Tour the Massive $19.9 Million Superyacht '4 Roses'

Honestly, it would take hours to truly tour the entirety of this superyacht. I've seen quite a few of Denison Yachting's videos, but their recent walkthrough of the 185 Oceanfast '4 Roses' superyacht has to be up there as one of their Top 10 uploads. With a length of 185-feet, 4 Roses is a massive vessel that is truly unbelievable. There are a total of six staterooms, seven heads, a private gym, casino, giant salon and other rooms that Denison will take you through in the video tour up above. One of the rooms that really blew me away was the engine room that has to be larger than your average studio apartment. This superyacht is so massive that not only the owner has a private office, but the captain has access to two offices. And the galley? Don't get me started on the galley. Just click play up above to see this magnificent superyacht for yourself. Learn More - DenisonYachtSales.com

The Best Superyacht Master Staterooms To Relax In Style

Courtesy of Denison Yachting, By Marina Nazario – Our bedrooms are a sacred space to unwind, relax, and take a deep breath. It’s a space where you can be yourself, and the way you decorate your bedroom might reflect that. Whether it’s in your home or onboard a superyacht, the master stateroom is free-range for owners to go wild as it’s not a social area. Some people are into big, bright windows with a light color scheme, others prefer a more dark and intimate setting. We’re highlighting the best master staterooms onboard 5 superyachts for sale with Denison. Not to be dramatic, but when can we move in? ABBRACCI | 180’ Heesen 2011 ABBRACCI is a perfect example of the quality, flexibility, and durability of Heesen’s designs. As you enter the 1100-square foot owner’s suite, you first encounter a private office with a sofa and television. It’s not only a quiet place to work, but creates a buffer between the main deck foyer and the master stateroom. The owner’s suite onboard this 180-foot Heesen is stunning; it uses the full 33-foot beam to create a vast, circular stateroom. The room is laid out around a forward-facing king berth. Natural light floods the room, and the large windows slide open so that you can enjoy the ocean breeze. The spacious ensuite bathroom rivals those of luxury hotels and comes with an oval tub and separate shower Contact Denison yacht broker Thom Conboy to inquire about ABBRACCI. VIATORIS | 133’ Conrad 2018 VIATORIS won the 2019 World Superyacht Award and you can see why as you tour the elegant interior. The entire forward section of the main deck is dedicated to the owner’s suite, which is finished with warm oak and rosewood. The custom-designed master stateroom onboard this 133-foot Conrad features a centerline king berth, his and her ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet with a vanity, and an owner’s office space. Port and starboard folding balconies open up the room so that you can enjoy the ocean breeze. Breakfast in bed? Yes, please. Contact Denison yacht broker Alex G. Clarke to inquire about VIATORIS. Numarine 37XP You might need to pick your jaw up off the floor after seeing the owner’s accommodation on the Numarine 37XP. We have to specify that it’s the owner’s cabin because there is a separate master stateroom that’s equally as grand, minus a few features. The full-beam owner’s stateroom on the Numarine 37XP is on the upper deck. The king-size bed faces aft to look out sliding glass doors with a view of the water. Heavy packers don’t have to worry about stealing closet space from their partner — a lengthy wardrobe has plenty of storage space for shoes and clothes. The same goes for the equally impressive sink and counter space in the ensuite bathroom. Other small but notable amenities in the owner’s stateroom include a minibar, safe, and dumb waiter. Contact Denison yacht broker Alex G. Clarke to inquire about the Numarine 37XP. CRESCENT LADY | 117’ Crescent 2020 The interior of CRESCENT LADY is seriously impressive as it’s a Gregory C. Marchall design. This yacht boasts a dark and moody interior that matches her Seattle home. The full-beam master stateroom features clean and contemporary styling with a walk-around king-size bed, a large walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The master stateroom on this Crescent 117 also hosts a desk and vanity on the port side, plus a love seat below the starboard window. The simple, dark color scheme creates a cozy and intimate setting to relax after a day on the water. Contact Denison yacht broker Ari Sherr to inquire about CRESCENT LADY. Alpha Spritz 102 Alpha Custom Yachts thought of every last detail when designing the full-beam master stateroom on the Spritz 102. It’s the forward most cabin on the lower deck and boasts a king-size bed, walk-in closet, desk area, lounge seating, ensuite bathroom, and plenty of storage. The hull windows are low to the water and provide plenty of natural light to create a comfortable space to relax. The Spritz 102 is outfitted with floating walls, floors, and ceilings that are designed with insulation to reduce noise and vibrations so you can enjoy a quiet ride. One particular benefit to the floating floor configuration is the drain system (which can get a bit smelly on some older boats). Alpha Custom Yachts designed a drain system so that none of the odors from the bilge or rainwater tank permeate through the drainage system of the boat. You never have to worry about any unusual smells — a specific yet game-changing detail in the master stateroom. Contact Denison yacht broker David Johnson to inquire about the Spritz 102. While everyone has their preferences when it comes to interior design, these superyacht master staterooms are impressive in their size and layout. Some embrace large windows and natural light, while others opt for a modern and sophisticated layout. Contact a Denison yacht broker who can help you find a featured yacht for sale. Better yet, they can help you find an impressive and functional stateroom layout if that’s an important factor.

Tour the 135-foot Porsche Design Studio Royal Falcon One ...

Unlike any catamaran you've seen before. Denison Yachting's Alex Clarke recently had the chance to tour the truly unique Porsche Design Studio 135 Royal Falcon One catamaran. This spaceship-styled yacht comes in with a length of 135-feet and a very wide 41-foot beam, dimensions made possible by its catamaran layout. The exterior of Royal Falcon One allows the large yacht to stand out in any marina, but its power and modern design give guests a wonderful experience out on the water or at the dock. She has room for ten guests in five cabins and also can accommodate a crew of 10. When it comes to traversing the waters, Royal Falcon One not only looks fast but is fast. Powered by twin MTU 16V4000 M93L engines that power MJP 850 water jets, she can travel at a top speed of 37 knots. 192-foot Royal Huisman "PHI" Superyacht Undergoes Sea Trials

This low-profile superyacht is turning heads. The much-anticipated Project 403 "PHI" superyacht from Royal Huisman is undergoing sea trials and we can't be any more excited to see her in action. The 58.5m/192ft superyacht is the longest yacht in the sub-500GT category, and she's filled with amenities and offers up a beautiful low-profile silhouette. Some of the features found onboard Project "PHI" include the Cor D. Rover’s patented DEPP swimming pool, an "infinite" wine cellar, and a 118-foot companion vessel named the PHI Phantom. These sea trials give us a chance to see the exterior of the superyacht, including where the swimming pool is located, but we will have to wait a bit longer to see inside. So, while we wait, be sure to check out the video up above and gallery down below by Charl van Rooy and check back with us for more information and imagery as it's released. U-Boat Worx Unveils the Super Sub, a Supercar For the Ocean

An epic new way to explore the ocean depths. If you're in the market for a personal submarine, there's no better company to look at than U-Boat. With a wide range of models available, they have something for every deep-sea explorer. And now, the company has expanded its lineup with the new Super Sub, a high-performance sports sub that will change the way the ocean is explored. This new personal submarine is to dive to depths of 1,000 feet, travel at a speed of 8 knots, and carry two passengers and one pilot. U-Boat notes that its speed of 8 knots is 1-2 knots faster than the top cruising speed of a bottlenose dolphin, meaning you could theoretically travel under the sea with a pod of dolphins. Now that's epic. Adding to the experience that the SUper Sub provides is its massive acrylic pressure hull that gives passengers an unimpeded view of their surroundings. FLIBS 2021 Superyacht Spotlight: CALLIOPE 105’ Numarine 2018

Courtesy of Denison Yachting, By Marina Nazario – The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show will be held from October 27-31, 2021. The 5-day event showcases more world and U.S. debuts than any other boat show in the country. As an attendee, FLIBS is an excellent opportunity to participate in the best of Fort Lauderdale’s luxury lifestyle, which includes waterfront dining, miles of beach, luxury resorts, and high-end shopping. But also, yachts. About 1,500 of them to be exact. Of all the superyachts on display at FLIBS 2021, you’re not going to find one that’s even remotely similar to CALLIOPE, a 105-foot Numarine built in 2018. Her ice blue hull is unmistakable in a sea of traditional white yachts, with a strong, masculine design that is purposefully built to travel the world.   The Numarine 32XP was one of the most popular yachts on display at the Palm Beach International Boat Show in March 2021, so Denison is bringing her (slightly) older sister to FLIBS 2021. Explore CALLIOPE, Hull #2 in Numarine’s popular explorer yacht series. CALLIOPE | 105’ Numarine 2018 CALLIOPE is one of the first Numarine 32XPs to enter the market. Built in 2018, she features a full displacement steel hull with a composite superstructure. Her design is recognizable by a vertical bow and large glass windows. CALLIOPE has a large volume of 300 gross tons and an impressive trans-ocean range of 4,000 nautical miles. She was built to travel to remote regions of the world, such as Ushuaia or the Norwegian Fjords. Her exterior features include a designated beach club (one of our favorites) and a massive boat deck that can carry a 29’ Axpoar plus 2 full-size jet skis (which is impressive considering she has an overall length of only 105 feet). The sundeck has a second helm station with full bar and lounge areas (also one of our favorites). CALLIOPE can accommodate 12 guests in 5 cabins, plus additional accommodation for 5 crew. But we don’t want to give too much away — you’ll have to book a tour to explore her modern interior design. Book A Tour

Silent Yachts Sells First Flagship, Solar-Powered 100 Exp...

Silent Yachts have already sold the first example of their flagship model, the Silent 100 Explorer, just after its unveiling at the 2021 Cannes Yachting Festival. It appears that Silent Yachts made quite the impression at the 2021 Cannes Yachting Festival because they already have a buyer for the first unit of their extraordinary Silent 100 Explorer yacht. This four-deck yacht features a solar-electric drivetrain that allows passengers to cruise in silence, giving them the opportunity to take in the sounds of the ocean. It's very impressive that this vessel is solar-powered considering its length of 101.7-feet and beam of 44.7 feet. This size means that the Silent 100 Explorer has room for features like its five ensuite guest cabins, full-beam master stateroom with a private office, salon and dining area, a massive open aft section with a jacuzzi, sky lounge that features a bar with alfresco dining facilities, and space under the sliding solar panels that can be used for a helipad, seating or open-air gym equipment. What's more, there's room for a 24-foot limo tender between the two hulls. “The sheer amount of family-friendly space aboard the Silent 100Explorerhas to be experienced to be believed,” says Michael Köhler, founder and CEO of Silent Yachts.“It also means that clients are free to customize the arrangement according to personal preference. Do you want a gym or media room, a larger VIP suite, or a country kitchen on main deck? No problem. The flexibility of the catamaran configuration means we can meet most requests.” Delivery of the Silent 100 Explorer is expected in 2023. Source: Silent Yachts

3 Key Features Onboard The New Monte Carlo 52

Courtesy of Denison Yachting, By Marina Nazario – The new Monte Carlo 52 embraces a distinct style that was conceived by a team of world-famous architects and designers including Carlo Nuvolari and Dan Lenard for the exterior lines and Andréani Design for the interior accommodations. The combination of French and Italian qualities throughout this model introduces a new level of craftsmanship, style, and attention to detail. Add Beneteau’s modern industrial processes and you’ve got yourself one ultra-modern motor yacht. There are plenty of benefits to buying a new boat, including professional orientation and support, the opportunity to work with a blank canvas, and the latest technology and mechanics. Let’s dive into the top 3 features onboard the new BeneteauMonte Carlo 52, available on order with Denison. 1. Enormous Flybridge We love a good flybridge, especially the one on the MC 52. For starters, it’s huge. The Monte Carlo 52 flybridge is the ultimate spot for enjoying the boat at anchor or underway. Here you’ll find an aft galley with an electric grill, sink, refrigerator, and storage that’s perfect for hosting an afternoon BBQ. Port and starboard seating with a dining table offer enough room for 8+ guests.  Being a captain is fun on the flybridge helm — you can change the seating configuration to add a large sunpad that doubles as a companion area for the captain. The MC 52 offers two options when it comes to shade: a hardtop or a folding canopy, depending on your preference. 2. Bright + Spacious Salon Boating is all about enjoying the elements and connecting with the sea. The Monte Carlo 52 does an excellent job of maximizing access to natural light throughout the interior. Sliding glass doors open to create a seamless flow from the cockpit to the indoor galley to the salon. Port and starboard side windows drop below the furniture to create a feeling of spaciousness and brightness throughout the salon. The MC 52 features a 3 cabin, 2 head layout with a full-beam private owner cabin aft, VIP cabin forward with a Skyview, and two-berth side-by-side cabin. 3. Easy To Handle + Controlled Performance One of the highlighting features of the MC 52 is how easy it is to drive. This new boat comes with an IPS system that includes a joystick, plus the steering wheel articulates the drive systems while underway. The running surface was designed in partnership with MICAD to optimize the IPS propulsion and to add particular emphasis on comfort while driving. Beneteau installed Garmin multi-function displays to offer ship control, which can be connected to a tablet so that you can monitor/control functions, tank levels, and lighting. Boasting a sleek and modern profile, plenty of windows, and soft modern lines, the new MC 52 introduces the second generation of luxury motor yachts by Beneteau. This elegant contemporary cruiser was built in France and is over 53′ long, featuring enhanced spaces, light, and comfort. Contact Grant Ninneman to inquire about the new Monte Carlo 52 that’s available on order with Denison.

Conor McGregor is Taking Delivery of His Lamborghini Supe...

A proper yacht. In July of this year, Conor McGregor announced that his Tecnomar 63 For Lamborghini superyacht was ready for the seas. He announced that fact with a picture of his new dark green superyacht as it was being rolled through the shipyard. Now, McGregor has announced that he will be taking delivery of the Tecnomar Lamborghini 63 superyacht this weekend during a trip to Italy. He announced this on his Twitter where he showed off a few images of it. One of the images he posted shows off a special touch of his, which is "Proper Twelve" being engraved just below the superyacht's throttle. It's going to be exciting to see this vessel in action as it's just like a Lamborghini supercar but on the water, and it also looks downright beautiful. I'm sure we'll be seeing more of McGregor and his new Lamborghini superyacht in the coming days! You can also check out Conor McGregor's car collection as well. https://twitter.com/TheNotoriousMMA/status/1446506354185838604 https://twitter.com/TheNotoriousMMA/status/1446506752162291714
