The game-changing arrival of the 991-generation GT3 in 2013 saw Porsche adopt a seven-speed PDK transmission, rear-axle steering, and a 475 horsepower engine that redlined at 9,000 RPM. These upgrades pushed the GT3’s boundaries while maintaining its track-focused DNA. Porsche has since continued to fine-tune every detail, with the latest GT3 completing Nürburgring lap times nearly 45 seconds faster than the original model.
