Resources, the Works Council, Corporate Communications, Production, Development and Finance have already made over 100 proactive decisions on worker safety and cash flow. Every employee has access to a hotline and a dedicated mailbox for virus questions. Florian Haacke said “In such a phase, it is most important that our colleagues do not feel left alone with their questions and concerns. In particular for our teams in corporate security and company medicine, who are working around the clock answering questions.
