The Supercar Owners Circle Returns to Monterey for a Curated Coastal Drive

There is a certain kind of Car Week experience reserved for very few, and the Supercar Owners Circle, part of duPont REGISTRY Group, has built its reputation on delivering it. While much of Monterey unfolds behind rope lines and camera crews, SOC has always understood that the truest expression of these cars is the drive itself. This August, the club brings that philosophy back to the Peninsula for its Get Together. The centerpiece is a curated drive on August 12. It begins at Carmel Meadows and covers approximately 100 miles, close to three hours of uninterrupted road, with a dedicated escort accompanying the group throughout. The roads surrounding Carmel-by-the-Sea rank among the most rewarding in the country, and to experience them in a tightly curated convoy of extraordinary machinery, with every detail handled, is a privilege that few settings during Car Week can offer. Places are strictly limited, and deliberately so. GALLERY-EMBED An Exclusive Global Network The Supercar Owners Circle is a global members network built around the world's most discerning collectors. Established to celebrate a shared passion for extraordinary cars among a like-minded community, it has grown into one of the most exclusive circles in the automotive world. The approach is refined and consistent. SOC curates events at exceptional locations around the globe, bringing together the rarest and most uncompromising supercars of past and present, and pairs them with the access, tailored service, and company that elevates ownership into something far more meaningful. Its spiritual home is Andermatt, high in the Swiss Alps, where the SOC Classic has become a fixture. The calendar has carried members to Costa Smeralda, Puglia, Marbella, and beyond. Now part of duPont REGISTRY Group, SOC continues to expand its presence, with the United States an increasingly central chapter of that story. GALLERY-EMBED A Memorable American Debut Monterey 2025 marked the club's arrival in the United States, and it announced itself with confidence. SOC assembled more than 30 of the world's rarest performance cars and, in a departure from the pace of Car Week, built the day around genuine access and time behind the wheel. The gathering was extraordinary by any measure. A Ferrari F40 and F50 alongside the Daytona SP3 and Monza SP2, a Koenigsegg Regera, a Czinger 21C, a De Tomaso P72, a Pagani Zonda, and bespoke creations from Singer and Gunther Werks. The day opened with a private preview of the Touring Superleggera Veloce12 Barchetta at a Mediterranean-style villa in Carmel Meadows, an intimate first look staged before the car's public debut. Then the convoy took to the road. The 2026 Drive This year the Get Together takes place on August 12, at the heart of a Car Week that runs from August 7 through 16. The 12th belongs to the drive, returning to Carmel Meadows, where last year's reveal was hosted. Approximately 100 miles, close to three hours, with a dedicated escort from start to finish. For the collector who understands that these cars were created to be driven, it is the most fitting way to spend a morning on the Peninsula. The road ahead, remarkable company alongside, and an experience curated to the standard that defines the Supercar Owners Circle. Visit SupercarOwnersCircle.com

Dispatches From Goodwood, Part I: Where Past Powers the Future

Dispatches From Goodwood, Part I: Where Past Powers the Future

The Goodwood Festival of Speed returned to southern England this past weekend for another gathering of the world’s greatest cars from every era of motorsport. Despite scalding weather that bordered on torturously hot, the scene and setting on the property of the 11th Duke of Richmond still drew dense crowds eager to take in an unbelievable show featuring everything from the earliest horseless carriages to 1960s racing legends, Group B rally cars, modern electrics, and even motorcycles from every era. Without a doubt, Goodwood FOS has transformed into one of – if not the – best motoring events in the world, highlighted by a hillclimb held right on site that keeps the paddock abuzz all weekend long. A timed shootout dictates that so much rolling automotive art needs to actually run well enough to race, all surrounded by centuries-old castle grounds dotted by displays and hospitality stands chock full of familiar and novel makes and models, many of which will never even reach the United States. This year the combination of retro and modern aesthetics and performance coalesced more than ever into a unifying theme. Arguably the biggest name in the “restomod” industry, Singer, took the firm’s reimagined 911 sports cars a step further by mounting three on a sky-high statue reminiscent of the Gateway Arch in St Louis. But a series of modern recreations also revealed a burgeoning trend for enthusiasts who crave a renewed sense of analog delights whether racing up a hill, canyon carving on the weekend, or venturing out to the racetrack for some more hardcore fare. McLaren M6GT Fittingly, McLaren rolled out two new projects to display at Goodwood. Firstly, the 788HS debuted as the pinnacle of performance for the 750S platform, and as limited to only 200 units (all already sold) will somehow wind up more exclusive than the W1 hypercar. But the British racing giant also brought along a fun project, the M6GT. This historically relevant recreation of a prototype car harks back to Bruce McLaren’s first dream of a production model. In this case, McLaren began work on a period-correct race car just seven months prior, using historic drawings and a set of “barn find” original body panels sourced from Specialised Mouldings. A small-block Chevy V8 with 48-millimeter Weber carburetors links to a ZF five-speed dog box, though the build required fully new fuel tanks and a custom wiring harness. All told, the running and driving car reportedly required 4,000 labor hours to bring to life, though McLaren decided against entering it in the hillclimb. Instead, the M6GT will stay in the company’s private collection—though theoretically, could be one day made road-legal or may even inspire a line of continuation cars if customer response proves positive enough. Bizzarrini 5300 Aperta Lusso Though McLaren still dominates Formula 1 racing, defunct manufacturer Bizzarrini returns to life this year with the 5300 Aperta Lusso that arrived at Goodwood ready to run. The design carries on the Italian firm’s original low-slung sports car, albeit with body panels out of carbon fiber, carburetors replaced with fuel injection, and a host of additional modern creature comforts. The concept from Bizzarrini appears to involve using the most advanced current technology to transform a vintage car into something absolutely prepared for daily driving – this exact example will wind up in Italy but recently finished an extensive shakedown run in Italy before coming out to Goodwood where driving for hours on end in the hot sun presented zero issues. Bizzarrini eventually plans to build just 10 Aperta Lussos before focusing on a federally compliant car for sale in the United States, while a naturally aspirated V12 developed entirely in-house also fits into the mix. Nichols N1A As typical at a British automotive event, the influence of McLaren over many decades pervaded Goodwood. Case in point, the Nichols N1A fashioned by Steve Nichols, who designed the original McLaren MP4/4. Today, the N1A takes lightweight performance to another level in the form of a tiny sports car weighing just 895 kilograms (1,973 pounds) but powered by a massive 427ci V8 built with custom throttle bodies and capable of pumping out an absurd 720 horsepower. A gated six-speed manual gearshifter to the right of the right-hand driver’s seat features a replica of the shifter knob that Ayrton Senna apparently twisted off his MP4/4 after winning Monaco in 1988. Hydraulic power steering may not be necessary in something so tiny, but Nichols will option it regardless. And this analog featherweight can also come with air conditioning, features a front-axle lift system, with carbon brakes and wheels. Nichols calls the N1A a “supercar” but in reality, a super driver will need to slide into the tiny cockpit to truly unleash every ounce of performance from something so radical. RUF B8 “Erprober” Not every car at Goodwood perfectly straddled the divide between vintage and modern, though the line always blurs while discussing RUF Automobile. This year, Ruf arrived with a fun prototype engine that traces back to Porsche’s own 908 race car, albeit slipped into a new chassis, as well. Driver Tanner Foust spent the weekend trying to tame the twin-turbocharged 4.8-liter Boxer eight racing up the hill, with a rasping soundtrack and almost overwhelming turbo whine hinting at the claimed 1,000 horsepower and 737 lb-ft of torque on tap. The new powerplant required lengthening the chassis of a RUF CTR3 test unit by 100 millimeters (3.93 inches). But even if the B8 “Erprober” (for “tester”) generally resembles a Boxster or Cayman, the entirely ground-up chassis from Ruf proves just how far a dedication to all-out performance goes with the right budget. Porsche never built a flat-eight for a production road car, and the 908’s engine was naturally aspirated only during the late-1960s before wrapping up competition in 1971. So, if RUF decides to actually slip the B8 into a new model, these three days showing at Goodwood may wind up as a somewhat historically significant moment in and of themselves. That's Part I done; in Part II we look at the HWA Evo.R and Kimera K39 Pikes Peak, and take a ride up the hill with IndyCar legend Dario Franchitti in Gordon Murray Automotive's new Le Mans GTR prototype. 10 Fastest Cars At The 2026 Goodwood Festival Of Speed

The 33rd Goodwood Festival of Speed ran Thursday through Sunday (July 9-12) at the Duke of Richmond's West Sussex estate, this year themed around motorsport's great rivalries. Ducati marked its centenary with a Thursday balcony moment, Singer headlined the Central Feature, and Red Bull brought the RB17 hypercar for its dynamic debut on the hill, with Adrian Newey among those driving it. Damon Hill closed the weekend on Sunday with a balcony moment of his own, celebrating 30 years since his 1996 Formula 1 World Championship. But as always, the weekend's real answer key arrived on Sunday afternoon, when the Timed Shoot-Out sent its ten qualifiers back up the hill in search of outright bragging rights. The Shoot-Out Sunday's final ran in intense heat on an increasingly dusty course. Jake Hill was first to threaten the sharp end, taking his Nissan 300ZX Turbo to a 48.48, before a red flag interrupted the session when Johnny Cecotto's BMW M3 DTM E92 crashed into the barriers at Molecomb. No one was hurt, and once running resumed, the order shuffled hard: Travis Pastrana's Subaru-based Brataroo 9500 Turbo, with its active aero that tucks its rear wing out of the way of the barriers, displaced Hill's Nissan, before Johan Kristoffersson answered in the Volkswagen Polo WRX with two wheels on the grass out of the first corner for a dramatic 46.31. Alex Summers, in the sole entrant of the Sports Racers class, a 1974 Shadow DN4, edged past by the barest of margins to take provisional top spot at 46.30. None of it mattered once the two electric entries closed the session. Dan Ticktum, in the newly launched Formula E Gen4, went first and set a 42.46 for Romain Dumas to beat. Dumas, a four-time Shoot-Out winner heading into the weekend campaigning Ford's electric Super Mustang Mach-E, answered by taking his Ford to the top of the hill in 41.97 seconds, sealing his fifth Shoot-Out victory and his third in a row.   Pos. Driver Car Time (sec) 1 Romain Dumas Ford Super Mustang Mach-E 41.97 2 Dan Ticktum Formula E Gen4 42.46 3 Alex Summers Shadow DN4 (1974) 46.30 4 Johan Kristoffersson Volkswagen Polo WRX 46.31 5 Jordan Pepper BMW M3 Touring 24H 46.54 6 Travis Pastrana Subaru Brataroo 9500 Turbo 46.77 7 Jake Hill Nissan 300ZX Turbo (1990) 48.48 8 Florent Moulin Dodge Viper GTS-R (2001) 48.68 9 Callum Voisin Porsche 911 Cup (Type 992.2) 48.84 10 Ryan Tuerck Toyota-Judd Formula Supra 49.01   Dumas' win extends his own Shoot-Out record to five, but it's the shape of this year's result that stands out. For the first time, the top two positions both went to electric machinery, with a gap of more than three and a half seconds back to the third-placed Shadow, a reminder of just how quickly the top of this hill has become electric territory. For comparison, last year's 10 fastest cars at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed were led by Dumas in the Ford Supertruck. View All Supercars and Exotic Cars for Sale Images: Festival of Speed

Rétromobile New York Reveals Fifth Wave of Exhibitors for Inaugural Edition

Rétromobile New York keeps adding to its exhibitor list. With the show's Javits Center debut set for November 19-22, 2026, organizers have confirmed a fifth wave of names, building on a lineup that already runs deep. For an inaugural edition, the momentum has been hard to miss. View The First Wave View The Second Wave View The Third Wave View The Fourth Wave This wave is where the range really shows. FISKENS brings the pedigree of one of London's most respected dealers in vintage, classic, and competition cars, trading out of Kensington. CLASS IC comes at it from a different angle, sourcing and restoring collectible Toyota Land Cruisers, everything from the FJ40 to the modern FJ Cruiser, out of a base just east of Paris. Rennquest reimagines vintage Porsches as one-off builds meant to be driven, not parked. Then it widens further. Oltrelimiti designs the showrooms and collector spaces the cars live in, FILARDI paints them with a hyperrealist's eye, and CARS by ROCK-IT handles moving them anywhere in the world. It's a lineup that refuses to sit in one lane, and it's shaping up to be one of the more interesting stops on the North American calendar this fall. Rennquest Rennquest is a boutique automotive build studio specializing in original vintage Porsches and select classics, thoughtfully restored and reimagined with timeless design, refined craftsmanship, and a driving experience tailored to each client’s wishes. The studio operates at the intersection of architecture, interiors, and object culture, designing spaces that are as carefully considered as the collections they house. Oltrelimiti's portfolio spans private residences, hospitality environments, and bespoke automotive spaces including showrooms, garages, and collector facilities designed to elevate the experience of the automobile as object and art. Every project is approached with the same rigor: refined spatial planning, curated material palettes, custom millwork, and an obsessive attention to light and proportion. At Rétromobile New York, the studio presents its work at the crossroads of architecture and automotive culture — inviting collectors, enthusiasts, and industry professionals to explore what it means to design a space worthy of an extraordinary vehicle. FILARDI I paint automobiles the way others paint portraits—not as objects, but as living presences. My work belongs to the tradition of hyperrealism, yet it is firmly rooted in the tools of the present. I create exclusively with cutting-edge digital techniques, using ultra-modern tools to sculpt light, speed, and material with a level of precision impossible to achieve through traditional means. Every curve, every reflection, every vibration is built pixel by pixel, layer by layer, until the illusion becomes complete. From a distance, my pieces are often mistaken for high-definition photographs. As the viewer approaches, the Trompe-l'œil begins to unravel: gradients, distortions, and micro-details reveal the meticulous digital craftsmanship behind the image. This tension between realism and abstraction is essential to my work—speed frozen in time, movement suggested through form, and mechanical beauty revealed through precision. My goal is not simply to reproduce a car, but to recreate the physical sensation of standing before it—its presence, its power, its elegance, its soul. As a French artist with Italian roots, automotive culture has always been part of my identity. To me, the automobile is more than a machine; it is a symbol of passion, engineering, memory, and desire. Through digital painting, I translate these emotions into visual experiences designed to captivate the eye and ignite the imagination. My work is regularly exhibited in France and includes numerous commissioned pieces created for private collectors and automotive enthusiasts. Several of these works now bear the signatures of legendary motorsport figures, creating a meaningful bridge between art and automotive history. In my art, the car is more than a subject—it is a language, and digital art is its poetry. Goodwood Is Coming to America: The Festival of Speed Expands Across the Atlantic

Goodwood Is Coming to America: The Festival of Speed Expands Across the Atlantic

For more than three decades, the Goodwood Festival of Speed has been one of the automotive world's most celebrated events, bringing together everything from historic race cars and modern hypercars to legendary drivers and the biggest names in the industry. What began as a British hill climb has grown into a global celebration of car culture, attracting more than 200,000 enthusiasts each year. Now, for the first time, that unforgettable Goodwood experience is preparing to cross the Atlantic, launching the Goodwood Road Racing Club of America. The inaugural event will be set for Fall 2028, with plans to host Goodwood’s first headline event outside the UK at Willow Springs International Raceway in Rosamond, California. Since opening in 1953, Willow Springs Raceway has become one of the most iconic tracks in American motorsports, making it a fitting venue for Goodwood's first American venture.  "I am delighted to be launching the Goodwood Road Racing Club of America. For almost 30 years, the GRRC has been at the heart of everything we do at Goodwood—a wonderfully diverse community brought together by a shared passion for cars and motorsport of every genre. Bringing that spirit to the United States is not only a defining moment for us, but one we believe will resonate across the wider car culture world. " - The Duke of RichmondThe announcement of expanding the event stems from a shared love of motorsports between Goodwood and America, starting with the golden era of the 1950s and 60s, and the stars of American road racing who have participated in West Sussex. Founding members of the GRRC of America, including Jackie Stewart, Mario Andretti, and Richard Petty, have been chosen as the three racing legends who will help represent the event. While many of the event's details are still under wraps, anticipation is already building for what promises to be a historic moment in American automotive culture. Membership applications for the Goodwood Road Racing Club of America are set to open in January 2027, giving enthusiasts an early opportunity to become part of the community ahead of the inaugural event. With the first gathering scheduled for Fall 2028 at Willow Springs International Raceway, now is the time to start planning a trip to one of America's most historic racetracks as Goodwood begins its next chapter on U.S. soil. One Night at the Santa Lucia Preserve: LRC's Concours & Cocktails

One Night at the Santa Lucia Preserve: LRC's Concours & Cocktails

Monterey Car Week has no shortage of daytime spectacle. The best part often comes after the sun drops. That is the thinking behind The Preserve Concours & Cocktails, the evening Luxury Rally Club is hosting on Thursday, August 13, from six to ten. It lands right in the middle of Monterey Car Week, when everyone worth knowing in this world is already in the area, and it does something most of the week's events don't. It slows down. Instead of ropes, crowds, and a race to see everything before the lights go out, you get a few hours on the lawn with great cars, a cocktail in hand, and the kind of company that makes a night like this worth remembering. The food matches the setting, genuinely over the top, with a Wagyu station and unlimited caviar you never have to wait in line for. The setting is a big part of the appeal. The Santa Lucia Preserve is one of those places that feels a world away from the rest of the peninsula, all rolling hills and oak canopy tucked into the coastal range above Carmel. String lights go up between the trees, the cars come in as the afternoon cools, and the whole thing takes on the feel of a private gathering rather than a public show. If you have been to enough of these, you know the difference. This is the good version. GALLERY-EMBED Concours & Cocktails is exactly what the name promises, and the balance between the two is the point. The cars are serious, the setting is relaxed, and nobody is rushing you from one thing to the next. Think collector machinery parked across the lawn as the light softens, a proper bar doing proper drinks, and enough room to actually talk to the people standing next to you. The concours side gives you something to admire. The cocktail side gives you a reason to stay. That mix is harder to pull off than it sounds. Plenty of events lean too far one way, either a static display with nowhere to sit or a party where the cars are an afterthought. LRC has built its name on getting that balance right, and an intimate evening format plays directly to that strength. GALLERY-EMBED The guest list is where an event like this earns its reputation, and this one is invitation only for a reason. The room skews toward global collectors, founders, and the industry figures who tend to set the tone during Car Week. These are people who have seen every kind of automotive event there is, which raises the bar on what actually impresses them. An evening built around access and atmosphere, rather than volume and noise, is exactly what that crowd shows up for. It also makes for better conversation. When the people around you know their stuff and are there for the same reasons you are, the night takes care of itself. You are as likely to end up in a good conversation about a car you have chased for years as you are to meet someone whose collection you have only ever seen in photos. GALLERY-EMBED Monterey Car Week can be a lot. The calendar fills up fast, the driving between events eats the day, and by midweek even the most committed enthusiast is ready for something that doesn't feel like a scramble. A single evening at the Preserve, well run and unhurried, is a smart place to land. It gives you the cars and the crowd you came for without the fatigue that usually comes with them. Luxury Rally Club has spent years building experiences for collectors who want real access rather than a badge and a program. Concours & Cocktails fits that pattern. Handle the logistics completely, put the right cars and the right people in a setting worth the drive, and let the night do the rest. On the Thursday of Car Week, in that setting, that is about as good as it gets. For details on The Preserve Concours & Cocktails, reach Luxury Rally Club at trevor@luxuryrallyclub.com or visit luxuryrallyclub.com.

Rétromobile New York Reveals Fourth Wave of Exhibitors for Inaugural Edition

Rétromobile New York keeps adding to its first exhibitors list. With the show's Javits Center debut set for November 19-22, 2026, organizers have confirmed a fourth wave of exhibitors, building on a lineup that already runs deep. For an inaugural edition, the momentum has been hard to miss. View The First Wave View The Second Wave View The Third Wave This wave is where the range really shows. Spyker brings 145 years of hand-built Dutch sports cars, each one taking eight hundred hours to assemble. Lapland Ice Driving offers Formula 1 circuits carved into the ice of Swedish Lapland. The Hangar Group is building garage condominiums for collectors who want their cars stored like art. Add boutique dealers like Auto Source Group and Mouse Motors, plus restoration specialist Newark Auto, and you get a show that refuses to sit in one lane. It's shaping up to be one of the more interesting stops on the North American calendar this fall. Buy Tickets Lapland Ice Driving Since 2006, Lapland Ice Driving has offered motoring enthusiasts an experience like nowhere else: the art of ice driving, in the heart of Swedish Lapland. In 2026, the centre celebrates twenty years, faithful to a single standard: turning every stay into a lasting emotion. The estate is the world’s largest driving centre: 1,200 hectares, six times the size of Monaco. Thirteen circuits are laid out on the ice, including five full-scale replicas of Formula 1 tracks : Silverstone, Nürburgring, Yas Marina, Paul Ricard and Sepang. With neither barrier nor wall, simply lined with fresh snow, these tracks allow speeds of up to 200 km/h in complete safety. The fleet brings together thirty sports cars and supercars from 300 to 800 hp:  Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, Alpine, BMW and many others, prepared for these extreme conditions: studded tyres, driver-assistance systems disengaged, ABS included. Every programme is fully tailored and led by a dedicated instructor. The teaching framework was designed by founder Eric Gallardo, a former professional test driver with thirty-five years of experience. The hospitality matches the driving: a four-star hotel ten minutes from the facilities, a 24/7 concierge service, courtesy cars, a private cocktail reception every evening and private transfers from Arvidsjaur airport, connected daily to Stockholm. Each season, 70% of drivers have been before, some every winter since the very beginning. Far more than a driving activity, Lapland Ice Driving is an immersive experience where emotion, pleasure and respect for nature come together. Lapland Ice Driving: Like nowhere else. Newark Auto Founded in the United States, Newark Auto is a leading manufacturer of made-to-order automotive interiors for classic and collector vehicles. Specializing in carpets, headliners, seat upholstery, floor mats, and door panels, the company maintains one of the industry’s most extensive catalogs of restoration interior parts. At the core of Newark Auto’s craftsmanship is a vast archive of original factory patterns, carefully preserved and maintained over decades. These authentic templates ensure that every interior component is produced to the precise specifications of the original part it replaces. Using materials selected to match the original interior’s color, grain, weave, and weight, Newark Auto creates restorations that faithfully recreate the look and feel of the vehicle as it left the factory. Every order is individually cut and sewn for a specific vehicle, ensuring exceptional accuracy and quality. Newark Auto serves customers directly as well as through an extensive network of dealers and private-label partners, while continuously expanding its product offering as new pattern collections are acquired. Auto Source Group Welcome to Auto Source Group, a premier boutique dealer headquartered in Miami, Florida. They specialize in the sourcing, sale, and representation of exceptional collector-grade vehicles, ranging from modern performance icons to celebrated classics and rare award-winning grade examples. The Hangar Group Established in 2019, The Hangar Group has created a new class of real estate for collectors. Each development offers private garage condominiums where owners can store, display, and enjoy their most prized vehicles and valuables within a setting that rivals the world’s most exclusive clubs. The brand’s newest location, The Hangar in the Hamptons, brings this vision to the East End. Set across 32 acres adjacent to Francis S. Gabreski Airport, the 62-unit gated community will feature a rooftop terrace overlooking the airfield, a sculptural owners’ lounge, golf and driving simulators, and curated travel experiences through The Hangar Collective, including European rallies through the Dolomites, Lake Garda, and Venice. The Hangar in the Hamptons builds on the success of its established locations in Riviera Beach and Palm Beach International Airport, with future destinations already on the horizon in Miami and beyond. Across every property, owners benefit from 24-hour monitored surveillance, biometric access, concierge services, and a like-minded community united by a shared passion for design and craftsmanship. Spyker Spyker has been making things of exceptional quality since 1880. Founded in Hilversum by two Dutch brothers, the company built carriages, moved into motorcars, won races, and in 1914 merged with the Dutch Aircraft Factory to produce fighter planes. The motto ‘Nulla tenaci invia est via’, dates from that era. It has not changed. Each Spyker takes eight hundred hours to build by hand. Forty of those are spent on the interior alone. Eleven hides cover the cabin; the steering wheel is stitched with two needles at once by a single craftsman over four hours. The screw heads inside are aligned by hand to face the same direction. No one will notice, which is precisely the point. The C8 Preliator XXV is the latest expression of this. Twenty-five cars, each commissioned around its future owner rather than configured from a menu. Spyker is the world’s only Dutch luxury sports car. It does not belong to a larger group. The Drive is the Destination: LRC's Rally to Car Week 2026

The Drive is the Destination: LRC's Rally to Car Week 2026

Most people fly into Monterey Car Week. The smarter move is to drive there, and to make the drive its own event. That's the idea behind Luxury Rally Club's Rally to Car Week, a three-day run up the California coast that turns the trip into the opening act rather than the commute. The route works the way a good road trip should. It starts in Los Angeles on Monday, August 10, with registration and a brunch kick-off at Soho House in Malibu, then points north toward Pismo Beach with a comfort stop in Los Olivos along the way. The Cliffs Hotel & Spa serves as home base for two nights, with dinner in the courtyard the first evening and a nightcap out on the lawn once the cars are parked. Day two loosens up. Breakfast on your own schedule, a driver's meeting, then out into the Central Coast with a pastry and coffee stop in Morro Bay before lunch at Daou Winery & Estate above Paso Robles. The wine country roads around there are some of the best driving in the state, the kind of sweeping, lightly trafficked tarmac that rewards a good car and a clear morning. Evening brings everyone back to The Cliffs for cocktails on the lawn and dinner under the open sky. The last leg is the payoff. Wednesday runs from Pismo Beach up to Monterey, with a photo stop on Highway 1 along the PCH and lunch at The Club at Pasadera before check-in at Car Week accommodations. By the time the group rolls into town, everyone has already logged a few hundred miles together, which is a far better way to start the week than stepping off a plane. Luxury Rally Club builds experiences for collectors and enthusiasts who want real access rather than a logo on a lanyard. The company has earned a reputation in the luxury-automotive space for getting the details right, the kind of operator that handles the logistics so completely that guests can simply drive and enjoy the company they're keeping. The crowd on these events tends to be exactly the people you'd want sharing the road, a mix of serious collectors, industry figures, and the occasional familiar face. For 2026, duPont REGISTRY returns as the Official Media Partner, which fits. Both sides care about the same thing, which is putting great cars and the people who love them in the right setting and letting the rest take care of itself. The package runs $6,400 per couple and is built so you don't have to think about the parts that usually take the shine off travel. That covers two nights at the Cliffs Hotel & Spa, full concierge service, a luggage truck so your bags travel separately while you drive light, and dining throughout the run, from the Malibu kick-off to the wine country lunches and the dinners back at The Cliffs. Show up, drive some of the best roads California has, eat and stay well, and arrive at Monterey Car Week already in the thick of it rather than on the outside looking in. Spots on something like this don't sit around, so anyone weighing it should move sooner than later. Get Ready For Monterey Car Week 2026

Get Ready For Monterey Car Week 2026

We've spent the past year showing up differently, and if you spent any time with us lately, you noticed. Holding more events. Interacting with our readers and fans more than ever before. Offering more services and solutions for the automotive enthusiast. Even breaking world records. That shift is the whole point.  duPont REGISTRY Group has always been where the collector world comes to look. Lately we care just as much about where it comes to gather, and nothing gathers this world like Monterey. And for this year, we're meeting you there in person, in a much bigger way. Monterey Car Week 2026 runs August 7 through 16, but we've been counting down for a while. There's too much packed into those ten days to take in all at once, so here are a few of the events we're looking forward to most, as they provide us with exciting opportunities to be present and engage with you all.  It opens with the Luxury Rally Club's (LRC) Rally to Car Week, three days from the 10th through the 12th that start in Los Angeles and trace the Pacific Coast Highway north through Malibu and Pismo Beach with a tight group of owners who actually drive their cars. Midweek the Supercar Owners Circle Get Together Monterey pulls together one of the most exclusive rosters anywhere on the 12th and 13th, all curated drives and good company. Then Thursday the 13th brings The Preserve, the invitation-only Concours and Cocktails evening up at Santa Lucia, hosted by LRC. From there it just keeps building. Friday the 14th is The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, the garden party on the Quail Lodge lawns where the rarest cars and motorcycles share grass with collectors and the occasional royal. Saturday the 15th is an absolutely loaded day. Exotics on Broadway takes over Seaside as the largest single-day show of the week, wall to wall super, hyper, and exotic metal. Concorso Italiano runs the same day for everyone who lives and breathes Alfa, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati. Then the sun goes down and the Monterey Motorsports Festival lights up the Monterey County Fairgrounds from 5 PM to 11 PM, the biggest open-to-the-public night of the week. Car parades in motion, revving shows, live music, real nightlife energy. It's how Saturday should end. And these are just a few of the events happening all week. For Sunday, of course, there is the 75th Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance taking place, an event that should be on every automotive enthusiast's bucket list. If you have never attended, this is something you have to experience at least once. Fair warning: once you go, you'll want to go back the following year.  Monterey Car Week is an incredibly special time of the year for us at duPont REGISTRY Group as the entire week revolves around those we cater to. The collectors, the builders, the friends we've made over years of doing this, and they all find their way to Monterey. We want to be right there with them. Showing up bigger this year, across more of the week than ever, comes down to something simple: being present for the conversations, the drives, and the handshakes. There's plenty we can't say just yet, so mark the calendar for August 7 through 16 and keep your eyes right here. Stay tuned, because what we have coming is worth the wait.

SOC Classic Andermatt 2026 Will Return to the Swiss Alps With 50+ Collector Cars

SOC Classic Andermatt 2026 Will Return to the Swiss Alps With 50+ Collector Cars

SOC Classic Andermatt 2026 returns to the Swiss Alps from June 26 through June 28, marking the second edition of the gathering since the Supercar Owners Circle became part of the duPont REGISTRY Group last year. Retaining its invite-only format, this year’s event builds on the 2025 edition that brought together everything from vintage icons and modern exotics on the closed Furka Pass. This year expands that formula across two full mountain passes and a fleet of more than fifty collector cars. The Oberalp Pass and the Furka Pass will each close completely for the SOC convoy, handing two of Switzerland's most demanding roads over to the group for the weekend. Participants will drive through both passes, which wind through the Gotthard Massif, a stretch of the Alps long associated with some of Europe's most dramatic driving. Furka alone runs through the German-speaking Canton of Uri to a summit above 7,900 feet, a route open only during the warmer months and closed by snow the rest of the year. The Base for the weekend is again The Chedi Andermatt, the five-star alpine retreat designed by Jean-Michel Gathy, which is internationally renowned for its distinctive blend of cozy Swiss-chalet architecture and sleek, minimalist Asian-inspired design. The hotel's garage and library will host several of the program's gatherings, including an automotive presentation and a watch exhibition staged by Jaquet Droz, SOC's official watch partner.  Lunch on the fully privatized Ambri Airfield comes courtesy of Da Vittorio, the three-Michelin-starred restaurant near Bergamo. Chef Chicco Cerea will also lead a live cooking demonstration built around the kitchen's signature paccheri, prepared in front of guests rather than behind closed doors.  <- Gallery -> Several models return from last year's edition, including a Ferrari F40, a Porsche Carrera GT, and a Bugatti Veyron, joining an even stronger and more varied roster for 2026. Among them: a Ferrari 275 GTB, a 1981 Porsche 917 K-81, a Carrera 3.0 RSR IROC, a Lamborghini Diablo SE30 Jota, a Jaguar XJ220, and a Maserati MC12. Bugatti's presence grows considerably this year, with more than a dozen examples expected, spanning a 1920s Type 35 through the rare EB112 concept sedan. The Capricorn 01 Zagato, which we have covered extensively, rounds out the list. Several marque partners are holding details back until the event itself, including BMW Alpina and Bizzarrini, which is preparing to debut a car that has never been driven in public before. The cars alone would justify the journey, but SOC Classic has always been about more than the machinery. A carefully curated program of experiences complements the automotive centerpiece, creating opportunities for members to connect beyond the road. The event's enduring appeal lies in bringing together a select group of collectors from one of the world's most exclusive automotive networks in one of Europe's most spectacular settings.
