Maranello's Masterpiece: The Best Ferrari LaFerrari Hypercars On The Market

When we talk about the pinnacle of automotive engineering, few names resonate as strongly as the Ferrari LaFerrari. Born a stunning machine from Maranello, a phenomenon of hybrid hypercar technology, sits proudly alongside the Porsche 918 Spyder and McLaren P1 as the holy trinity of hybrid hypercars. These vehicles are better known as technological masterpieces that have forever altered the landscape of high-performance cars. The LaFerrari, first launched in 2013, was Ferrari's first hybrid and a significant leap forward in performance engineering. Under the hood, you'll find a 6.3-liter V12 engine paired with an electric motor, combining for a jaw-dropping 950 horsepower.  In terms of design, the LaFerrari is quintessentially Ferrari, showing off sleek, aerodynamic lines that scream speed even when standing still. The aggressive stance, sculpted bodywork, and signature Ferrari styling cues make it an instant head-turner. A track-focused interior complements the exterior's performance promise, with a driver-centric cockpit that features advanced materials and cutting-edge technology, ensuring that every drive feels like you're an F1 driver. The LaFerrari has also carved out a niche as an appreciating automotive investment. Limited to just 499 units, its rarity and the iconic Ferrari badge guarantee that its value has steadily increased since its release. Comparing it to its peers, the Porsche 918 Spyder and McLaren P1, the LaFerrari stands out for its combination of traditional Ferrari V12 charm with cutting-edge hybrid technology. While each of these hypercars has its unique appeal, the LaFerrari's blend of heritage and innovation sets it apart as Maranello's true masterpiece. At duPont REGISTRY, we are proud to showcase the largest selection of Ferrari LaFerrari examples for sale, thanks to our extensive network of passionate and knowledgeable dealers. Soon after, they added one more to the count, bringing the total to 500, which was auctioned off for charity. Can anyone own a Ferrari LaFerrari? When it was first released, buyers needed to be existing Ferrari owners and have a strong relationship with the brand. Nowadays, since all the original models are sold, your best bet is finding one through private sales or auctions. How fast is a Ferrari LaFerrari? The Ferrari LaFerrari is an absolute beast when it comes to speed. This hybrid supercar can rocket from 0 to 60 mph in just under 3 seconds and has a top speed of around 217 mph. New One-Off Ferrari HC25 Revealed

Ferrari’s One-Off series gives the Prancing Horse’s most discerning clients vehicles that are truly unique statements, with bespoke construction and unparalleled design. Some of Ferrari’s one-off Special Projects vehicles include the SC40, the SP8, and other masterpieces. However, a new one has come to fruition, and it was revealed at the Ferrari Racing Days event at Circuit of the Americas near Austin, Texas. It’s called the HC25, and it’s based on the mid-engined, V8-powered Ferrari F8 Spider. Getting the powertrain, layout, and chassis from the F8 Spider, the new HC25 was built upon those components to be a completely unique creation designed to meet the wishes of a single client, becoming a member of the most exclusive echelon of Ferrari’s portfolio. A stark departure from the F8 that it’s based on, the styling of the new Ferrari HC25 echoes many of the same cues that define Ferrari’s new ultra-exclusive halo hypercar, the F80, as well as the latest V12 flagship from the Prancing Horse, the 12Cilindri. The headlights of the new Ferrari HC25 were created specifically for the car and have never been used on any other Ferrari models before. Complementing the rear lights, the bespoke headlights feature a slim lens with vertical daylight runners. <- Gallery -> The design also makes use of the contrast between glossy and matte surfaces. The exterior combines Moonlight Grey in matte to achieve a monolithic effect, with a gloss black band providing striking, futuristic contrast. Yellow accents are seen throughout, including in the brake calipers and in the interior, against grey technical fabric. The result of the client’s vision, as well as the Ferrari Design Studio under Flavio Manzoni’s direction, the new Ferrari HC25 is another example of Ferrari’s most exclusive echelon of bespoke automotive excellence. The One-Off Ferrari SC40 Earns "Best of the Best" Red Dot Award

There’s a reason Ferraris age like a fine wine rather than being forgotten in the natural flow of supercar and hypercar releases, take icons like the Testarossa and Enzo for example. Even as modern supercars become more powerful and complex, Ferrari still approaches styling with the same sense instilled by Enzo Ferrari all those years ago. The cars coming out of Maranello are built around its legacy and the idea that a Ferrari should feel special before the engine even starts. That still remains true, with Ferrari once again earning major recognition at the Red Dot Awards. This year, the spotlight shines on the one-off Ferrari SC40, which took home the coveted “Best of the Best” award for product design. The SC40 stands out because it is a true one-of-a-kind, created in collaboration between the owner and Ferrari’s dedicated Special Projects program. Inspiration clearly traces back to the legendary Ferrari F40, but cements itself in the marque’s stable without being overly sentimental. It uses the bones of the Ferrari 296 series while completely reshaping its personality through sharp lines, squared surfaces, a long nose, and a fixed rear wing. Inside, the use of carbon-Kevlar, Alcantara, and fabrics keeps the cabin focused and purposeful. And under the hood, Ferrari’s 830-horsepower hybrid V6 delivers the same performance as the 296 GTB/GTS, proving that plug-in power is the future of supercar engineering. The SC40 wasn’t Ferrari’s only winner this year either. Cars like the Ferrari Amalfi and Ferrari 296 Speciale also earned Red Dot recognition. All Ferrari Inventory   Source: Ferrari North Europe

Ferrari Reports Q1 2026 Results

Ferrari is one of the world’s biggest household names, in the automotive world and far beyond. Its stunning supercar lineup sits alongside several motorsport efforts, a fashion line, and several other business ventures that exist under the Ferrari umbrella, and as the results for the first quarter of 2026 roll in, Ferrari is happy to report yet another successful quarter. With increased revenues and strong, consistent operating profit, Ferrari started 2026 just as well as it did 2025, and it has more in store for the near future. Ferrari’s revenue for the first quarter of 2026 totaled 1.848 billion Euros, an increase of three percent over the revenue of 1.791 billion Euros from the first quarter of 2025. Meanwhile, operating profit increased by one percent, and net profit increased by one million Euros. This comes despite slightly decreased delivery numbers at 3,436 for the quarter, a deliberate move as the lineup transitions to accommodate new models. Purosangue, SF90 XX, and 12Cilindri deliveries increased during the quarter, while the 296 and Roma Spider were decreased as those models discontinue production. F80 shipments are beginning to ramp up, and so are deliveries of the 296 Speciale, the 849 Testarossa, and the Amalfi. In the future, the Amalfi Spider will enter the lineup, and the Ferrari Purosangue Handling Speciale configuration will be a part of Ferrari’s offering, as well. Racing and lifestyle activities also increased in the quarter, and looking forward, Ferrari’s first all-electric model, the Luce, is going to be revealed this month. With a strong and evolving lineup, and successful management of global challenges, Ferrari has emerged from the first quarter of 2026 with strong results. Ferrari’s 612 Scaglietti is part of a long-standing legacy of grand touring Ferraris that combine a coupe body style with a front-mounted V12. With four seats, the 612 Scaglietti even carries a degree of practicality and luxury compared to its sportier two-seat counterparts. Debuted in the 2000s, the 612 was a successor to the 456, and a predecessor to the FF and GTC4Lusso. From 2008 to 2011, a variant of the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti was offered, called the 612 Scaglietti OTO, or One-to-One. Ferrari Reveals New Purosangue Handling Speciale Configuration

The Ferrari Purosangue has been in the manufacturer’s lineup for a few years now, but when it was introduced, it was unprecedented as Ferrari’s first-ever “four-door four-seater,” with a V12 engine under the hood for a robust and traditional approach to Ferrari performance. Now, the Purosangue is one of the most desirable luxury vehicles on the market, especially in the arena of Super SUVs. Thanks to its V12, along with features like coach-style rear doors, the Ferrari Purosangue is unique. However, Ferrari has just made the Pursoangue even more exciting when it comes to its performance, by introducing the new Purosangue Handling Speciale configuration. Available upon request for the Purosangue, the new Handling Speciale configuration sharpens the Purosangue to make it sportier, enhancing electronic and mechanical responses for more engaging driving. The active suspension system is recalibrated by the configuration, reducing body movements to make the Purosangue feel less like a four-door and more like a supercar. With the Handling Speciale treatment, the Pursoangue reacts more directly to inputs and gives the driver a greater feeling of control in corners. The transmission with the Handling Speciale package also offers quicker response times and more decisive shifts, especially in the “Race” and “ESC Off” Manettino driving modes. In manual mode, shifts are sportier at engine speeds above 5,000 rpm, as well. The Handling Speciale configuration also features distinctive styling elements, including exclusive wheels, black carbon fiber Scuderia shields, black exhaust tips, black badging, and a specific interior plaque. Making Ferrari’s V12-powered four-door even sportier, the Ferrari Purosangue gets even sharper thanks to the new Handling Speciale configuration. One of the Most Incredible Lineups of Ferraris You'll Ever See

Traditionally, buying a car ends the moment you grab the keys and drive off the lot, only returning to the dealership on your next service visit, but with Ferrari, it doesn’t stop there. Entering the realm of Enzo and an ownership that's better recognized as a feeling of family, after-sales is exactly where owners start experiencing what it means to be a part of Ferrari. Whether it's organized rallies and track days where you can unleash the full performance of these supercars and hypercars, or a more intimate gathering where owners can converse about what drives their passion for the brand, there’s a sense of community that goes beyond delivery day. The team at Ferrari of Newport Beach is proud to be that link for owners, recently co-hosting an incredible event showcasing pinnacle Maranello models, captured in incredible imagery by photographer Mike Noga.   Set under the showroom lights of Finish Line Auto Club in Costa Mesa, California, the night of fuel-driven festivities welcomed what could only be best described as a timeline of Ferrari’s very best. From end to end, the space was lined with timeless classics like the Ferrari 288 GTO, Ferrari F40, Ferrari Enzo, and Ferrari 599 GTO, and that doesn’t even include what was stored inside each garage bay. On the more modern front were multiple Ferrari LaFerrari (and LaFerrari Aperta) specs, as well as other special series cars like the Ferrari F12tdf and Ferrari 812 Competizione (and Competizione A). Some of the Italian marque’s direct roots to racing even made an appearance in the form of the latest SF90 XX Stradale, proving that on or off the track, these cars are meant to be enjoyed anywhere and everywhere. But the real star of the show, the all-new Ferrari 849 Testarossa, sat at the front of them all, almost as the frontrunner representing both the next chapter and the future of the brand. The low-slung 849 Testarossa showcased a stunning Bianco finish with tons of exposed carbon that extends to its two-tone carbon and paint-matched wheels. For many, it was a first look at Ferrari’s latest-and-greatest, and for others, it was a peek at what’s to come very soon. All in all, the night was just a glimpse into something you don’t always get to see and appreciate from a car brand, which is what ownership and passion look like when you buy that Ferrari you’ve always wanted.  Ferrari of Newport Beach Inventory GALLERY-EMBED Sources: Ferrari of Newport Beach/Finish Line Auto Club/Mike Noga (@mikeynoga IG)

Check Out Ferrari's New Hypercar-Inspired Hypersail Yacht

While Ferrari is best known for its racing roots and decades of performance, at its core, the brand's real sole focus is on Italian design and craftsmanship. Whether it be engineering the Daytona SP3 for blistering lap times at the Fiorano Circuit or developing lightweight components for open-ocean hypersail racing, the team in Maranello always has two goals in mind: finish first and look great while doing it. As part of Milan Design Week, Ferrari steps off the asphalt and into open water with its new Hypersail contender, a 100-foot flying monohull with hypercar inspiration baked in. Unveiled in Milan with an all-new livery, Hypersail is purely experimental for Ferrari, pushing the brand’s age-old automotive DNA into entirely new territory. The project brings together the Ferrari Tech Team, the Ferrari Design Studio under Flavio Manzoni, and naval architect Guillaume Verdier, creating a collaborative effort between the best in the business. In true Ferrari fashion, the silhouette pays homage to icons like the Ferrari Monza SP1 and SP2, while graphics mirror the endurance-winning Ferrari 499P. Carbon fiber makes up the entire design, showcased through a bespoke Grigio Hypersail finish. Even the solar panels, integrated into the deck and hull, are engineered for efficiency and for long ocean crossings.Ferrari’s signature Rosso takes a step back as Nuovo Giallo Fly takes center stage for the livery. Inspired by Enzo Ferrari’s inner circle and first seen on the Ferrari 275 GTB, Giallo has always represented the marque’s “second soul”. The play on color and material mirrors classics like the Ferrari 512 BB, as well as modern icons like the LaFerrari and the F80. Debuted at the Ferrari Flagship Store and HIGHLINE Milano, Hypersail takes Ferrari’s distinctive Italian style off the race track and onto the open waters. All Ferrari Inventory
