The Nevera R lands on the east coast of the U.S. for the first time.
The Rimac Nevera R just made its East Coast debut in New York City, kicking off its tour in The Big Apple at the iconic Times Square. Fresh from its reveal at The Quail during Monterey Car Week, Rimac’s electric hypercar stunned crowds with its futuristic look and incredible performance stats. After its NYC stop, the Nevera R will head to The Bridge car show in Long Island and hit a few more spots in the northeast, including Rimac showrooms in Connecticut and Manhattan.
With over 2,107 horsepower, the Nevera R rockets from 0 to 60 mph in just 1.74 seconds, reaching 186 mph in 8.66 seconds. Rimac gave it some serious upgrades over the original Nevera, like better cornering, a fixed rear wing, and a sleek, low-slung design. Michelin Cup 2 tires and upgraded torque vectoring help keep it planted, making it even sharper through turns. Plus, with a top speed of 256 mph, it’s built for whether you’re on the track or cruising through the city.
With fully customizable interiors and options for matching painted carbon fiber, the Nevera R is all about personalization and craftsmanship. Limited to just 40 units worldwide, the Nevera R comes with a hefty price tag of $2.5 million.
