Aston Martin proudly begins using the prestigious Royal Warrant, officially appointed by His Majesty The King as an esteemed motor car manufacturer, symbolized by the iconic royal coat of arms.

By Tyler Rampersaud –  April 02, 2025

Aston Martin Begins Using Its New Royal Warrant

A Royal Warrant gives Aston Martin’s brand extra panache. In the United Kingdom, the Royal Family provides formal recognition and acknowledgment to companies and brands that regularly supply goods and services to them in the form of coveted Royal Warrants. Brands across various industries like fashion, food, jewelry, beauty, and more boast these Royal Warrants as badges of honor that indicate their quality, heritage, service, and favor within the Royal Family. One of the latest, however, is Aston Martin, the celebrated purveyor of luxury performance cars with 112 years of history and unmistakable British style and elegance. It was confirmed in May 2024 that Aston Martin would be the recipient of a Royal Warrant, but the historic luxury performance car manufacturer has only now begun to use the Warrant, proudly showcasing its association with the Royal Family next to its legendary winged logo. The history between Aston Martin and the Royal Family stretches back over 70 years, with the delivery of a three-liter Lagonda to Prince Philip in 1954. The Duke of Kent acquired an Aston Martin DB2/4 in 1955, and the King’s DB6 Mk2 Volante remains an icon of Aston Martin’s relationship with the Royal Family to this day. The King has been part of the Aston Martin Owners Club since 1973, and as a Motor Car Manufacturer and Repairer to His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, Aston Martin has held a Royal Warrant since 1982. However, this is the first time that Aston Martin carries the arms of the sovereign. With a new Royal Warrant, Aston Martin will open a new chapter in its storied history and longstanding relationship with the Royal Family. View All Aston Martins For Sale Image Source: Aston Martin

Aston Martin's Limited-Production Valhalla Supercar Begin...

Aston Martin's newest generation of supercar gets another step closer to hitting the streets. With a limited production series of recent examples, including track-focused powerhouses like the Valour and Valkyrie, Aston Martin is really showcasing its knack for engineering road-legal racecars. And although the Valkyrie is making recent news with owners taking delivery of their cars trackside and its production cycling coming to an end, the Aston Martin Valhalla is stealing back the spotlight as the manufacturer just announced that it just began the final validation testing phase. Revealed back in December 2024 with the title 'The Ultimate Drivers Supercar,' the Aston Martin Valhalla checked itself off as the brand's first series production mid-engined supercar, first plug-in hybrid, and first production vehicle with dedicated EV range capability. Aston Martin brought the Valhalla to multiple sites at the IDIADA proving ground in Spain, where it will undergo a series of high-speed wet and dry handling circuits before their final sign-off. An on-road validation must also be completed before the nearly $3 million supercar continues onto its next phase. But this shouldn't be an issue with Aston Martin engineers and three-time Le Mans class winner and Aston Martin development driver Darren Turner at the lead. Both Valhallas, finished in Podium Green with a Lime Green livery and Verdant Jade with a Valkyrie Gold livery, are now being put through their paces to prove themselves. Simon Newton, Director of Vehicle Performance and Attributes said, "For the engineering and dynamics teams, the unprecedented dynamic bandwidth that distinguishes Valhalla from its rivals has presented many new opportunities during development. With a combination of 1079PS (1,064 horsepower) and 1100Nm (811 ft-lbs of torque) via the hybrid powertrain, extreme performance is a given. To harness and refine the power to deliver an exceptional supercar experience on both road and track has meant tireless work has gone into the integration of active aerodynamics and integrated control systems." Limited to just 999 units worldwide, production of Aston Martin's ultimate supercar, the Valhalla, is set to start in Q2 2025. Aston Martin Valkyrie Brings New V12 Era For IMSA At The ...

Aston Martin’s highly anticipated return to endurance racing takes a bold step forward as the Valkyrie prepares for its North American competition debut in the 2025 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship at the legendary 12 Hours of Sebring this weekend. It marks a pivotal moment for the British automaker and America’s top sportscar series, as it brings revolutionary high-revving V12-powered Le Mans Hypercar (LMH) technology to one of the toughest endurance races in the world. The IMSA 12 Hours of Sebring, known for its punishing track surface, intense multi-class racing, and unpredictable weather conditions, will serve as the perfect proving ground for the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR-LMH. The hypercar is set to compete in IMSA’s top-tier GTP (Grand Touring Prototype) class, where it will go head-to-head with the likes of Porsche, Cadillac, Acura, Lamborghini and BMW in the battle for overall victory. All of its class rivals run cars built to IMSA’s LMDh platform, but the Valkyrie is the first true road-based hypercar chassis to race in the GTP category, and is the only car in the class not to feature a high-voltage hybrid electrical system. Run by the works Aston Martin THOR team, its entry into IMSA’s endurance racing scene aligns with the brand’s push to cement itself as a leader in hypercar performance. The AMR-LMH is derived from the road-going Valkyrie but engineered specifically for top-level endurance racing, featuring a naturally aspirated V12 engine, that revs to 11,000rpm, developed in collaboration with Cosworth and a lightweight carbon-fiber monocoque chassis. “With Aston Martin returning to top-flight endurance competition in the US with such a breathtaking hypercar, the first of its kind to race in IMSA and the only one developed from a road car, this is clearly a landmark step for the Valkyrie programme,” said Adam Carter, Aston Martin's Head of Endurance Motorsport. “We all know the challenges Sebring offers, both as a venue and as a race, but these are important tests for Valkyrie and every mile builds data and understanding. The car cuts a striking silhouette in its blue livery, and with its unique sound from the V12, 6.5-litre engine, I am certain this car will win the hearts and minds of the American racing fans.” The 12 Hours of Sebring is one of the most challenging races on the IMSA calendar, held on a former WWII-era airfield circuit that is famous for its bumpy surface, tight corners, and high-speed sections. The track pushes both drivers and machines to their absolute limits, making it a true test of endurance for any race car. For Aston Martin, competing in Sebring is more than just a debut—it’s a statement of intent. The race will showcase the Valkyrie AMR-LMH’s capabilities, providing crucial data and experience for its 2025 IMSA and World Endurance Championship campaigns. Driver Ross Gunn said: “Sebring this year is a very important event for us, even more than normal, and it will be the first IMSA race for Valkyrie, which is incredibly exciting. Of course we are on a very steep learning trajectory right now, but everyone is working super-hard to bring as much performance as possible to the car. It’s very exciting to have the V12 engine going around Sebring. It’s going to be an incredible weekend.” Aston Martin has a storied history in endurance racing, but the 12 Hours of Sebring holds special significance. The British marque has previously seen success in GT competition, but the arrival of the Valkyrie signals a return to prototype racing on American soil for the first time in over a decade. With IMSA’s growing international appeal and an increasingly competitive GTP class, the Valkyrie’s entry into the 12 Hours of Sebring sets the stage for an exciting new era in hypercar endurance racing. As the countdown to Sebring 2025 begins, all eyes will be on Aston Martin and the Valkyrie AMR-LMH as they aim to make history in North America’s premier endurance series, before taking on the challenge of the 24 Hours of Le Mans in June. Aston Martin Debuts A Contemporary Light Sculpture Of The...

The Vanquish unlike you've ever seen before. Aston Martin and artist Anthony James have teamed up to create Reflections of Speed, a massive light sculpture inspired by the newest Vanquish. Unveiled at Chateau Marmont during Frieze Los Angeles, the automotive art piece plays with light, glass, and geometry to capture the performance and luxury of Aston Martin's iconic V12 supercar. Known for his infinity light sculptures, James spent over a year crafting this 17-foot work at his LA studio using modern materials his deep appreciation for automotive design. James has often drawn inspiration from cars in past works of art, influenced by the motorsports and movie culture of the ‘70s and ‘80s. His work is all about depth and movement, making the Vanquish a perfect muse. The sculpture is perfectly positioned by the Chateau’s pool and creates vivid contrast between its futuristic glow and old Hollywood charm. Guests at the unveiling got an up-close look at how art and engineering intersect using the Aston Martin Vanquish as the centerpiece. After its debut, Reflections of Speed will move onto the Petersen Automotive Museum before eventually being put up for sale. Proceeds of the future sale will go directly to the LA Arts Community Fire Relief Fund, supporting artists affected by recent wildfires. It’s a fitting next chapter for a piece that’s all about movement and transformation. Whether you’re into cars, contemporary art, or just cool visuals, this collaboration is a reminder of how art tells a story. Gordon Ramsay Spotted Driving His New $2.5M Aston Martin ...

Another new Aston Martin for Chef Ramsay. Along with his passion for cooking and opening restaurants around the world, Gordon Ramsay's second love most definitely has to be collecting rare and exclusive supercars. The British celebrity chef and restaurateur has a longstanding love for the Ferrari brand, as we've seen him take delivery of legendary examples like the LaFerrari, Monza SP5, 812 Competizione, and F12tdf. With a garage full of Italian prancing horses that showcase the Ferrari lineage, Gordon also holds a soft spot for Aston Martin and its limited-production releases. Last year, we covered how Gordon was spotted out in London with his newly acquired $1 million Aston Martin Valour. This past weekend, Gordon Ramsay is back to making waves in the automotive world as he was spotted once again in London driving his brand-new $2.5 million Aston Martin Valiant. Being only 1-of-38 ever produced, Gordon spec'd his Valiant in a dual-tone white and dark blue finish with a vibrant red racing stripe. From leaving dinner at night to casual commuting throughout the city during the day, it's clear that Gordon is enjoying the ownership of his new Aston Martin. The Valiant packs serious performance with its twin-turbo V8 engine, delivering 542 horsepower to its rear wheels. Paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, it rockets from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds and can hit a top speed of 195 mph. Having added ding the Aston Martin Valiant to his fleet, we wonder what car is next for Gordon Ramsay. View all Aston Martins for sale on duPont REGISTRY by clicking the link below.
