The Code 11.59 by Audemars Piguet separates itself from the other sports models offered by the Swiss watchmaker, presenting an elegant look using a traditional circular case design. The case incorporates a blend of black ceramic and 18k pink gold, finishing its robust construction with a glare-proof sapphire crystal and caseback.

Beneath a black lacquered inner bezel that tracks minutes and seconds, a skeletonized chronograph layout provides an up-close view of the movement in action. Although a set of sub-dials indicate chronograph, hours, minutes, and central seconds functions, the star of the show is the magnificent flying tourbillon at the 6 o’clock position. Audemars Piguet’s in-house Calibre 2952 is made up of 479 individual parts and is responsible for holding a power reserve of 65 hours. The open backcase offers a perfect view of the pink gold ‘AP’ oscillating wheel, with commemorative engravings lining the outer portion to signify its limited production. Adding a sporty feel to the dress watch, Audemars Piguet equipped the Code 11.59 Flying Tourbillon Chronograph with a black rubber/nylon strap and matching pink gold AP folding clasp.
