Powering these new models is a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine. The total output of this engine is rated at 453 horsepower and 457 lb-ft of torque, an increase of 13 horsepower and 73 lb-ft of torque over the previous Panamera GTS. This engine is mated to an eight-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission, allowing it to run from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds. Top speeds are as follows: 181 mph for the Panamera GTs and 179 mph for the Panamera GTS Sport Turismo.
