Miami Concours 2025: Magnificent Supercar Art Event Enjoy...

In the heart of the Miami Design District, where creativity fuels luxury, one annual event stands out as the pinnacle of automotive elegance—the Miami Concours. This exclusive gathering, which celebrated its eighth edition in 2025 led by Design District visionary Craig Robins, transformed the district’s streets into a gallery of rare hypercars and timeless classics, while blending seamlessly with high fashion and contemporary art, attracting tens of thousands of car fanatics. This year was the biggest-ever outdoor supercar event to be held in Miami, with vehicles worth hundreds of millions of dollars on display. Since its inception in 2014, the Miami Concours has grown into one of the country’s premier automotive celebrations, combining post-war automobiles, modern engineering, and cultural vibrancy within the Miami Design District. It has grown into one of the most lauded neighborhoods in the United States, combining luxury retail, art galleries, museums, design stores, and restaurants, all within an architecturally rich context. It is home to more than 200 luxury brands’ flagship stores, including Bulgari, Dior, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Balenciaga, and more. The Miami Design District was founded by Craig Robins and is owned by Robins’ company, Dacra in partnership with L Catterton and Brookfield Properties. More than just a car show, the Concours has become an annual cultural event that bridges the worlds of automotive excellence, luxury fashion, and high design. Admission to the Concours was free, though paying VIP ticket holders enjoyed access to exclusive access to the exclusive Moore Building members club’s facilities, including an elevated culinary experience and signature bars. Inside, “Concours Talks: Design Driven” panel discussions were hosted by duPont REGISTRY’s Editor in Chief Charles Bradley, and starred Brett David (CEO, Prestige Imports – Lamborghini Miami), Paolo Trevisan (Head of Design, Pininfarina), female racing stars Tatiana Calderón and Carmen Jordá, John Temerian (Curated), and former Lamborghini engineering legend, Maurizio Reggiani. Images by Josh Sobel Gracing the red-carpeted streets were ground-breaking automotive icons, including the McLaren F1, Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, Koenigsegg CCX, Pagani Huayra, Jaguar XJ220, Bugatti EB110, and Lamborghini Countach. There was a hive of Paganis, a phalanx of Ferraris—featuring several SP3s–and a collection of incredible McLarens—including the mighty Speedtail. The theme of this year’s exhibition was ‘Record Breakers’ with 150 historically significant cars on display, including the fastest and most iconic supercars on the planet. An undoubted star of the show was a stunning Ferrari 250 MM ’53, which was on display courtesy of duPont REGISTRY Tower Design by Pininfarina. The automotive stunners included a 1983 Lamborghini Countach LP5000S, just one of four finished in the remarkable Bleu Tahiti color scheme, one of the 302 examples produced between 1982 and 1985. Le Mans Blue was the livery for Jaguar’s iconic XJ220 supercar, built between 1992 and 1994, and this one had just 1,988 miles on its odometer. The wonderous McLaren F1 was finished in a classic shade of moss green with a fine brown interior, one of the 106 examples made. Curated Vintage Supercars brought one of the lowest-mileage examples of the Koenigsegg CCX in existence, with just 360 miles on the clock, and one of only 29 built. It also brought a stunning Veyron, with 4,134 miles on the odometer, which was number 37 of 48 produced. It’s also one of only eight that came to North America, and the only U.S.-spec example of the model painted deep Metallic Black with an all-black interior. Another highlight was Overfinch North America unveiling its Velocity Edition, the 2025 version of its flagship high-performance model Range Rover derivative. Next-level engineering upgrades featured wide-body arch extensions with visual carbon fiber reveals and a bold carbon fiber bonnet power dome. The car on show boasted a Carpathian Grey exterior with Arancia Orange details and accents, plus amazing overlapping helix designs within its aluminum wheels. Each wheel is forged from a single billet of aluminum and, at the center of every tire, there’s a self-leveling cap design that bears the Overfinch blade emblem.  Other proud sponsors of this prestigious event were Masterpiece Auto, NexGen Luxury, and The Chadwick Collection. What truly sets the Miami Concours apart is its seamless integration of art and fashion into the automotive celebration. Whether you were a collector, a fashion connoisseur, or an art aficionado, the Miami Concours offered something for everyone, encompassing a rare moment where these worlds collide in spectacular fashion. From street-style photography capturing attendees in couture fashion to collaborations with luxury brands, like the Ralph Lauren cocktail reception to allow VIPs to explore antique, vintage watch and jewelry selections, the event turned Miami’s finest district into a runway where high design meets high performance. The synergy between automotive craftsmanship and haute couture is undeniable—both celebrate precision, heritage, and bold innovation.  Meanwhile, renowned artists and local galleries curate special installations, drawing connections between the sculptural beauty of a Pagani Huayra and the fluid lines of contemporary masterpieces. New York City To Host First Ever Rétromobile USA In Novem...

The date and location for the first-ever Rétromobile USA, which will complement the iconic annual Salon Rétromobile classic car exhibition in Europe, has been announced in Paris, France, today. New York City’s Javits Center is the venue, from 19 to 22 November 2026, which will host an unmissable celebration of vintage and collector cars. For almost 50 years, Rétromobile has brought major automotive manufacturers together at the world-famous Expo Porte de Versailles with classic car exhibitors, collectors, sellers, auction houses, event organizers, restorers, coachbuilders, components and automobilia vendors, star industry names and professionals, plus over 120,000 visitors across its five-day event. First held in 1976, each year it shines a spotlight on selected manufacturers, racing achievements, and automotive breakthroughs in homage to automotive heritage and legacy. Now, in partnership with the duPont REGISTRY Group, this landmark exhibition will recreate the remarkable ambiance of the European event, with an American twist, from 2026. The Jacob K. Javits Center is one of the largest convention centers in Manhattan, situated on Eleventh Avenue between 34th Street and 38th Street in Hell's Kitchen, New York City. Rétromobile USA will feature a wide variety of vintage and rare collector cars from over a century of automotive history, demonstrating the historical and cultural significance of not just the beautiful machinery but also the rich fabric of manufacturing, innovation, and design – and how the automobile industry has influenced global culture and society. “When you see the passion and enthusiasm that Rétromobile generates in Paris among European classic car enthusiasts, it’s evident that the same emotion and spirit also exists in the United States of America,” said Gerard Neveu, CEO of duPont REGISTRY Events.  “Therefore, bringing Rétromobile to America is an obvious step, taking this fantastic show to the largest audience and the biggest market in the world for vintage and collector cars. And just like the annual event in Paris, Rétromobile USA will appeal to all kinds of exhibitors, collectors, and visitors in a grand celebration of automotive design, craftsmanship, and history.” The duPont REGISTRY Group is an ecosystem tailored to the luxury car lifestyle, housing Canossa as one of its portfolio companies – which already produces more than 250 luxury car events worldwide and owns the most prestigious classic Ferrari event, Cavallino. It also recently acquired Supercar Owners Circle (SOC), the foremost exclusive global network for supercar enthusiasts, where each member boasts a multimillion-dollar car collection. Cavallino Classic-Winning Ferrari 250 LM Crowned Best of ...

When it comes to the crème de la crème of classic automotive excellence, it doesn’t get better than this. A stunning 1964 Ferrari 250 LM has been named winner of the 10th annual The Peninsula Classics ‘Best of the Best’ Award 2024.  The Ferrari, chosen from a select group of nine vehicles that won awards at the past year’s major concours events, became eligible for consideration after winning the Best in Show honor at the Cavallino Classic at Palm Beach in January 2024. Presented during an awards ceremony at The Peninsula Paris, the distinction recognizes the pinnacle of classic automotive design and engineering. A panel of 24 esteemed judges, comprising cultural icons and leading automotive experts—including Henry Ford III, Charles March, the Duke of Richmond, Ralph Lauren, Jay Leno, Nick Mason, Shiro Nakamura, and Jean Todt—recognized the Ferrari 250 LM’s historical, aesthetic, and sporting significance. This model famously secured Ferrari’s last overall victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1965, a milestone that stood until Maranello’s triumphant return to the top in 2023 and 2024. “We take immense pride in celebrating this remarkable achievement of a car that triumphed at our Concorso Palm Beach Cavallino Classic,” said Luigi Orlandini, Chairman and CEO of Cavallino Inc. and Canossa Events. “Our heartfelt congratulations go to Chris and Ann Cox, the owners of this magnificent Ferrari. This accolade is a testament to the exceptional quality of cars showcased at the Cavallino Classic and in our magazine—this Ferrari was even the cover star of issue 264. Our over forty-year commitment to preserving Ferrari’s heritage is further validated by this honor, following the great success of our 2025 edition just ten days ago in Palm Beach, Florida.” Courtesy of Cavallino Courtesy of Cavallino Originally unveiled in Paris in November 1963, the Ferrari 250 LM (short for ‘Le Mans’) was designed as a Grand Touring evolution of the mid-engined Ferrari 250 P. Featuring a body styled by Pininfarina and built by Scaglietti, it was intended as the successor to the legendary 250 GTO. Though Ferrari was unable to secure GT-class homologation for the model, the 250 LM still enjoyed remarkable success, including its landmark victory at Le Mans in 1965 and the International Trophy for GT Prototypes the same year. One of only 32 examples ever produced, this particular 250 LM had a distinguished racing career between 1965 and 1967, with notable wins at Brands Hatch, Snetterton, and Silverstone in 1966. It also competed in two of endurance racing’s most iconic events—the 24 Hours of Daytona in 1966 and the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1968. “I am truly honored to receive this prestigious award,” said Chris Cox, owner of the 1964 Ferrari 250 LM. “It brings me immense joy to showcase a vehicle with such a rich history at the world’s foremost concours events. Being selected for The Peninsula Classics Best of the Best Award is the highest recognition a car collector can achieve.” Courtesy of Cavallino Courtesy of Cavallino Since its acquisition in 2018, the 1964 Ferrari 250 LM has been celebrated as a centerpiece of Ferrari history. In 2022, it was exhibited at the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena, Italy, as part of the ‘Ferrari Forever’ 75th-anniversary showcase. It has also graced the lawns of premier concours events, including the 2022 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and, most recently, Casa Ferrari at Pebble Beach in 2024, commemorating Ferrari’s 70th anniversary in the United States. “The winning 1964 Ferrari 250 LM is more than just a stunning vehicle,” said Christian Philippsen, co-founder of The Peninsula Classics Best of the Best Award. “It represents one of Ferrari’s most revolutionary models, boasting an unparalleled competitive legacy and impeccable provenance. We are thrilled to honor a motorsport legend of this caliber as this year’s Best of the Best.” Competing alongside the Ferrari for the award were eight other exceptional classic automobiles: a 1932 Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Spider, a 1957 Ferrari 335 S, a 1937/1946 Delahaye 145 Cabriolet, a 1947 Delahaye 135MS Narval Cabriolet, a 1934 Bugatti Type 59 Sports, a 1937 Bugatti Type 57S Roadster, a 1928 Bugatti Type 35C Grand Prix, and a 1937 Rolls-Royce Phantom III Convertible.

New Ferrari F80 Hypercar Stars At 2025 Cavallino Classic

The world’s most important gathering to celebrate the Ferrari marque, the Cavallino Classic, welcomed the newest member of its hypercar dynasty, the F80, to its majestic show lawns in Palm Beach Florida to make its North American public debut across the weekend. The 1,200-hp F80 represents the pinnacle of Ferrari’s automotive innovation and performance, following in the footsteps of Prancing Horse legends such as the 288 GTO, F40, F50, Enzo, and LaFerrari. Cavallino Classic returned to South Florida for its 34th annual event celebrating the beauty, speed, history, and art of all things Ferrari. Collectors from all continents gathered alongside thousands of experts, enthusiasts, and tastemakers of all ages to celebrate Ferrari’s excellence. Since 1992, the Cavallino Classic has served as the temple of the preservation of Enzo Ferrari’s legacy.  It also featured Enzo Mattioli Ferrari, the great-grandson of Enzo Ferrari, joining the Cavallino organization. Interviewed on the main stage of the show, Enzo said of the cars on display: “When I came here the first time in 1998 with my grandfather and my father , I was already very impressed by the magnitude of the event. That I grew up with it, year after year, to me it's really, really romantic to link myself being here today and my great grandfather giving the blessing at the time to the Cavallino magazine. “What’s special is that every single car here has a different story. What is great about vintage is that you feel like a little bit like Indiana Jones, so you go and try to find the history behind all the cars, what’s behind each chassis and what happened there, the color, and so forth. The story of its preservation, that part of being the custodian of something, it gives you the uniqueness of the brand, and the uniqueness of the cars themselves. It certainly makes it all very special.” Other notable attendees included fashion designer Tommy and Dee Hilfiger, influential guests including Palm Beach Mayor Mayor Danielle Moore, Logan Horne, Devorah Ezagui, Georges “Monsieur” Coupet, Christie Ferrari, Claudia Caminero, Peter Ostrega, Rick Rose, and Herbert Wertheim. The four-day event included the iconic Tour d’Eleganza, the highly anticipated Party Under The Stars, and the historic Concorso d’Eleganza where the beautiful lawns of The Breakers in Palm Beach flourished with over 150 of the world’s rarest and perfectly restored or carefully preserved Ferraris. Over 70 cars received awards for the vehicles based on originality, authenticity, condition, and overall style. Photo by: Joriann Maye-Keegan ·         Best of Show Granturismo 2025 was awarded to a 1954 Ferrari 375 MM.  ·         Best of Show Competizione 2025 was awarded to a 1957 Ferrari 335 S belonging to Brian Ross. ·         A 1967 Ferrari Dino 206 S was selected from entries with Ferrari Classiche’s “red book” certification as the Best of Show 2025 Classiche Certified.
