Jacob & Co. expands its diverse portfolio with an architectural masterpiece.
Jacob Arabo has always pushed the boundaries of design, whether it be a Bugatti-inspired timepiece or an exclusive 1-of-1 piece of fine jewelry. As the founder of Jacob & Co. and an influential figure in the luxury world, his legacy has been shaped by complex movements and precious stones. Now, Jacob has turned his attention to architecture with Aureum Estate by Jacob & Co, a $150 million private residence in Dubai Hills that transforms his design philosophy into a livable form.

For Arabo, Aureum Estate represents a personal vision made real. “With Aureum Estate by Jacob & Co, I set out to redefine the concept of a private residence.” “Every material, every line, and every space reflects uncompromising craftsmanship and visionary design.” Spanning nearly 42,000 square feet across three levels, the estate combines architectural innovation with the complexity of a Jacob & Co.’s Astronomia timepiece. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom villa is outfitted with a private spa featuring a hammam, sauna, and ice room.

Located just 15 minutes from Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, Aureum Estate by Jacob & Co. is nestled in a rare area in Dubai Hills, private yet deeply connected to the city. Overlooking the golf course and designed with the skyline as its backdrop, the home pairs peacefulness with extravaganza. Outside, the grand pool doubles as a gathering space with a built-in DJ booth and catering access. Inside, the kitchen and service areas have been designed with the same precision as the entertainment suites, balancing modern styling with livable practicality. The villa introduces regional firsts like an outdoor cooling system, hospital-grade air filtration, and smart water recycling.

But what truly differentiates Aureum Estate is the story embedded in its structure. Each stone, metal, and finish was curated by a team of 14 designers and eight architects under Arabo’s direct supervision. The Triple-A grade marble, sourced from a single Italian quarry, required a year-long waitlist to guarantee pattern consistency. The onyx bar, once reserved for auction at Sotheby’s, now resides in the Great Room. Bespoke chandeliers from Italy and the Czech Republic illuminate natural stones. Sculptural bonsai displays and one-of-one furniture pieces complete the ultra-luxury vision. Like his most complex watch movements, every detail of Aureum Estate by Jacob & Co feels like an architectural symphony where artistry and horology meet under one roof.
