Acura is wrapping up the second-generation NSX’s production with a special model.
Production on the second-generation Acura NSX is wrapping up as the automaker has announced 2022 as its final model year. To celebrate the end of production, Acura has announced the new NSX Type S. This limited edition supercar will have a production run of 350 examples, with 300 being offered in the United States. Acura notes that the entire model year 2022 NSX will be a Type S and will feature an “enhanced” version of their twin-turbo V6 engine and Sport Hybrid SH-AWD® system.
The global reveal of the new 2022 Acura NSX Type S will occur on August 12 at Monterey Car Week. On that day Acura will also be taking customer orders online. Be sure to check back on that day to learn all there is to know about this new NSX.
