Luxury Rally Club At Monterey Car Week

By duPont REGISTRY –  August 06, 2026

Luxury Rally Club At Monterey Car Week

Monterey Car Week can swallow you whole. A dozen events fire off at once, the mornings start before dawn, and the good stuff is always happening one town over. Knowing where to be, and how to actually enjoy it once you're there, is its own skill. Luxury Rally Club (LRC) has spent eight years building that skill, and this August the club brings its full slate to the Peninsula as the newest name in the duPont REGISTRY Group ecosystem. For anyone who hasn't followed along, LRC was founded by Trevor Johnson in 2018 and built its reputation on curated rallies and collector experiences that put access and relationships ahead of everything else. It now joins dRG alongside Canossa Events, Cavallino, and Supercar Owners Circle, folding into a group that runs more than 120 automotive events a year and drew over 120,000 people to them in 2025. The scale is real, but the LRC approach has always been the opposite of scale. It is about the right people, the right cars, and the right room. Here is what the club is running during Car Week. Rally to Monterey Car Week The week starts on the road. From August 10 to 12, the invitation-only Rally to Monterey runs from Los Angeles up the Pacific Coast Highway, with curated stops and a lunch gathering before the group rolls onto the Peninsula. A drive up the PCH is a good day on its own. Doing it in this company, with the week's events waiting at the finish, is something else. What makes this one special is who gets to come. This is the rally LRC opens wide, so cars like a Ferrari Enzo, a Lamborghini Countach, a 300 SL Gullwing and a DeLorean can all share the same run. Few drives let machines from such different eras travel together, and that mix is the whole point. Participants also carry that access into the week itself, including a place at the private Preserve event that follows. The Santa Lucia Preserve Concours On August 13, the club returns to Carmel Valley for the eighth running of its Preserve Concours & Cocktails, and it is the one I'd point people to first. This is a driving event, not a spectator one. You bring your own car, take your place on the lawn, and every display vehicle is approved in advance to keep the field honest. Held inside the guarded 20,000 acres of the Santa Lucia Preserve, with string lights, live music and gold hills at golden hour, it plays like a proper garden party. Very few people ever get to see this land. For one evening, the gates open. The food matches the setting, with renowned chefs and an open bar built to be the best table of the entire week, and the whole thing runs all-inclusive at $850 a head. In a Car Week that keeps getting more commercial, the Preserve has held onto its integrity, and that is not an accident. Eight years of protecting what the event is has kept it that way. Buy Tickets The Full Week Beyond those two, LRC handles the part most people never see. Through its Monterey Car Week packages, running August 12 to 17, the club activates more than thirty brands, the fifth year running it has cleared that mark. Just as important, it looks after both sides of the equation, guiding the participants through the week and helping the brands make the most of being there. No other experiential company both sells the packages and carries this kind of reach and access. View Packages That reach shows up at the marquee events too. At The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, LRC returns for its fourth year as a platinum sponsor and teams with BRABUS on a reveal, the kind of moment the club keeps raising the bar on year after year. Add it up, and you get the throughline of everything LRC does, and everything dRG wants its ecosystem to stand for: real access, genuine community, and cars enjoyed the way they were meant to be.

Inside MSC's $95,000 Trackside Experience in Miami

Inside MSC's $95,000 Trackside Experience in Miami

Formula 1 returns to Miami this weekend for the fifth year in a row, ending a five-week hiatus following the cancellation of the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian races. It opens the first of three U.S. rounds of the season at Hard Rock Stadium, having transformed its campus into one of the most ambitious hospitality settings in the United States. The headline addition this year is the MSC Yacht Club, a five-deck replica of a superyacht stretching 264 feet, 32,000 square feet, and 50-foot high premium hospitality structure along the inside of Turns 5 through 9, built in partnership between Formula 1 and Geneva-based cruise operator MSC Cruises.  Private cabanas on its Marina Deck start at $95,000 for the three-day weekend, accommodating up to 20 guests each, with dining curated by French Riviera hospitality brand Bagatelle and a Jack Daniel 's-branded entertainment space hosting live performances throughout the event. The structure is designed as a multi-year installation, placing Miami's premium hospitality offer in the same conversation as other prestigious Formula One venues. View this post on Instagram A post shared by MSC Cruises Official (@msccruisesofficial)   Beyond the Yacht Club, South Florida Motorsports, the race's promoter, has divided the wider autodrome campus into zones modelled on some of Miami's most recognisable neighborhoods. Areas themed around Wynwood, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Little Havana, Brickell, Key Biscayne, and Miami Gardens will each feature local restaurants, art installations, and live entertainment and will be accessible to all ticket holders.  South Florida Motorsports also confirmed plans for a 115,000-square-foot expansion of its existing Paddock Club, designed by architecture firm HOK+ROSSETTI and scheduled for completion ahead of the 2027 race. Stretching from the start-finish straight toward Turn 1 with tiered seating across three stories, the extension would raise total hospitality capacity to approximately 305,000 square feet and 9,200 guests. It will also house the permanent home of Precision Drive Club, the members' organisation launched in 2024, with dedicated pit-lane access, simulator labs, and private dining.  <- Gallery -> The race in the Sunshine State is contracted to run through 2041, the longest such agreement on the calendar at the time of its signing, and South Florida Motorsports has been named Promoter of the Year by both Formula 1 and the Autosport Awards in consecutive seasons. After yesterday’s tightly contested qualifying, 19-year-old Kimi Antonelli, who was also the Polesitter (youngest-ever) in Miami last year, put his Mercedes-AMG F1 W17 E PERFORMANCE at the front of the grid. The Italian will sit alongside Red Bull’s Max Verstappen for a rescheduled Miami GP, starting three hours earlier at 13:00 ET instead of the original 16:00 ET, as the weather forecast expects heavy rain.  Antonelli has won twice this season, in China and Japan, while Mercedes teammate George Russell took the opener, down under in Melbourne. Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc are expected to challenge across a weekend that also includes a round of the FIA Formula 2 Championship and support races from the Porsche Carrera Cup and McLaren Trophy North America. CASH & ROCKET: Where Purpose Meets the Open Road

CASH & ROCKET is a movement born on the road, a breathtaking convergence of luxury, sisterhood, and philanthropy that transforms the open highway into a runway for change. From April 23 through 26, 2026, this electrifying four-day journey will unite influential women from around the world in a shared mission: to drive meaningful change through philanthropy, leadership, and global collaboration. Sweeping across the American Southeast, an extraordinary collective of women will come together behind a singular purpose at every mile, and duPont REGISTRY could not be more proud to be a sponsor of this wondrous event. Founded in 2011 by Danish entrepreneur Julie Brangstrup, CASH & ROCKET has spent over a decade evolving from a bold idea into one of the world's most compelling philanthropic platforms, raising over $6.6 million for incredible causes and cultivating a global network of more than 2,860 remarkable women along the way. With routes changing every year, the 2026 tour marks its highly anticipated return to American soil for its second U.S. edition, and the itinerary is nothing short of spectacular. The Route: Four Cities, One Magnificent Purpose The 2026 CASH & ROCKET U.S. Car Tour consists of thirty sports cars, four iconic cities, four days of community engagement, and high-impact fundraising. Charting a course through the heart of the Southeast, each stop has been carefully curated to inspirate connect, raise awareness, and create lasting change. Thursday, April 23 — Charleston The tour opens in storied Charleston, South Carolina. Attendees are invited to witness a stunning public car display along Tobacco Street before an exclusive evening fundraising soirée. The event will be co-hosted by Astrea London, the celebrated luxury jewelry house renowned for its ethically sourced, lab-grown diamonds. Also participating in the stop are UBS, One Thousand Group, and Miami Concours. The evening's proceeds will benefit Impact Charleston, an organization dedicated to empowering underserved youth through mentorship and education. Friday, April 24 — Savannah and Jacksonville As the convoy rolls south through Georgia's scenic roads, a morning car display in the historic city of Savannah sets the stage for a private waterfront lunch before the motorcade makes its entrance into Jacksonville for an evening welcome dinner.. Saturday, April 25 — Palm Beach The tour then arrives on the shores of Palm Beach with a day of wellness activations and en-route experiences, all of which culminate in an elegant evening fundraising reception benefiting both Style Saves, an organization providing essential goods and support to families in need, and Sumbandila, which offers life-changing scholarships and enrichment programs to exceptional students. Sunday, April 26 — Palm Beach and Miami The grand finale begins with a morning wellness session hosted by model and entrepreneur Vita Sidorkina in Palm Beach, before the convoy makes its entrance into Miami. The city's iconic Design District on 41st Street will host a stunning public car display and a charity shopping experience, supported by esteemed brands including Jimmy Choo, Giorgio Armani, and Isa Grutman. When the sun sets, the tour will venture to Palm House Miami Beach for a lavish evening event.  How You Can Be Part of Something Greater The beauty of CASH & ROCKET is the fact that it's also an open invitation to everyone. If you find yourself captivated at any stop along the route, there are multiple ways to become part of this movement. First, you may make a direct donation to any of the tour's charity partners or to one of the teams participating in the drive.  Alternatively, when you shop with the tour's supporting brands at certain stops, your purchase becomes an act of generosity in itself, as those brands will donate a portion of their sales during the event to the cause. As Brangstrup herself affirms: "We want to know exactly where the money goes, how it's spent, and who it's helping. Meeting the children and communities we support is essential — that's how you truly understand impact." GALLERY-EMBED A Vision in Motion With a goal to raise $15 million by 2030 and plans for two annual global tours, one across the U.S. and one through Europe or beyond, CASH & ROCKET is aiming to expand in size, reach, and generosity. For instance, CASH & ROCKET will be taking the thrilling tour to Dubai next year as the event spreads its reach to the Middle East.  "The Tour is not about speed," Brangstrup reflects. "It's about meso-omentum. It's about building relationships, spotlighting important causes, and showing the world what female leadership looks like in motion." Visit CashAndRocket.com
